The sign up process was very simple and when it came time to move in Alejandra was very nice and helpful. Unit was simple enough to find, they helped me find the carts available for customer use, and the unit was very clean and easy to access. Overall very satisfied with the whole experience.

Ive had 3 units there in the last few years and they have been very accommodating for all our needs. The prices are very reasonable and units are very clean. Only reason were leaving is because we are moving out of state. Great!

Good storage facility. Only knock against them is that the lights wont stay on in the climate controlled facility for longer than 30 seconds. This only happens during the weekend. Very annoying when youre working in there and its dark. Bring a flash light.

This is the first time Ive used storage and I called a few places and these guys had the best rate including discounted first month if you dont have renters insurance they will provide it for you which is really inexpensive and really convenient if they handle that for you I was supposed to be there in 20 minutes after I called and it was more like an hour and 20 minutes and she was literally locking up to go to lunch and instead of just walking by me noticed I had a truckload of stuff and took care of that which was really nice of her highly recommend

Ive been using storages multiple times at different locations, when I came across storage etc, I found a really nice place to store my goods, well taking care of, managers are friendly and make your stay a great experience. I really like their access hours. Would recommend to anyone who wants to store their stuff in a safe place.

Realistically I cant fathom how a storage unit could be rated five stars. If its safe, accessible, and inexpensive, then its met all it needs to wonderful, three stars. In order to justify a five-star rating there would need to be something truly special about this place. This is my second time using this location to store my stuff. The first time was nothing special so I didnt bother writing a review. This time was different. I received some of the best service Ive ever had.. ever. I signed up using a promotion for $1 for my first month. When I arrived I was assisted by Shannon who showed me around the property, helped me find the perfect size, and completed the paperwork extremely efficiently. When I arrived on moving day it was the morning after some heavy fog and I could not for the life of me open my locker, Shannon not only spent 20 minutes helping me but apologized and offered me a bigger space at no extra cost in order to avoid any issues in the future. Wonderful service. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joseph. Joseph introduced himself during move-in day and offered us assistance and was extremely friendly. When the first of the month came I received a bill for $165. That was incorrect. I immediately called and Joseph answered and not only recognized me by my voice but was able to explain the error in the pricing, Apologize for the inconvenience, and assist me in crediting a discount for next month. Insanely great service. A complete knockout and I am SO happy to be doing business here. Shannon and Joseph are the best you can get. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

Excellent Storage Facility!Very clean, secure, and well managed. Prices were totally fair, and my first month was basically free. Access hours are 6am - 9pm (which is the longest I have ever seen for self storage). I never had any problems or issues here, nor was I ever worried about the safety of my belongings stored there. If you are in need of storage on the Central Coast, I would highly recommend renting a unit here, because you will not find a better facility in this area.

I chose to rent here because i was treated very well over the phone twice and i was offered a tour and found the storage place is clean and easy to access. the location is close near the highway so its quick to get back to work. even got a drive up unit with a light.

She had an issue with everything her employee told us about the unit when it was reserved .I am a previous tenant but this management is something else! Please do yourself a favor and use ANY other company in Santa Maria but this oneTRUST ME !!!!!!

We called Crossroad Storage while driving home with a truck full of momentos, we were grieving our loss of a parent and wondering what to do with her things. The people at Crossroads were kind and helpful. When we arrived they expressed their condolences, - a personal touch I think, and they had everything ready. We feel our things are secure and know that they are available to help us anytime. They were patient with our redundant questions and we even shared some family stories with each other. It was as if weve known them for years! Very welcoming! Ask, the facility is clean, secure and well maintained.
