This is our first time renting a unit from Extra Space. Right off the bat, the customer service has been amazing. Angel assisted us and facilitated the paperwork process in a very quick matter and met us at the gate to assist us in settling in our unit. He was very helpful and provided some good advice as well. His customer service is 5 stars! The facility looks secure and spacious for us to drive thru with our trailer. Again, customer service has been great! Thank you!

I did everything online was super easy if you don’t wana go in person. But me being me I needed extra help so I went in at office and I was helped right away. Super satisfied with the customer service they provided and the employees are super professional and very friendly. I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed !

My partner and I are storing a lot of our stuff here since well be moving to a very small place and have to downsize. My first experience has been great!! A really lovely man came out to help my sister and I find the unit after we drove around for a few minutes completely lost, and even went and got us a dolly to carry our stuff!! Would definitely reccomend to anyone in the area looking for good storage.

I have rented from extra space on skyway and I personally like the way the cook street extra space property is laid out better than the skyway location. It seems to be more secure. Well when I went the price was really at perfect spot didint know it was going to jump up after siix months there it did, but, at least I like it causer it is a clean area and there are not rats or mice as there was at the other place I was at, let alone i was there for 8 years, i didnt like it was more open to debris from outside and Extra space is not really extra space but it is closed in and, everything remains clean, that I like of cours its now the same price I left the other place for but what the heck everything is always highly priced in California

Quick and easy to set up a unit. Ive been using mine for storing books and clothes for the next season. It was a bit tricky to find my unit by myself. I would first recommend checking with your storage on site manager where it is so you wont get a bit lost like I did. Im personally using a 3x4 feet one for simple storage and its very affordable.

Excellent customer service today from Angel Bueno . Called the operator and told them I was coming by to get a unit and I was in and out . Very detailed and made sure I got what I came in to get. I would definitely recommend this place to people I know!!

Not because of the running the spot it the service of all they say nothing and come out to another thing they say First month free but then you pay over two hundred dollars the ten minute later they send you a other email saying I own 199 for next months so they really don’t give a free month there just know that before renting there

We have been renting a storage unit for several years now the staff is exceptional, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, paying the bill is easy either over the phone, if we go past our due date we get a courtesy automated call to remind us that the payment is due which we appreciate because we get busy and we forget. Angel is terrific he’s professional, friendly and when Daniel was there he was absolutely amazing awesome we respect both of them tremendously and they run a very good ship.

Im grateful they are so kind, do good business and have a nice, clean place and good prices. Really nice people run this location, very approachable and pleasant. Angel and Daniel have run this location for years and surprise me when they know me by name outside of the office. Prices are good but insurance is no longer optional, its included (almost gave 4 stars since its not optional). Office hours are good. Gate hours are awesome, closing at 10:30pm. Theres a lot of locker options, indoor lockers with typical room doors and larger spaces are outdoor with roll top doors. Rental parking spaces available for small vehicles upto full size RVs. Carts for moving your stuff are available. Pretty clean and nice looking place. Bathrooms arent always unlocked due to other renters ruining it for us but they have restrooms unlike a lot of places, just ask someone for help. Cameras are watching almost everywhere too. I even noticed a pest control pouch slid under door one day so they are on top of that too. Overall, definitely where you want to go for self storage.

My experience was fast easy and painless that’s why I came here because of friends word of mouth, the staff is great and always eager to help,I have been to other storages and was not happy with their staff.

My family rented a storage unit at the location. Their unit was robbed TWICE! When they went to ask they were just told that there is nothing they could do. After reviewing their security system they could only come up with lukewarm conclusions as to who could have possibly been the perpetrator. To be very clear, the employee who assisted my parents was very understanding and professional. This review is not an indictment on him.More frustrating is the fact that they (my parents) do not recall having been told that they had the opportunity to purchase optional insurance against theft. The most infuriating and discouraging part of my parents experience is that there were priceless possesions that were stolen. These are apart from other items such as tools which my father had accumulated over decades.I CANNOT IN GOOD FAITH RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Their security measures failed to keep my parents possesions safe not once but twice.

Wow, Angel and his team really made it easy to sign up and made me feel like my trailer was in a safe place. Having an on-site manager is a huge reason of why I chose Extra Space Storage on Farnel. The rates are totally reasonable and it’s really easy to sign up for auto-pay or pay by phone. There was even one time that I had picked up my trailer for the weekend and he called me to make sure that it was me that had picked it up. I enjoyed my experience so much that I chose to go with a different Extra Space Storage Branch when I moved. 🤘🏼🔥🙌🏼

Javier and the rest of the guys has been very helpful with assisting me in finding storage space. They found me a good deal and a nice spot in a timely manner. When I forgot to bring my locks, they brought in temporary locks to secure my space as I had to go back to get my own. Easy going guys and highly professional.

I highly recommend the customer service I experienced here. I drove up to Santa Maria late on Friday night and Extra Space was going to close for the weekend before I arrived. I called and asked if they could stay open for a little longer to allow me to check in and they stayed past closing time to let me check in.After checking in only one time the staff knew me by name and which unit I was in. They were extremely receptive to any concerns I had and were really nice and courteous. Highly recommend them for their great customer service.
