Never go there! Such a terrible customer service. And absolutely unprofessional when it come to delivery and installation

Gorgeous showroom! Very good customer service and install crew...I love the new beverage cooler and wine fridge they helped me pick out. We always entertain and need extra space for all the beverages we buy -- left side for the kids, right side for the adults. =) Thank you so much Bay Cities, will be back when I build my outdoor kitchen

Truly a 5 star experience! Beautiful showroom, great service and selection. I bought a kitchen aid fridge and thermador range and dishwasher, it arrived promptly and when they promised it would. It was installed by a careful polite and experienced crew and when a part for my fridge was damaged, they called, followed up and had it shipped overnight to my house. I will definitely be back again when I need more appliances...ask for Maribel, she is the best

Gorgeous showroom, love all my miele appliances & my wolf outdoor grill I got here with Maribel - especially our coffee machine and steam oven. Great service and follow through, and installation was easy and a very good experience! Highly recommend - a true 5 star experience!

5 stars! Beautiful showroom with lots of high end cabinets and appliances on display...friendly staff and very good prices also. We got a subzero wine cooler and a miele coffee machine, they were installed perfectly and couldnt be happier! Ask for Maribel...she was super helpful and very knowledgeable and spent so much time informing us on the products--even made us each a cappucino on the coffee system before we bought it!

I just bought my Miele dishwasher from Maribel, she was so helpful and easy to work with! I love that model she told me about, it is super quiet and gets everything clean and is to easy to load. She took the time to explain the other models and similarities and differences with rival brands and never tried to upsell me. The showroom was huge and has so many awesome appliances and kitchen cabinets on display. When I have the budget, I will be back to get a Wolf range and a wine cooler, thanks Maribel you are the best!

One of the nicest showrooms I have been to, I have been buying from Zorro for years! He gets me the best prices and really knows his appliances...most recently bought a Miele Vacuum and an Electrolux steam washer and dryer, my wife really loves everything he helped us pick out! A true gem, will be back when I need to remodel my kitchen next summer =)

THEY SAID THEY WERE WORKING WITH THE MANUFACTURE ON THE WARRANTY AND LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER AND NEVER ACTUALLY DID. FINALLY I DECIDED TO CALL THE MANUFACTURE DIRECTLY AND DO IT MYSELF (GO FIGURE) TO FIND OUT WHY NO ONE EVER CALLED FROM BAY CITIES, THEY ANSWER WAS NO ONE EVER CALLED AT ALL FROM BAY CITIES BEVERLY HILLS AND THAT THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY. I WANT TO WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY HERE EVER. Amazing showroom, with beautiful kitchen displays! We love our bauformat german lacquer cabinets that Ted helped us design and the Miele appliances we bought from Joseph, especially the wine cooler and combination steam oven!

The worst service. They took my deposit and promised my countertop would be ready in ten days. 3 weeks later no countertop. When I called the owner said why should I give my time and attention to such a little job. I got my deposit back at least.

They are absolutely amazing highly recommended.

I there was a 0 stars as an option I will give these place -100 I been having problems white a GE machine since day one an until today the manager the employee or even the owner has not want to make contact, all they been telling me is that once I buy the item is my problem to deal with GE and dont get me started with them same or worse......
