Seemed like I was putting the man out by asking him about other sizes of sinks. The receptionist assigned him to me. Very unhelpful really.. I felt like I put him out by being there. Then my husband had a very bad experience with the same man. Never going back. How rude.

The day we made our purchases from Snyder Diamond we received help from Dennis. I think he is the owner. He did a great job helping us spend our $60,000 plus on new appliances.The appliances were delivered, and installed in August 2020. We had not yet moved into our new home so were not there during delivery. When I went to use the Viking Tuscany range that we had purchased I found that the oven was not working. I left it heating for over an hour. and it was barely warm. I contacted Snyder Diamond and asked to speak to Dennis told him there was a problem with range, and he immediately transferred my call to a Lady (Sandy) I explained to her that oven did not heat up.She said she would contact installers. I received text with repair date for September. That date was pushed back to October. When repair man came he said there was a bad part needed to ordered. Next repair date February 2021. Meanwhile I am contacting Snyder Diamond asking for help. This appliance was obviously defected from factory. I had purchased from their company, and they had taken my money. By this time my family, and I missed Thanksgiving, and Christmas dinners. I could not understand why I was having to deal with Viking, and not Snyder the retail business that I had purchased it from. The repairman came out February had to order another part. When he came and installed that in March. I was informed in order to get your oven hot you will have to light the broiler first let it run for an hour. Even to this day after an hour the oven still does not reach temperature.We decided when we moved back to LA to use local family owned businesses. What a mistake, Home Depot would have taken care of us with more respect. Stay away from this business. They are fine while you are purchasing, but when you have a problem they are no where to be seen. Snyder Diamond you should be ashamed of your conduct. I bought the product from YOU it was up to YOU to take care of your customer.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered four bathroom pieces for a renovation and specifically worked with Robert Johnson to select items that were in stock, as I had a strict timeline. It is now almost a month later and I havent received any of the items. After leaving several messages, I received a call back telling me that one item was delayed and would ship three months from now (I found it online and it shipped in 3 days). One by one, I had to cancel all items and order them online from other, more reliable vendors. This has held back the renovation and caused a lot of inconvenience. In spite of them confirming on the phone that items were cancelled from the order, I still havent received a refund even for the first item cancelled more than two weeks ago. As much as I wanted to support local business, I regret trusting this store and strongly recommend ordering from more trustworthy vendors.

Excellent customer service from Christian, quick and efficient delivery by a professional, competent, and courteous team! After having to cancel the order from Home Depot (two months of misleading information, and the order never arrived), this was heaven!

We had purchased a set of Kitchen Aid appliances which are usually considered very solid, top notch reliable machines. We had some trouble with our dishwasher drawer not holding up and also some drawers in the fridge breaking.Adam and his team were very communicative and understanding and made us feel we mattered and that it would all be handled and indeed it has been. Excellent selection of products and manufacturers. Warren, with whom I worked, was extremely patient, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Although a renovation project may be overwhelming, Warren was great and helped to make the process smooth and stress less.

Great place with amazing range of choices of kitchen and bath, the customer service is way off the charts, you dont get this elsewhere, of course I was a pain in the you know what with what I needed!! But got helped by a great gentlemen called Ryan and the font desk and now we are rocking and rolling with all our supplies.

If you want the best quality in your kitchen and bath this is the place to shop. Quality is never cheap, but Quality is exactly what you want in the things you use everyday. I get the feeling that this place takes care of its employees too. Everyone there seems like an expert in their field. They are also eager to help you and share their knowledge. Look, stuff is expensive there and its not the best place for bargains, but dont you want to support a company that cares about Quality and taking care of their people so that you can get the best service? Speak to Ryan in Parts. This guy is the greatest. I needed a part. He not only investigated it on the phone with me but also checked his inventory to find that its a special order and a customer had ordered the same part and not picked it up and then checked physical to guarantee it was physically in the bldg. and not just in the computer. He then took back, without a restocking fee, the part that i ordered that had turned out to be wrong. And he did it with a smile on his face. Its a long drive from where I live. But Ryan made it worth it and i will not hesitate to take all my shopping to Snyder Diamond because of Ryan. Ask for him in parts.

Even though its a little pricey there staff makes up for it. Back counter always has the answer for what ever I need. Guys at parts counter know there product.

Purchased a couple American standard Cartridge kits at a cost of $140.00 plus tax. Got home and checked online, found the same ones from $22.00 -33.00 each incl free shipping. I dont mind supporting my local vendors but dont skin me. The counter person was very efficient. Verify the price with your smart phone before you pay. Restocking fees and credit card fees which is normally never charged on a returned item as the vendor doesnt have to pay for.

They are extremely helpful and if you are in need of parts you must use Howard Poon. He goes out of his way to be work with you even if they cannot supply the part you need. He is the most dedicated worker I have met in a very long time.

Id give them one star but they have a huge selection (albeit and all of it top dollar - dont expect a deal. This is $$$$). But it is a great place to come see such a large collection of faucets and sinks. That said, the staff was not attentive at all. I had to wait a long time to get help. The person helping was adequate and took the order. However, when I had to return a couple unused items the same person made a big deal about it and complained to his co-workers about he wasnt going to get his big commission that he thought he had made on the original sale. He was rather nasty about it. I would not go back. There are too many other options in the city or online.

Ordered Electrolux Washer and Dryer, said will be delivered two to three weeks. I told them if longer than three weeks I will be out of town for 12 days. Was delivered day after I came back. Units were delivered inside the apartment and after the old ones were moved out, one unit was scratched with serious paint chip in front panel. Units were returned and reordered after two or three days. They said it will take two three weeks again. I gave them instruction for the hinges the very first day I ordered. I was told it will be switched on delivery day.Units were delivered with the wrong side hinge and the installer tried to convince me to switch the spots in the laundry room so they do not have to switch the hinges because it takes time. I agreed just because I was not sure they do a good job. Electric wire was not long enough since the dryer was too far from the vent outlet. Installers again said it is ok!! you do not need to push it farther (I needed more space in laundry room).There was no sense of urgency in Snyder diamond Santa Monica sales department after they noticed the unit was dented and chipped feel as if it is OK and nothing wrong has happened.Poor service, terrible quality control before packaging or before delivery.I will directly report to USA Electrolux as well for future improvement of service and supervision of their sales agent.

Been shopping for bathroom fixtures all over the LA area and the guys are the absolute worst. First off, nothing is priced in the store, so if you want a price on anything you have to track down a sales person, fat chance of that by the way. Its as if their sales staff goes out of their way not to help people. When you finally do get one, its like your putting them out. I guess they expect to be paid to do nothing. Oh, and when you finally do get the price, be sure to bring some lube because you will be a** raped. By far the most outrageous prices Ive seen, not sure why anyone shops here.
