Love this place from candles to body sprays is the best

Sandy helped us out this morning (Jan 1, 2019) and she was AMAZING!!!! She was seriously personable a great salesperson. It was an all-around great experience. The store was clean and organized. We ended up getting stuff even though what we went to the store looking for wasnt there. I really appreciate great customer service and hers was 10/10. Thank you!

Went there to pick up a few hand sanitizers and was helped by Joanne. She was delightful and told me about the all the new products. I hadn’t been in to a store in a long time but I ended up purchasing candles, hand sanitizer and body products. She was so friendly and helpful but not too pushy. Customer service at its best which is rare to find these days. When I return I hope to deal with her again.

Great covid protocols and the shop was very nice

This is one of my favorite shops in the Santa Monica Place. They do a great job of adhering to health protocols for the pandemic. The selection is updated regularly, so if you have a favorite body wash or fragrance, don’t hesitate to purchase it. I like the rewards program, and I have earned free items.

Took the love of my life out to Santa Monica promenade and of course BB&W was on the to-do list. Soon as we walked in we were greeted with excellent customer service and a product knowledgable staff that encouraged us to use the rewards system to further take advantage of the in store bargains. Great job and I will probably be back to spend more money.

This location of Bath & Body Works was wonderfully bright and decorated. The customer service was great and it was easy to explore a variety of selections. I would definitely reccomend visiting this location!

Their candle selection is HUGE! Some scents are too strong though & hurt my eyes. 👀💦

I love b&bw and I’ve had generally decent experiences at this particular one every time I visit, but I recently visited and hated the experience. The employees really just talked to each other, greeted and helped other people except when I came in. I was literally in the store for 20-25 minutes to look around and no one acknowledged me until I made eye contact with one employee. I don’t know if I’m being too sensitive to feeling purposely ignored by employees but at least acknowledge all customers and not help literally everyone but one person. I guess I’ll just stick to the stores in my city and not this one.

I love bath and body works. But dont like the Santa Monica store. Salespeople are not friendly. They didnt even ask if I needed any help. They stood there talking to each other and playing on there phones. The store to go to is the one at fox hills mall (Westfield), that store is awesome
