Was looking for a pair of sunglasses for my gf and ended up buying 2 pairs.It was a great experience customizing my gfs sunglasses and seeing them get a fresh wash in the machine.Kurt was very helpful and attentive to what i was looking for. I had already upgraded my crocs so I figured might as well grab a nice new pair of sunglasses too! Oakley’s quality is simply unmatched. Very nice store and service.Went on 2016 Black Friday, found nice deals.The salesman was very nice, very helpful, offered the deals without pushing, suggested the best things that I needed even that it was not the most expensive pairs. I trusted him and in his company for that.Ah... And the sunglasses are great! Exactly what I needed and looked for.

Met some amazing people here, always love visiting and buying from this location. My husband is a big fan of Oakley and the service is always on point and then some. Wish they were always open. I cant wait to get my new pair soon, we always come here when purchasing our Oakleys.

I used to buy Oakley items quite often at the Hollywood store and online. I went to the Santa Monica store for the first time a few weeks ago and I was mistreated by the employees. When I walked in the woman asked me if I was coming in for anything, like I had no business over there. I ignored here, and her and another man who was there were following me the whole time I was at the store.Funny how you Oakley picture products on asian, black and latino celebrities, models and athletes and have people with this type of racist behavior working at one of the stores. I was treated like a thief just because Im not white. I have good appearance and was dressed like a normal person. There was no reason to be mistreated by the employees.I recommend you to dont even walk in if youre not white. Youll be mistreated.

Outstanding customer service. I walked in because I had an issue with my frames. They were able to fix it and there was also a sale going on so I bought another pair. My expectations were exceeded in every way.

I bought a pair of sunglasses for my husband but I never got a case with them. I went to other other Oakley stores and they told me, that those kind of glasses always come with their own case.

I bought some clear lenses for my m2 frames and the nose piece didnt fit and they said they didnt know anything about it and i tried calling and they still dont answer ive called about 20 times now at different times and on different days

Franco and Nicole are the best. Franco helped me with glasses for myself. After a month of them just not working out, he gave me a full refund. When my son’s Oakley’s broke, he tried to find out another set somewhere else. Franco helped me with pricing and warranty without any hassles.

Customer service is garbage! Employees tells you wrong information. A girl i dont know her name but has a nasty attitude like if you are bothering her. Also a guy damn near the same so annoyed by a simple question. Just awful service!
