Nice store with high quality clothes. I just wished they had more blazers.

I chose bunch of stuff and they allowed me to try them. I like this place and the quality of clothes is good compared to its price. The staff need to be more professional as They have to be more welcoming to the customers and serve with happiness.

I like their product but the level of customer service at this particular store is subpar. They tried to make me buy a flimsy shopping bag for $4 while revealing they had run out of plastic bags (on a Monday afternoon). After spending nearly $200 they should offer such a bag for free. Why should the customer have to pay for their mistake? Shame on their store clerks & manager on not being able to think on their feet or be flexible. I won’t be returning.

They wont let customers try on clothes, so it took me three trips to get new pants. 1 to purchase. Then I tried them on at home and set the length. 2 to drop them back off for alterations. 3 to pickup again. I wouldnt have bought pants under these circumstances, but I was given a gift card and needed new pants. I wont come back until they open the fitting rooms. I dont understand this ridiculous logic. You cant get Covid from trying on clothes. Being isolated in a fitting room is WAY safer than going to dinner with strangers sitting next to you, but Im sure the employees and owners of this store do THAT all the time. I wouldve given 1 star, but I like their clothes.

Staff is really rude. fitting rooms are closed and they dont even allow trying things like hoodies on!!! go and buy online, and also we have this return policy. according to reviews here its great indeed

Pretty well stocked, and generally great staff. Only downer is that their fitting room closes early.

I have been a long time customer, ever since I stumbled during a blizzard in NYC into the first Uniqlo store that has just opened in the US . I usually shop online and rarely return anything. I recently purchased a dress that does not fit me well. I went to the store to return it and much to my surprised I found out that that the stores no longer accept returns and that I have to ship it back to the warehouse. As if that was not bad enough, when I went to the website to print a return label, I found out that I also have to pay for the return shipment.That might be my last purchase since Uniqlo created a customer unfriendly return policy.

Getting into this workout/ casual wear store can be a 20-30 min wait. Many items are priced at 29.90, but on closer inspection the clothing, while creatively displayed thru out the large shop, does not appear very well made.I was underwhelmed by the Uniquo shopping experience. Still their product may appeal to some.

Very very poor return policy. They only allow you to return products to the same store, so I had to wait for a very long line just entering to the store and got another long line to the cashier. I didn’t even want to shop at all and this could have been done without me entering to the store. The time and parking just don’t worth it. Be careful of any penny you spend at Uniqlo.

Some people believe that all of the stores in the Santa Monica Place are expensive. Uniqlo is proof that there is some variety in the price points in the mall. This store provides an affordable option for budget-minded shoppers. There is something for the whole family. They even sell underwear and pajamas. Unlike some stores, you dont have to be skinny to find something. Im a fuller figured woman, and I have purchased dresses, pants, undergarments, and a few coats. My favorite is my mariners coat from a few seasons ago. I do recommend that you pay close attention to their size charts, because you may need to size up a bit.

Really like UNIQLO’s clothes, but this was one of the smallest stores Ive been in. Couldnt find what I was wanting, or didnt have right sizes.

Poor customer service or store policy I would say. They dont even offer free bags after I spent more than $80, thats really funny. IM NOT SHOP AT GROCERY STORE! I feel kind sad when I need to carry these clothes while shopping to other stores, Pink offered me a free bag even I brought nothing from them.

A great spot to get some basic goods that stray away from the gap and old navy styles. prices can be a bit high but the styles tend to be unique.

My wife got some deals here that were on sale

Nice big location! Lots of selection and easy access.Free Parking for 1 1/2 hours, and the 3rd St. Promenade is across the street too!

Covid safe. Friendly staff. Its best to go in and check out their sales. Each week there are different items on sale in addition to their website.

Terrible shopping experience. Specially how Gema the manager and employee Sofia handled the situation. Will not return to this store.

I love this store soooooo much. It can do no wrong in my eyes. Staff here is as expected, they offer you a bag right as you enter and the changing rooms are clean.Got a lot of shopping done here on our first day of our trip. It was ironic, we were buying all these sweaters and jackets even though we were in LA where you normally dont need that many layers.The store is big and nicely organized. Had no trouble finding tons of cute stuff to wear and bring back to MTL.

One of the larger Uniqlos in LA. I know this cause the mens section is pretty spacious. Did some shopping in these covid times, and it was pretty empty (weekday) and plenty of hand sanitizer at the check out counter.

Nice place

Plenty of options in here to shop for regardless if it is for men, women, or kids. A lot of different colour variations for you to choose from. Prices are also very reasonable comparing to other places. The place is pretty clean, and the staff working there are friendly and well mannered.

I went to exchange 2 pairs of jeans, I bought from Beverly Center store which isnt open any longer for exchanges. Reason I exchanged them was for size (I grabbed them out a denim wall with stickers on them that were mismatch I later foundout) and also a sensor was left on 1 pair. I had my original receipt and grabbed the correct sizes needed. The cashier grabbed his manager, she said she couldn’t do anything because original tag wasn’t attached, and I explained I bought them like that and they only had size stickers and were from a denim wall. The stickers had the wrong size on them and I didn’t realize that until I got home. I bought them on July 13th and on the 14th the beverly Center was closed because Covid-19. The ASM Victoria, didn’t want to hear anything I said and just walked away. And even giggled.l as she walked away.In addition to above complaint. I also found 2 pairs of jeans found in closet labeled 29.90. I brought them up to register and they rang up at 49.90, the same ASM (Victoria) told me after I walked her over there to see the closet label Placed, that they were placed in the wrong place (an entire stack probably 12 pairs of denim) and that they Were full price and cannot be discounted. I showed her the sign and the listed price and she said they are sorry, but even though its listed as 29.90 i will have to charge you 49.90 each. I told her that it was not my fault and that it is misleading. Money isn’t the issue its the law. No consumer should pay more than the advertised priced ever, if it was a store mistake.I purchased the jeans at 49.90 after talking to an attorney friend. Letting me know that if they charge you higher than marketed price and you took photos and I brought it up to several workers in store for evidence; that it was breaking the law. We placed a ticket with weights in measures about this over charging issue. The ticket#: 148518935 the associates I also talked to showing them this labeled mistake was (ASM victoria), Florence sales, and she called another guy on radio to remove the entire stack of jeans from shelf. All of these associates can identify the stores wrong doing.I bought 2 pairs of the jeans at 49.90 and had to keep 2 pairs she wouldn’t exchange (Just for sizes, because stickers were placed mismatch) at 49.90 each. At this moment I have $199.60 of merchandise that I am not happy with. I will take Legal action with all the evidence that I have if the right thing isn’t done. Hopefully we can get some corporate responsibility and figure this out in the most civil way. Which should include deeper training management in weights and measures/consumer laws in los angeles county and offering me a full refund and I will happily return all your merchandise after this horrendous experience.

I love Unique! Their clothes are very high quality and lasts forever. I like the simple but stylish design.

My first time at this location and I enjoyed my short time here. I came to pick up an online order and they were prompt in getting it to me. The store is very clean, everything is clearly placed in their sections and I didnt really need to go searching for other things thanks to the staff. Id definitely shop here again if I could just ignore the beach traffic and slow Ubers leading there.

I’ve come to this UNIQLO to purchase random clothing. This store has various of color and size selection. The store has been clean every time I shop here. Cashiers are helpful if you are looking for a specific product no longer in stock.

Cheap clothing, good quality and located in a central location in Santa Monica. On busy days in the weekends lines at the registers tend to get very long though, which is a disadvantage of visiting this store. Overall, recommend going here particularly because the price is lower than at a lot of the ripoff places nearby.

Im a fan of their affordable, high-quality products, esp. Heattech. Shopping on-site saves you online delivery fees and they have sales that arent announced on the website. If youre in the area, I recommend checking this place out. Not many UNIQLOs in the US and they sell great products for everyone. Theyre better than many other brand-name athletic stores, whose products dont last.

The girl who help me to this Santa Monica Branch of Uniqlo is not helpful bad customer service. We drove 30mins just to process return she said that she cant accept may return without the ereceipt and the packing slip I receive, I said to her I dont have that packing slip and I used Checkout As Guest so I dont have that ereceipt shes asking. What I have is the email confirmation that was sent to me, she said she can only give me store credit for less than 30days of return. Ive returned multiple times using email confirmation #s before and I dont have any problems at all. Email confirmation are not good as a receipt as in no sense at all. Will not shop to this store again.

The store is nice and offers a wide variety of products. However, I ordered a jacket online for in-store pickup expecting quick order processing, it ended up taking a whole week with major delays which they apologised for.

Lots of great sales going on all the time here. The items are already quite cheap to begin with and decent quality. Despite constantly having sales, the stock is still quite neat, not like I have to go through a lot of things before finding the right size.

Just in time for the cold weather .very practical. Jackets under garments pants sweatshirts etc at very affordable prices store was packed but line moved very quickly

Clean store. Many associates walking around. Long wait to pay. Usually long lines. Horrible return policy. They require a paper receipt. Can’t exchange for anything else. Store didn’t have the exact item so they wouldn’t return it. Then because one item failed to have a tag they gave me a hard time. Then the manager ok’d it and still told me I had to pay difference since no receipt you get sale price. Meanwhile it was the same item. Left frustrated. Everyone there is not on same page. Need better customer service.

Terrible customer service, had a sale price on article of clothing but charged the full price, being told the sale was over even though sale price was still on garment. Went back to try to discuss and they took no responsibility, said the sale was over and the full price was the only price, no exception. Completely unreasonable and clearly the customer is never right in this store. Never coming back, EVER

I agreed with the attitude other customers mentioned. My experience with the cashiers terrible, not only they dont have any box to offer for gift item which I paid full price, they leave the digital tag on the parka jacket! I busted my fingers trying to remove the tag. I get this negative vipe from the garment now and I dont want to give it as a gift anymore, will return the item and not buy from there. I went to the uniglo in San Francisco, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, they were both great stores, but this one in Santa Monica is Very disappointing ...

I first saw and actually remembered this place when my fiancé and I were in Japan. They sell very comfortable clothing that isnt tacky or outdated and the prices are great.
