UNTUCKit at Santa Monica was a great place to shop. They have a large selection of shirts(very fashionable), and Hugo, the sales rep, was very helpful.

I love their shirts, but theyre definitely pricey.

Mila Fay, Store Manager here, took ownership of a problem and went out of her way to correct it. Great retail service!I live in Miami and ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift in the Aventura, FL store. The Santa Monica store had the size I needed in stock. After Christmas, I realized I hadnt received the shirt, so I tracked down Mila, the Store Manager in Santa Monica. She provided the tracking number and we discovered that the shirt had been mailed to the wrong address and accepted. Not my fault, not her fault. She located the shirt I needed and shipped it out. Shortly after receiving the shirt, Mila called me to make sure I received it and to let me know that the other shirt had been returned by whoever accepted it.My faith in humanity is reaffirmed. AND I love UNTUCKit. This was my first experience with them. I love every item I bought from them - so this experience with top notch customer service was the cherry on top.
