This place is NOT open 24/7 thats a lie. the cashiers are rude. They dont have a good selection of coffee choices like other 7/11s
The person he is working in night shift today October 28 at 8.30 pm he is so rude and un polite very bad
This 7/11 is unequivocally not open 24 hrs. After 11pm.the cashier locks the door and rudely gives you a thumb signal in the opposite direction. And contrary to what the owner posted concerning enhanced sanitation measures from 12-5 there is no cleaning conducted. Really a decidedly poor representation of an Iconic brand.
Store closed.Person behind counter sitting refused to open door.I wanted Coffee before work.It is 4am, Tuesday morning, 8/31/2021.
Messed up my Uber eats order, and their phone doesn’t work.
Id like to update my rating, and thank the owner for reaching out to me and apologizing. Also encouraging me to contact customer service. I did go in today and the customer service was much better.
Very nice store and so is the assortment of stuff for sale. Pretty big, beer and wine selection as well. Ample amount of available parking.
I love this 7-Eleven located on the corner of Lincoln & Pico Blvd. I say this because its the only one that stays open all night. In the mist of the Pandemic. The workers here seem to know everyone that comes through their doors, and everyone is treated with respect. On occasion it gets a little too busy and a couple bad actors show up. But SMPD is not too far away and will quickly get things back under control. For which ever reason Ive always looked at this 7-Eleven as our neighborhood store.
Worst cheese pizza taste like it was sitting in the fridge for MONTHS
I come here a few times a week, I mainly purchase General snus, they have never ran out witch is a plus. But the guys talk to each other alot in Hindu (I believe) and sometimes it feels like they make fun of people in line etc. Also there are alot of homeless people begging for change, if you turn down the alley there is some shady business going on pretty much everyday arround 6pm. Cops frequently drive through here but the shady people just scatter and guess what... As soon as the cops leave all the people come back.
It has amazing service and the workers are kind
I pulled up just now 3:22am. The doors are locked and the worker is on the phone stalking the items. I knocked on the door and he looked at me then completely ignored me. The store says 24 hours but apparently their works dont want to work when they lock up. Its not like he was on break or anything.
Had orders for pickup. Took 10 minutes to give the the orders because he was taking a confused working the tablet. Also he wasn’t wearing a mask. It was below his jaw. He wouldn’t put it on. Homeless people outside asking for money and food
Spent $25 at store, after paying clerk refused to give me a bag. The guy wanted to charge me 10 cents, told him wasn’t pulling out my card again for 10 cents. He ended up giving me like a small donut bag instead. Just an awful experience, there’s a chevron 200 feet down the road and they’re actually moderately nice there.
Absolutely great service, lovely cafe, great coffee ☕️ !!!! Friendly employees. Good size parking lot. Cafe is always clean and nice 👍🏻 I highly recommend to visit this adorable cafe!5 stars isn’t enough. I gladly give them 50 stars!
NOT ENFORCING FACEMASKSCame in for a soda and the cashier was talking to a guy who had his face mask pull down under his chin while another guy was wandering around the store on the phone without a face mask either.
Violent, rude, unprofessional, angry cashier. I tried to redeem my reward points the scanner was faced downward and would not scan my phone, so I used my hand to lift scanner upward towards my smartphone. The cashier VIOLENTLY grabbed my wrist and the cashier Yelled NEVER TOUCH! I have never been assaulted by a customer service person before. I will likely never forget this horrifying experience. Im not sure how business is done in Middle East or India but in America cashiers do not use physical assertion towards customers. Totally uncalled for.
Paid for a coffee using a golden dollar. The cashier refused to accept it saying the coffee was $1 and I was 75 cents short. I explained to her she was handed a dollar in coin form and was told there was no such thing. Yelled at me to leave or she would call the police for attempted theft. She stole my dollar and refused service after being paid. There is a reason this store has horrible reviews and this town knows about its garbage employees.
ZERO STARS. BE AWARE! Check the dates of the products, most of them are expired! And if you are planning to get a cup of coffee just dont, its disgusting coffee and cold...!
Ummmm.... it’s closed??? And the child in lied about being closed... crybaby!!!
The staff here do the best with what they have. There are definitely some aggressive panhandlers outside the store (it seems the 7-Eleven owners are trying to drive them away with deafening classical music blaring from the outdoor speakers) but Ive never had a problem with them.It gets crowded during lunch hour but the crew working do everything in their power to crank through the line- gotta appreciate the efficiency.Ive never had the prepared foods here so YMMV.
The workers here are as polite as they come, I just don’t like the neighborhood and the folks that hang out right outside the store. There was a man sleeping next to the door just about, and another man asking me for change. Please do something about that.
I came in for coffee and a snack. Was accosted by a group of panhandlers both going in and coming out. There were about 8 of them sitting near the entry.I asked the manager if this was normal and was informed its none of my business.I did get coffee but noticed that the food items such as sandwiches in the deli case had expired dates. I showed this to the guy at the register and he simply said that I didnt have to buy it.Horrible store, terrible customer service and unsafe food.Stay Away!
The Men there have horrible customer service and are very rude. Every time I have been it’s been a bad experience! I wasn’t treated like a human being. I was harraassed today when I went in and when I was looking to buy iteams I was screamed at and was told to leave. The lady working was the only nice one out of the three of them. The other two workers were absolutely horrible!
Lots of panhandlers outside. Has Amazon locker outside so you don’t have to enter store to use it. Store has about everything you would expect from a 7-11. I have not had any problems with the staff as mentioned in previous reviews.
TERRIBLE STORE, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Friend and I went in and picked out drinks from fridge, he ran over screaming that we were stealing and threatened to hurt us then to call cops. We stated we would be happy to just pay and leave and he threatened us again to leave or their would be “consequences” Currently filing a lawsuit!!!! This store should never be visited
No reason to refuse us. Even we just want to have some drinks, maybe only sale for American?
It is a typical 7-Eleven, very high volume, and like a previous reviewer indicated, there are usually a plethora of panhandlers out front. The store employes try to shoot them away, but they cant legally do much. Other than that, my only gripe is that their coffee is rarely very hot unless you catch them right after its brewed.
You cant get plastic straws here, but the homeless people outside can supply you with free needles and feces!
Easy parking. Easy access. Homeless people tend to loiter but just dont talk them.
Keeping my comments to myself
Excellent staff always professional and friendly and quick at the cash registers keeps the line moving
Quick and convenient
The people that work here are seriously fraudulent. One of cashiers shorted me 9$ in change and didnt give me a receipt. When I returned to address the missing money he handed me the money and then called me a a liar and insulted me. Update April 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic. Im working Postmates and the clerk who works overnight is mean and short tempered. I wont be accepting anymore deliveries from this location. Ever. Again.
7-11 day and wilshire / Vernont out of slurpee cupsToo bad had kids with me a.d was going to buy them quarter lbs dos and free slurpee.
Has worked out great for me
I work next door, go there often, but today, bought some fried cheese sticks. They were stale. The guy wouldnt even let me exchange them for something else. No more lunch there for me...............Too many Homeless ppl there everyday.pan handling. Its Ridiculous...
Best part about this place is the Amazon lockers out front.
Cashier was very demeaning. No respect for customers.
Very bad service. All the time homeless people on the front. What the hell!!
Went in for a refill of soda, the cashier attempted to overcharge me. I pointed out that it was a soda refill and he then went on to tell me I was wrong about the price I went over to the machine to see if I was reading it wrong, I wasnt, he then after I had already paid continued to say he was right.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CASHIER DUDE!
It’s OK
The cashier was extremely disrespectful!
So terrible how the owners treat homeless people outside, that was violence what i saw.
I will NEVER purchase coffee from this store! Disgusting. They need health inspector !
