Quiet, pretty big CVS with free electric car charging for an hour. Homeless hanging around but never had any issues.

Pharmacy does not pick up the phone

Covid test at 930am Tuesday for a Thursday evening flight 55 hours later didnt come in time. Go get your test done at lax instead; its cheaper and faster

Never has money in ATM machine. The cashiers barely say hello. Pharmacy is good. Staff is helpful.

This CVS has decided not to allow access to the restrooms. This is unacceptable. It is unhygienic. Hand sanitizers do not kill all bacteria. For a place that dispenses prescriptions and prides themself on keeping you healthy, I beg to differ. Some people cannot use hand sanitizer because it irritates their skin. Nothing can replace washing your hands. It has been scientifically proven that washing your hands with soap and water is better than just using a hand sanitizer or a wipe.Everyone has a right to the restroom and to wash their hands. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the Los Angeles county health department and Santa Monica code enforcement.

I owe momen and Dorritt a lot of kudos - they refilled my prescription (insurance did not cover it) and they still found a coupon for me ! It cut my expenses down to 17 dollars !!

This location by far is the worst location to shop, very unclean there is human waste along the steps, and over all just dirty surroundings....did bring this up to one of the employees but didnt seem a priority.....

I can tell that the staff actually cares about their customers, even the ones that only care about themselves. Im looking at you, Karen.

This is the dirties CVS I have ever seen. The carpet is stained beyond belief, if they can not clean the carpets, imagine how they keep it clean everywhere else. Outside the CVS papers, trash, boxes, un-raked leaves everywhere. It’s Santa Monica for Christ sake!!!!
