Went in to get a safety chain and managed to snag the last Mickey Mouse one!!! I’m so in love! I’m so happy I’m over the moon!Edith was so friendly and sweet to me from the moment I called to make sure they were still seeing customers to the moment I walked out the store with my purchase. I’ve been to THREE stores at this point and by far this has been the best experience!A gentleman in a gorgeous bedazzled mask was an absolute delight to interact with too! Maybe it’s my overwhelming joy at having another charm to add to an already cherished bracelet but I would definitely drive all the way from Mission Hills to this location again! I only wish I could have bought more!

Horrible service. Two of the employees were extremely rude especially the manager (Alma). There was a girl named Monica and she was the only one able to help me out and provide me a good service.

Of course I like Pandora but I give this 5 star because of the great sales person Chantel!I do agree with some of reviewers that are saying the customer service in this location is poor and that was actually my past experience too, and I didn’t want to walk into the store BUT I’m telling you if Chantel is working there you will be walking out of the store very satisfied either you buy or not!She is polite and professional and helpfulAnd Just in a minute found out what’s good for me!Thank you again!

Very good service and price

I’m seeing a lot of reviews poor customer service but not sure why. When I was down in California they helped me pick a few gifts to take back, and explained to me that I could get a tax adjustment when I get home at one of the local Pandora stores since the tax rate was higher there. They had a nice selection of charms, necklaces, and bracelets. I ended up purchasing some rose gold rings for my mom and some aunts. It’s nice that the place is connected to a mall that stretches out.

I own 3 Pandora bracelets...all full to the max with charms. Ive also given several bracelets and rings as gifts. Many of these I bought at this Santa Monica store, but I didnt keep my receipts. The week before I came in I bought a bracelet with 5 charms for a friend. Any way one of my spacers didnt work any more. It kept falling off so I came in the store. It was very clear when I started talking that the sales woman did not want to help me and she said very quickly if I didnt have the receipt she couldnt help me. Really ?? All the business Ive given this store?? I wasnt even asking for a new charm....just fix this one. NOPE!!! They could do nothing to help me! So strange and they definitely lost my business.

My favorite Pandora to shop at. salespeople are always helpful and very nice. if youre looking for a great gift, this is an excellent spot to find it.

They are rude, nasty and terrible. Dont shop at this place. You dont want to ruin your feeling by their horrible attitude. Absolutely the worst shop!

Love Pandora and its products and have been a customer for years, but the salespeople who work at this branch are extremely incompetent and unable to properly and clearly communicate with clients.

Excellent, this time I went they were about to close Alma one of the managers attended me, wow what a beautiful person so understandable takes his time explains what you need to know I think it is an incredible service, I could not buy anything but he gave me a gift This jewelry care kit, because it was already a little damaged and the product still lost its value to be for sale, I received it with a lot of love, it is incredible to be able to visit stores and see that the employees enjoy doing their work💝
