Bought “smart” Bluetooth sunglasses. Battery life was terrible. Attempted to return them (within 30-day return period). Manager refused, claiming damaged lenses and water damage. The glasses had been sitting in the original Sunglass Hut bag for two weeks—there was no damage.

Sasha and the rest of the staff are great!! Friendly and extremely patient. The store was clean and selection of glasses is extensive. Sasha worked with me until I found the perfect pair of new designer shades, and …I got an amazing deal!! Highly recommended!

The sales reps are all so amazing and listen to everything that you ask them about. Bryan, the sales rep that helped me today, was super knowledgeable about everything that was in the store and helped me pick out an amazing present for my roommates birthday as well as a pair for myself.

We went into the store to purchase sunglasses for myself and my daughter. We were turned right off by the employees, one was ok said try on what you like put it in the box when you are done. Pointed at a box and walked away .The other employees actions where, he was too cool to deal with anything. Extremely rude, condescending when I asked about their promotions.You work at a sunglass hut, and need to get with reality, dont think youre better than the people that put paychecks in your pocket .Too bad for them we spent our money elsewhere.

I got great customer service sales person was very informative when I asked about different shapes, sizes and styles.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend at all. I walked in during a superbowl Sunday and just wanted to have a look around, but the staff kept asking questions with attitude about why we would spend time shopping. Sounded like that staff didnt want to be there. We ended up not buying any sunglasses. When we walked back out, that same staff had the audacity to say something along the line like at least you guys put in an effort to come in. They seem to expect customers to walk out with a pair of their sunglass. Very unprofessional, stop giving me so much attitude. It was very forceful and uncomfortable. They need to train their staff better.

Worst service ever. Can’t even provide a screwdriver for some existing glasses due to “liability” reasons. I am empty shop. Both guys bored to hell... you’ll get glasses somewhere else...Besides the small fact, that their consulting is a joke. Every single sunglasses looked “awesome”. I mean.... no comment!

This place will tell you every pair of glasses you try on looks good, no honest salesmanship here. Just trying to make a quick buck. Also be careful they dont even take the stickers off and clean them for you most of the time. Any one of the 3 sunsations stores at the promenade is a way better choice. Far superior customer service, far better selection of everyday and luxury. Hope this helps people not make the mistake I did in going in that store.

I had one of the best retail experiences in recent memory here, I didnt even buy anything, they didnt have the particular frame I was looking for, but the associate who helped me cleaned my glasses thoroughly, and showed me absolutely everything they had that was similar. One of those rare, truly excellent service moments.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!We had only 10 minutes to buy sunglasses and make our wine tasting tour. Thank God they were open early. We ran in, told the lady our situation and the rush we were in. She showed us her favorite pair, we already knew ours and she cleaned them immediately. Ran to the register and she rang us up all within 4 mins!I love that they are open before many of the other stores in the promenade because it is super sunny and I am sure a bunch of people forget their shades at home so they have to buy new ones.Awesome location and staff!

I walked in wanting to get nose pads for my sunglasses and they were so nice. They immediately helped me out and made my sunglasses good as new. They tightened all the screws, put in nose pads and really took the time to provide great service. A great experience.

After signing up for a promotional store credit card at this location, my wifes identity was stolen. The information that the identity thieves used was unique to the information she provided here. You can draw your own conclusion, but we wont be shopping here again.

Went there yesterday to buy new glasses. It looks very posh so I thought they wouldnt let me in since I look very young and was dressed casual. But I experienced great customer service and friendly staff. They showed me around and I cpuld try every pair I wanted to.

My experience here was horrible, rude and unhelpful staff not to mention them stealing my change from me, wouldnt be too bad if it was a few cents, but it was $50, stealing is wrong, being rude to your customers is also wrong, i strongly recommend you dont go here!!! When I first walked in the staff were like sharks. A bunch of people approached, all asking if I needed help. One guy helped us out, and I picked out the pair of sunglasses I wanted. The clerk was then very rude - she picked the sunglasses off the display and not a new pair from the cabinet, and was very short during the transaction. She didnt clean the sunglasses, and proceeded to use her fake nails to scrape the sticker tag off. I left with a pair of sunglasses, a strange case and no cleaning cloth. I thought it was weird Persols wouldnt come with a cleaning cloth but whatever.Two weeks later the sunglasses show signs of wear, the one arm is separating from the front piece. So I return them to a different location and buy a new pair online. They shipped for free in one day, came with a different case, a cleaning cloth, and even a box! The staff in Santa Monica is awful! They gave me the wrong case, a broken pair of sunglasses, no box, and no cleaning cloth. Use the store to try on sunglasses and then buy them online. Ive had great experiences with many different locations, and this is by far the worst.

Terrible customer service and manager is rarely around. I have to continuously call him back to get my refund sorted and he still hasnt even resolved my issue. Wont be shopping here again.

Terrible experience, the staff completely ignored me when I had questions on various sunglasses, when I asked why they wouldn’t answer me they said it was because it looked like I didn’t have any money to buy the sunglasses. They said this in front of multiple customers and embarrassed me as well. Never going back.

Just visited Saturday January 27th 2018 at 10 am and was treated terribly by a shorter gentleman about 56 and 45 years old. Very rude and confrontational when attempting to purchase glasses. Will purchase somewhere else.

Got my tax return and decided to blow it all on stuff I dont need so I came here to finally my first pair of quality sunglasses over $50 and this older bearded guy treated me like low class trash because I didnt know what some brand name I couldnt care less about was.
