The Beleza bowl today was dissapointing. Bananas were not thoroughly cut and the consistency was very watery. I love supporting Oakland business owner, but you must get better!!

I come here every weekend after a walk around the lake to treat myself to a smoothie or acai bowl. If youve never had an acai bowl, its basically a smoothie with granola and fruit in a bowl. They have lots of gluten-free & vegan options, and the guys that work here have a great attitude for how busy they can get. Great for a light meal or snack, depending on your appetite!

The juices and prices are great, the signs said you can call in your order I tried during business hours and no one picks up the phone you cant leave a message because it full, when I arrived I ask the cashier if their phone was out of order because I had been calling, I was told that no phone orders are taken if theyre busy, if thats the policy it would be great to let the customers know. Hard to judge without trying a fair variety of selections. The concoction I had made was not the tastiest - could have been my fault. To that I can at least acknowledge that they are flexible in mixing off-menu combinations.

Solid fresh juiced products. Second time and they have been economical and delicious. Wish they had bigger sizes. And avacado, Costco has frozen organic that keeps well in the freezer.. Just saying.

I have been coming to this place for a while now, been a big fan! But lately, acai bowls’ tastes have been shifted towards ice-base rather than acai flavor itself. There are literally cubes of ice on the bowl and that is all I could taste. If they keep cutting the acai flavor and filling it with ice, not sure if they are heading the right direction... hopefully it’ll change back to REAL acai.

Ordered an acai bowl that tasted like ice and honey. Couldn’t even taste the banana blended in. I even found ice chunks. I guess it’s nice for juices and smoothies but açaí bowls are weak in flavor. If it weren’t for the toppings it would be just ice with honey and slight taste of açaí.

This is without a doubt my favorite lace to get acai bowls (now that Whole Foods stopped making theirs). All of the bowls and smoothies and amazing and Ive heard the same about their other house items. My go to are the Alpha Bowl and the Maca Mama smoothie. Apparently, you can get their juices in a 32oz bottle. Employees are almost always kind and polite. And yes, they take card.Theres no place inside to enjoy your food but there is a single bench right outside. If you prefer, theres also park across the street and Lake Merritt down the street. I almost always find parking thats no more than a 30 sec walk away. This place is popular but is rarely ever crowded. The surrounding area os nice enough but be sure to hide any valuables in your car just in case.

My body loves Main Squeeze! I couldnt understand the hype why the lines were so long for a juice bar, but the juices & smoothies are super fresh and yummy. I havent been to Jamba Juice since my 1st visit here! I support local business and especially when its taste great!

Always get Leafy Love when I come here. My favorite drink here.Last time I came here, they made it different and it was very spicy. I like the old version better.

Great options with generous portions. This is a small place so only 1-2 people can wait for their order inside. It can be a long wait when they are busy because each item takes a certain amount of time to make. The food itself is very good, though so its worth the wait.

Store is cramped, and service is very slow! Bowls could be good, however Ive watched their prices rise so high! Now, a juice shot is three dollars! For a little shot! I had once gotten an acai bowl (for 10 dollars btw) and it wasnt properly blended and had big chunks of frozen acai. I let the server know, and they replaced it, forgetting to add honey, chia seeds, and banana. Although I would love to have a great organic smoothie place here, i gave it a few chances and it was really a let down.

I dont usually leave such negative reviews, but it is baffling how they can claim to serve açaí here. Full disclosure, I am Brazilian and have higher standards, but even comparing this to American versions of açaí Ive had, this one was terrible. It tasted like frozen blueberries blended with water. Not only did it not taste like açaí, it tasted like nothing! And for $8 I was pretty disappointed.

Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever received. Next time when you guys are closed you guys should actually close your door and make it look up here that trash closed.- was a loyal customer

There must be something in the air because Ive been on an açaí bowl craze lately. I was with a couple of friends and we decided to start our day off with an açaí bowl! Arguably lighter and healthier than a typical brunch. We arrived at 11am on a Sunday and it seemed busy. There were maybe 10 people waiting outside for their orders but there wasnt really a line to order. Also, parking here is super hit or miss. Theres plenty of street parking but most of it was taken when I was there.I ordered the Beleza Bowl (~$8). The bowl comes with açaí, banana, and guarana topped with banana, strawberry, granola, and honey. What else could you want on a bowl!It took about 10-15 minutes for them to prepare my bowl, but the wait didnt seem too bad. In the meantime, they actually offered us samples of a smoothie they made extra of.The bowl itself was delicious! For ~$8, this was a lot more worth it than many other places Ive had. They dont skimp out on any ingredients and the load up the top with granola, banana, and strawberry. The açaí was a bit too frozen/icy but nonetheless, it was super refreshing and tasted great.If Im ever in the mood for an açaí bowl again, Id consider coming back to Main Squeeze. From what Ive seen in the Oakland area, these prices for the amount youre getting is unbeatable!

Soooo many great toppings for their Açaí Bowls. Cute little hole in the wall feel. Healthy and sweet options. Smoothies, bowls, bars and more. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the price is really high ($12 for a açaí bowl). If you want to support the small business it’s worth it, otherwise it’s not worth the money in my mind.
