I have the membership to this place and let me say its awesome. Big BIG fan of their Tumeric milk. They also have a charcoal lemonade that will get the body cleared up. Simple set up, fast in and out and delicious juice. Yes!

I loveeeee Pressed Juicery. I have been under the weather lately so it’s been me, my Puffs tissue with lotion, wellness shots, vitality shots, and spicy Apple cider juices. But even when you’re not sick, their juices are really good and refreshing. They are also very generous in allowing you to try their drinks so you can pick the right one. The staff is always very friendly and makes good suggestions.

Delicious juice - try the Spicy Cider with ginger, apple, cayenne pepper, and lemon. The folks that work there are very friendly and helpful when you want to try out new flavors. The reason Im writing this review is because one of the staff in particular, Jenny, should be recognized for being so awesome. Shes patient with my mom, got me signed up as a member, has a radiant smile, and makes the Pressed Juicery a fun way to start a day.

This place was incredible! They have healthy (vegan - no added sugar) frozen yogurt. Wow! So good! Yes, it was expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

The short & sweet of it is: You will rarely find something this good for you that tastes so delicious, yet makes you feel like youre on your cheat day.Their list of juices includes signature creamy juices like the Chocolate Almond with dates, cacao, & sea salt, the Brazil Nut with kale spinach, nuts, dates, & other goodness for your body, and the Coconut Cinnamon made simply with coconut meat, coconut water, and cinnamon. And they also offer the more popular- yet decidedly more boring- juices, packed with superfood ingredients like ginger, kale, beets, carrots, and others, meant to build up your immunity and keep you feeling on the lighter side, should you choose to have one as a snack or even a meal replacement.If youre a local, or are feeling for something a little more out there, go for one of their seasonal juices, which come chock-full of seasonal ingredients and vary from season to season. And if youre not sure what to get, ask for as many samples as you want. They love to share. The creamy ones are definitely my favorites, though. They can easily replace a full meal- or two- have all the nutrients you need, and most importantly, taste absolutely delicious.Also, if you think you might be coming back, make sure to join their rewards program, as you can collect points on every purchase and get the skinny on all sorts of deals they have throughout the year. Not a bad way to treat your body right, I say.

Its such a wonderful feeling when you take a sip of juice and not is your palate overjoyed, but it feels like your cells are doing a happy dance. They definitely have some of the best tasting fresh juices Ive had in LA. Every juice is RICH with the raw dynamic flavor of its ingredients. Each combination is melodious, refreshing, and greatly satisfying. Even more than the juice, though, is the branding and design of this company. Its style is very modern, minimalist, and earthy. Its like a boutique for juice which Im really really attracted to. It makes the whole experience new and different from a smoothie place type of feel, which I think is what sets them apart from your average juicery. Their almond, date, vanilla, and sea salt drink is a great alternative to satisfy a creamy sweet tooth. It makes for a good energy drink. The strawberry apple lime is what strawberry lemonade wishes it was! If youre into tropical vibes, the pinapple, apple, mint is bursting with yummy flavor. I prefer to make my own juice at home to save money but when I want to indulge, I definitely would come here.

First, I think this is a great, high-quality product. Unfortunately, the customer experience and service culture lack greatly. I don’t want a concession or a credit – I just wished this company delivered the level of service its products deserve.In trying to place my order Wednesday, 10/25, I called and left two voice mail messages in advance of my order and another after I already placed it regarding a specific delivery time. I even called the store closest to the company’s headquarters trying to reach a live person after my voice mail messages went unanswered, but was told the only option was to call and leave a voice mail message. All of my calls were made during business hours and all went to a voice mail box without any SLA on response time. I did receive a return voicemail at 4 PM PST stating that the deadline for shipments that week cut-off at 12 PM. The personal leaving the voice mail message, Emily, sounded professional and friendly and gave me a call back number. Upon retrieving the voicemail today and calling back into the company (Thursday morning at around 9:50 AM PST), my call was received by a rep named Delisa who was generally surly and negative. She said the cut-off was noon PST yesterday without apology. I offered to pay an expedite fee or a supplement for added delivery charged (even though I missed cut-off due to lack of call back) and she flatly refused. When I explained the multiple voicemail messages and lack of timely call back, her response was “well…better luck next time.” WOW!!! When I asked, “excuse me, I didn’t hear that” (Read: gave her the opportunity to correct herself and the service experience). She repeated “The cut-off has passed, I can’t do anything for you – I said… better luck next time.”The lack of customer experience process at Pressed Juicery is only surpassed by the lack of customer service training. It’s a shame, really. I hope the folks that work in the stores are nicer than the ones that take online orders.
