When I went to SMHP and was pleasantly surprised about the knowledge all of the people had who work there. I have been away from homeopathic medicines for over 20 years. I am so thrilled I found this pharmacy. After a terrible car accident I was having trouble breathing. I had been 5 times to my primary care doctor and the ER to help with my breathing problems. All the doctors would say it’s stress and the injuries take time to heal. After 5 week of suffering Christine who works at SMHP was able to provide me with relief to my breathing problems which was getting scary since I couldn’t catch my breath. I am so happy to have found them. Christine was wonderful with ideas and had the greatest amount of patience’s which was lacking from the traditional doctors advice. I can’t thank her enough. She even called me after I left to tell me my senior discount hadn’t go through and was being applied to my credit card. You guys are terrific. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in Santa Monica

This is the friendliest and most knowledgeable pharmacy Ive ever been to. I was dealing with hemorrhoids and their consultants were incredibly helpful. The natural medicine they gave me got rid of my hemorrhoids within two days.All their products are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend coming here so that you can avoid the harmful effects that steroids and other medicines prescribed by doctors have on our immune systems.

Unprofessional service from Maggie Stanley and the older woman Victoria at the counter who always seems zoned out. She mishandled an order that I never should have placed in the first place ( Maggie made a mistake with the remedy) and was extremely rude to me. In addition, Maggie had no insight as to my stage four disease or the environmental toxins I was exposed to. I did not make progress at all under her care and I did not appreciate the unprofessional and rude behavior from Victoria. If she wants to disengage from the world I recommend she stop working with people in retail.

I was looking for a certain supplement that I needed fairly urgently, and while they didnt have it in stock, they offered to have it shipped to the store for me to pick up. When I mentioned that I was hoping to get them as soon as possible, Pam was very accommodating and made a few calls to see what she could have done. Because of her effort, I was able to get those supplements the same day.

Ive gone to Sta. Monica Homeopathic almost since they opened. I have ALWAYS have had good prices, great help, and prompt care. They always have had what I have needed in store or to be shipped, reasonably.

They help me feel so much better and with natural supplements!!! I was so weak and had a major iron loss and now I feel so great. And my skin and hair are so healthy too. I love how knowledgable they all are and I love the standard process vitamins.

Ive been going here for many years and I found them to be more knowledgeable than many doctors. Mainstream medicine doesnt have a clue about alternative health remedies aside from Pharmaceuticals. The staff at SMHP truly goes the extra mile to examine then suggest specific remedies that truly will yield great results and always have in my case. Steve is my main go-to-guy there and weve had some great conversations and hes giving me some excellent advice on solutions to a given problem that I may have. They are the Whole Foods of homeopathic vitamins and supplements so your wallet will be a lot lighter but what is your health worth. They have my highest recommendation.

This was my first visit to a homeopathic pharmacy, I was very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were eager to greet me and help me with my issues.

This place doesnt open until 9:30 am--so dont go at 9 am. And dont put 6 minutes in the parking meter because youll need at least 30 minutes to wait for it to open--unless you want to get one of Santa Monicas delicious $53 presents from the meter maids and men.They only carry about one bottle of most of their stock--so dont wait until you are out to order. Keep going back every other day for about 2 weeks prior to running out.I went at 9:23 am to get Douglas Basic Preventive 5. I waited until after 9:30, then went in to find the product was out of stock. Thanks but no thanks, SM Homeo Pharm.

People working there dont know how to work with customers and answer their questions. Avoid this place!

I love this place it always have what I need and the employees are so friendly. They should have a Spanish speaker so they can help more people. This homeopathic pharmacy is very good, it has all the homeopathic medicine and they give a free consultation if you do not know what to take for your symptoms. It also has other very good products and at a lower price than the big stores, the bad thing is that they dont speak Spanish so take someone to translate for them. In my case, I liked everything, it was like when I went to my homeopathic doctor in Mexico.
