Best mechanic experience ever!! As a young female, I don’t like going to mechanics alone but this shop was so professional and kind. My car was overheating and they let me bring it in (and it got fixed) the same day! Reasonable price and great service. Will definitely be coming back.

They did a great job on my timing chains and tensioner. Great communication and a great price. Would definitely recommend them. As for unforseen problems related to work preformed they will rectify the problem and if its a result of the work they performed like in my situation they will get everything in working order for the original agreed cost.

Top-notch service. Honest. Welcoming. Trust worthy. No price-gouging. Courteous. Clean and tidy office. A friend referred me to Import Auto Service and Im so glad that she did. I was hesitant to take my BMW in for a repair, but Tim and crew fixed my car up and had me back on the road same day... and it didnt break me. Ive never had a better automotive repair experience!!

They did a great job! I had to get a part ordered for my headlights, they let me know right away, and told me theyd call me when the part arrived (SAME DAY!). I went back that afternoon and they fixed it under an hour. Wonderful service, kind, and friendly!

Ive trusted these mechanics for the last 4 to 6 years. Theyve always taken the time to explain to me the problem or problems! I had a Ford Explorer Sport and currently my second 2007 Clk 350 with Import Auto. They are always friendly, respectful and patient when it comes to explaining the issue and challenges with fixing the problem!I edited my comments realizing Import Auto had been working on my cars for a longer period and wanted to convey my trust with this shop! I highly reccomend this shop!

I go to Import Auto service every year for my vehicle inspection. The staff is great always getting my car in and out in a timely manner. The waiting room has a TV and is a pleasant place to wait. I have also brought my car in for tire rotations, oil change and to fix my tire when I have picked up a screw on the road. Each time the work is done quickly, well and for a very fair price. I highly recommend this Auto Service group to everyone.

Friendly and price competitive full service auto repair station. I own a BMW 335i and have used Auto Import for repairs many times. There was a specific situation, a few months ago, in which all 6 of my fuel injectors needed replacement. Rather than charging me for the repair, Auto Import recommended that I first touch base with the BMW Dealership in Alexandria, and see if they would cover it under a good faith warranty. I called the dealership, and sure enough, the work was covered for free. Auto Import could have easily tried to sell me their services as an out-of-pocket expense for me, but instead, tried to save me money. Its this type of honesty that will have me returning to them for the foreseeable future. Side note: They also have an excellent detailer called Tim, who does the best job at making your car look new. Overall, very impressed.

Every time I get work done, it is less expensive than anywhere else. What is most important to me, is that I can trust them. I know I will not be cheated, they are fair, and have given me advice to repair some things myself.If you want to go somewhere you can trust to do the right thing, and also do a great job. Jay is one of the mechanics, and is really knowledgeable. The owner and his wife are always friendly.I have recommended Import Auto to friends and family and I would never go anywhere else.

Ive been having issues with my car (2001 325i) for the last few weeks. Read multiple forums and spent countless hours trying to figure out what it could be. Spent some money having a few other technicians inspect it but no luck, they just wanted more money to thoroughly check it out. Found Tim at Import Auto Service on google, today is a Saturday and he is usually only open on Saturdays by appointments. I was lucky enough that he let me swing by so he could scan my car. After scanning it and giving me the printed report and a lot of advice, he told me what the problem was. Went straight to the parts store and purchased the part and BAM! problem fixed. Tim is a very nice guy with a lot of knowledge and runs an awesome shop. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends with import cars and will be returning for all my future needs including general maintenance.

I found these guys on Google. Randomly. Have a 2004 530i. Had some personal issues going on as well as mechanical. Most places would have seen my problem has a way to charge thousands!!! Chris and his partner are nothing less than outstanding!!! Honest!!! I used their loaner for a week, picked up my car today, problem solved, and at a (600.00) fraction of the price. I live in Eastlake, its a little drive, but in the end, well worth it. These guys are now my go to guys. Seriously, avoid the dealerships and being railroaded. Try Import Auto Service!!

Excellent and professional staff. Took my H2 to Marvin K several times over the course of a year for an issue with the truck shutting off intermittently and each time I got the truck back home the problem persisted, one time it actually cut off on the way home. These guys were able to find the issue and fixed it.

I went to get my Honda Accord serviced today at Import Auto. Chriss was very friendly and had great customer service. The staff was professional and trustworthy. He lended me a vehicle to use while my car was being repaired, which was AWESOME. The price he quoted me was outstanding. I will definitely be returning for future repairs. Ive been looking for a reliable service center since I moved out to east county. Ive found it. Got my Odyssey running great and treated me right. Im gonna be a long time customer.

Not even half a star worthy. This want to be Import auto shop is a horrible place to take any car especially German cars. I had to take my car back in 3 times for them to tell me that they dont know whats wrong and to take it somewhere else. They charged me for labor and a starter that was not the issue. They also tried to tell me that they installed a new gas pump ( at no cost). All the times that I left with my car it gave me the same problem that it had when I took it in. I took it to the dealership and the issue was with a fuel injector that was spitting too much gas. Turned out that because of Import Auto Sercvice lack of knowledge I ended up paying $4,000.00 when it was an easy $400 job. TAKE YOUR IMPORT CARS TO THE DEALERSHIP. You know you are getting what youre paying for

I found them on Google and wanted to give them a chance as they sounded like they knew the problem from a phone consultation. Avoid this placeI had a horrible experience in this shop, I really don’t recommend any one to go to this place, and especially if the owner is there he is so vulgar and rude, he threatened me and told me F word, all just because I ask the office lady to explain me in detail my invoice.To make matters worse they took the liberty of removing my license plate holder without asking me for permission at all they just did it, they place their import auto service license plate holder.Bottom line I don’t recommend this place at all, you get what you pay for, and if you like to be treated disrespectful then go here.

I own a 02 325i and ive had 3 shops look at my car check engine light and they could not find the problem took it to import and they found the issue, the repair was not expensive these guys are pros, Honest, professional,affordable i would recommend them to everyone.

My Acura feels and sounds like new after my repair by IAS, due to an exhaust leak which triggered the check engine light. Although it took time for the part to come in, the service was complete the same day. Pricing is very reasonable, and took care of persistent rattling noise that I never mentioned.

They charge for parts and labor that they do not provide. Con artists without the art; just stright con.

Prompt and friendly service with reasonable prices. I would not take my car anywhere else!
