So disappointed, I took in a couple packages to return and one of the packages is lost and the clurk tells me they dont know who picked it up or how to track it and its not their responsibility. because I didnt use their tag.I used the return tag that came with the item. So just to let you know if youre going to be sending a packages out from the postal annex in Santee on magnolia mast I suggest you ask them how youre able to track your package before sending it or go to the post office.

Wow! The best experience with these folks.I dropped off four personally valuable decorative plates, unwrapped, and asked them to ship them home for me while on a family visit to the area.I was amazed with the care they took in packing. Each plate well wrapped, then immovably padded in a box. This box was then suspend in an outer box with packing peanuts. You could have drop kicked it off the back of a truck and only the cardboard would have sustained damage.

These folks can pack or crate and ship as anything. Private mailbox service and package receiving very useful and reasonably priced. All kinds of packing and office supplies too.

Needed to ship a large picture to NY. I had no idea how to package or ship it. Went into the Pak Mail store and they knew exactly what to do. They packaged, crated and shipped the picture for me. It was an easy transaction and the picture got there safe and sound. Would definitely use them again.

I went to the Santee location to get some documents notarized because their website says they do it for $10 per signature as everyone else in Santee charges $15 per signature (the maximum charge allowed by California law). The notary tried to charge me $20 per signature and told me that most notary publics are charging $20 these days. (False). I then left for the UPS store. They were as shocked as me when i told the super friendly employees at the UPS store about the illegal overcharge. By the way... UPS charged me the legal $15 per signature. Hopefully someone will read this and not waste their time and money.

Love this place! Great customer service everything gets done quick and easy. This place has saved me tones of time and mony. I will always go here for my shipping needs. Soooo much better than any kind of post office or othere shipping buisness
