Be very very careful letting these guys under your hood. I went in in October and purchased a battery. They changed out my battery and blew my radio fuse. When they couldnt fix it they told me to take it to the dealership. They gave me a card with the managers name on it as if it was suppose to carry some weight. I went and had it fixed and came back to the Advance and they refused to reimburse me. That happened in October. Ive called them 2 times. Both times they assure me that a Manger will call me. I never received a call back either time. I will never spend another dime with them. Please, please dont let these guys under your hood without understanding the charges will be on you if they screw something up.

Its a Good Parts StoreI always shop here because the employees are knowledgeable and the prices are competitive. They will install wiper blades, etc with a nice professional attitude. I have never had a bad experience here.

Advance Auto in Saraland always provides excellent customer service and auto knowledge. I bypass the competitors to get to them and in the rare case that they dont have something, I wait until they have. Keep up the good work guys.
