I made an appointment on Friday for 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, they took my truck in ahead of time, they reviewed with me exactly what was wrong with my truck concerning my brakes. They were courteous and polite and showed me the problem with the rotors and pads and they also allowed me to look at the finished product before mounting the wheels. They even offered me a line of credit which I thought was great and they did not have to do that. The managers name is Zack and the assistant managers name is Kevin they thoroughly went over with me through the whole process both of the work to be done, and the work that did get done and the options of payment I appreciate you guys thank you much

Zach was awesome and got me in and out with a tire patch even though I showed up late in the day. The whole team was friendly and courteous. I can’t recommend Mavis in Saraland enough!

Amazing service! They offer financing options for a lot of repair services they have! Would highly recommend this shop, they are honest, informed and fully inspect your vehicle regardless what you’re in for, I do wish they had the popcorn and coffee in the waiting area but I understand why they don’t. The guy that serviced my tires was great! I was aggravated because I had two toddlers with me but he patched my tire only to find a bigger issue. He admitted to me that it wasn’t my fault and he fixed the issue without any additional charges to me. He apologized several times and I was very appreciative because he could have easily got more money from me being that I have absolutely no idea about mechanical problems. So many times I have been took advantage of from service technicians but he was a “good guy”… I hate I didn’t get his name. I had evacuated for Hurricane Ida & returning to Metairie I had tire losing hire. This was on a Saturday & they were very busy but Nathan who worked counter got me in & out with a tire repair to get me back on road. So grateful. They were all so helpful! A blessing in time of need!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My husband made an appointment at 11 am to have 4 new tires put on and an alignment done. At 12:00, the truck had not been moved and no word from anyone on why it hadnt been started on. What is the point of being able to make an appointment? There should have been a slot open to do the work on his truck for the appointment time. You just lost about $1200 today and any future business from us. And I will be sure to pass the word about the unprofessionalism of this company!

Slayden was such a great help. He made the entire process easy and I felt like my car had been thoroughly inspected before I was allowed to leave the lot. Very pleased and will definitely be back!

I feel like usually they take one look at my face and decide Im an easy target for overpriced and unneeded services. but these guys at mavis checked my car out, found out I had a nail in my tire I didnt even know about, got me all fixed up, and didnt charge me a dime. best experience Ive ever had at a car place!

I took my car in for low rear tire. Sladon and Zack were were polite and considerate.. They treated this disabled lady with the up most respect and consideration. I will come back to this Mavis tire because of these two gentlemen

This is by far the worst tire shop around. I took a set of wheels and tires to them to be mounted and balanced, they put balance BEADS in my tires causing them to be severely out of balance and I drove on them for almost 2 weeks which caused my brand new tires to start cupping and to top all that they used the cheapest valve stems I’ve ever seen... I had to have every single wheel rebalanced and have the valve stems replaced because every one of them were leaking between the valve stem seat and the wheel. If you want quality service then DO NOT go to Mavis

Mavis in Saraland alabama is the #1 place to go and get tires and mechanic done nice people and easy get along with and help you out anyway they can!!!!!!!

Called and ask for a quote to have my rear differential axle checked out to make sure its good, guy puts me on hold to ask the manager, manager states its free, I tell him Im on the way (black guy). When I get there Kevin, only guy at front desk first states I didnt call, when I showed him my phone that I just called 5 minutes before arriving, he asked the other guy who came from back if I called and he confirmed yes. He then tells the other guy what the service the manager said was free was not free and the only thing that was free was to check under the car for leaks. You can tell he was on a power trip and upset he made the false accusation that I didnt call and talk to someone before showing up literally 5 minutes later.

These guys were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The prices were excellent as well! Thank you for taking care of me today!

Initial staff was friendly. Had an appointment that I was 45 minutes early for. Still took 2 1/2 hours just for 2 tires. When I went to check out, the salesperson hardly acknowledged me at all because he was tied up on phone and helping others. Decent prices though.

I told the front desk I wanted to pull the car around so I could give them the chuck for my custom rims. The front desk said that he would tell them to come get me when it is ready to be pulled around. By the time I made it to the back room, two people, greasy and dirty were in my car pulling it around. This car is a show car, so I expect everything to be in pristine condition. By the time I made it to the back, they managed to lock themselves in my car. They were asking how to get it unlocked, and frantically trying to get out of my car. In the meantime, he tries to pull the locking mechanism inside the car and breaks it. Once the tires and rims were put back on the car, I noticed a knick in the sidewall of the rims. (Which was not there before) I will never take my car back to this place again... The front desk said that they would handle the situation directly. They should have more respect for other peoples property.

Kevin greeted me as I walked even though they were super busy. I definitely saw ALOT of teamwork in this establishment. When I got ready to pay Kevin was busy so Zack took over. He was very professional and helpful of my split payment situation. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back in the future.

We will never use these guys again. My wife went in for a 9am appointment as set on their website per their request. She is still sitting there 4 hours later waiting for the vehicle to be completed. A simple oil change and Tire Rotation. Horrible Service and No communication on what is causing the delay.Stay away from this business!!

Made and appointment for 4 pm tire rotation and oil change because I have to pick my kids up from daycare before 6. I arrived at Mavis at 345 pm and checked in. It is 454 pm and my car is not being serviced. What is the point in accepting appointment times if it will not be honored.UPDATED: I was contacted by the manager at Mavis the next day and he worked quickly on a solution. I was able to get my car serviced yesterday in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

The waiting area is clean and large. Nice clean bathrooms and an extra large tv. The staff is great, ALL are friendly, knows their product. I am never there an hour, always less. They will be the ones I choose to take care of my car for now on.

I have never in my life gone to a tire shop with a appointment at 8:00 to get new tires and 6 hours I repeat 6 hours later still not finished

I was very short on time and they were able to get me taken care of quickly so for that I gave them 2 stars. The reason they lost the other three is because I was given a different price over the phone than I received in the store. Also the guy working the front counter probably didnt know the definition of courteous. He did not greet anyone at all and when you asked him a question he would not acknowledge you at all he would just walk off and come back with an answer. It seemed like it was too difficult for him to say hello or please and thank you.

A real rip off. Charged me an out ragious price to work on my vehicle . Couldnt tell any difference after they worked on it. Bad brakes can be dangerous. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I found someone else who fixed the problem for half the price.

It took them almost 4-1/2 hours to put on a new set of tires and wheel alignment. However, this place takes in a lot of business that keeps them backlogged so its unreasonable to expect to be in and out in an hour on a Saturday. I wish they had more techs on hand and thats the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But they kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, notified me immediately of any additional issues that may need attention and gave informative answers to my questions. Price was best in town. I will continue to use them. Service is worth the wait.

Had a “professional shop” tell me that they replaced my front end took it in for a alignment got my car back and it still wasn’t right brought it back with no questions asked and the friendly techs advised me that the prior shop lied and cheated me money refunded my money and offer to assist in the replacement of the needed parts if I ordered them will be back to complete business

Remember those names in that while after my experience interacting with them I feel that the organization probably as a whole has other competent employees these individuals went above and beyond to help me regarding a situation that I was experiencing so I can only speak as to their outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and diligence handling my concerns and needs. Without getting into specifics I was not in this particular instance what you would probably call an advantageous position regarding the repairs etc I was needing and to add further distress potential disadvantage I was on my way out of town or trying to get out of town it was late near closing time and I was under a time constraint as well. So with that being said if they wanted to take advantage of my situation they could have tried and due to my circumstances probably succeeded in that I was prepared to pay just about whatever within that I deemed reasonable. Just for better understanding and because of the circumstances I feel this is important, I drive a high end european sports car so by outward appearances I would probably be the ideal person to press for money in this situation or suggest unnecessary repairs options to try to make some quick money if you were a predatory type individual etc. Instead they took this opportunity to be very understanding and in fact went out of their way to try and help me and actually worked me in so I would not have to stay overnight. Whether I am correct or not this to me is the sign of good solid people that I would do business again with and recommend to others. In today’s environment of turmoil and genuine overall distrust I really appreciate what they did for me and so I wanted to recognize their efforts publicly for others and commend their actions.

I dropped my car off last night and was blessed that it was ready by 10:00 this morning. I picked it up and realized the tire light was still on. After a quick call I returned my car and they are fixing it. I feel safe again. Zac and Patrick have been complete gentlemen. I have listened to folks be unkind and disrespectful. In my two times coming here I was always in and out pretty quick. The front desk is professional and friendly, clean inside with comfy seating and a tv, clean bathroom and it also has a kid play area with toys.Had a small hiccup with the tire technician putting my new tire on the wrong side but it was fixed quickly after bringing up the oopsie.
