Excellent service and great staff

My windshield wipers were ready to be replaced, like I couldn’t see driving down the road. I pulled into auto zone and they helped me find the correct wipers, and then Kurt installed them in the freezing rain. I was so appreciative!

Customer service in this saraland al store is great and very polite cashiers work here i travel a long way just to patronize auto zone try this store and you will get number 1 service they make you feel good about spending ypur money in there and return policy is not difficult everyone is treated equally and that means alot when you are spending your money

Went in to find a part for our vehicle. Very clean and well lit store. Staff was asking to help us immediately. Walked us straight to the item that we needed. The guy helped us find several items. Very friendly and very nice staff. We will go back there again.

This Auto zone on Saraland Blvd. Are the worse representatives in a Auto Part store Ive ever been in. They have no concern, or customer service skills to be working in a Auto Part store. My Auto Zone on Holcombe Ave and Govt would have put that simple bulb in for me (an wouldnt have accepted a tip). I guess theyve been trained to assist only certain people. I will never go to that Auto Zone again, even if my car breaks down in Saraland.

Paid for a part yesterday. 146 dollar when i got home i saw i must of lost a 100 dollar bill called jack he checked and i had 2 100s stuck together very honest guy he always goes the extra mile to help with my parts.

You have to be careful here, but that is really becoming the case with all of these type of places. If you have any trouble here, ask for Sheila the manager who has been with this company a long time, and I feel like she will make it right. They are hiring some young inexperienced kids, likely to give them a chance, or out of desperation, who perhaps need to bone up on their scruples, but I think they think theyre being helpful. One other female manager is kind of unprofessional, but glad they hire women. They can get so busy or seem like they have so many pressures on them, that perhaps they are going so fast that things are being overlooked. Theyre overpriced on most things, such as the battery I ultimately needed, by thirty dollars as compared to Wal-Mart. Glad theyre in Saraland for those times you need them closer and open later. They would get 5 stars for patience and clean, neat place.
