Love Rouses market. Been shopping at Rouses when I lived in Lockport LA since I was a teen. The staff is pleasant and they have everything I need most of the time.

Im usually in New Orleans buying from rouses. Great they have the usual fish fry on Friday. Miss the chowder though.

We needs some flowers bouquet for my late wife Grave..even though no flowers shop was closed or something.Mr Rusty the manager came and saved the day he help us make a most beautiful bouquet for us and even take time to teach us about how to make a bouquet..Rouses is our grocery store here in gulf port ms, when away from Mr Rusty made us feel like part of the family..GO MR RUSTY.....THANK YOU SIR..

I LOVE this store, from the fresh seafood, fresh locally grown produce, hot food and the prices are AMAZING! The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I wish we had one of these where I am from. But I will ALWAYS shop here when I am in the area.

For some reason Wal-Marts financial area was not in operation on a Friday around 6:30 p.m. so I was unable to purchase a money order. So, after so many road blocks to accomplish this task, I was determined I was getting 1 before I went home! I went to Rouses where I only waited behind 1 other customer for less than 1 minute and to my surprise, their money orders were half the price of Wal-Marts!! .50 and more like a check with more space to write in, much easier to understand and fill out! My new money order store! While there I did a quick walk through. I forgot what a great place this is and also unlike Wal-Mart, there are weekly sales!! Signs on all sale items. My friend said they quit printing sale papers, helps further savings, right? I was like, well, all ya gotta do is walk the store and look at the signs! Youre shopping anyway, right? We usually go down all the aisles anyway when shopping, right? So, why would you need a sale map!?!? Anyway, as usual, everything was clean, straight and organized! And all staff was friendly as usual! Next grocery trip I think Ill take the aisle by aisle tour with a shopping cart! Some sale items I saw this particular day were lower than Wal-Marts prices!!

Great visit! Nice clean store. Isles were neat and clutter free. Shelves were stocked full. There were great selections. The staff was very friendly. Absolutely love the various meat selections. I love the fact that the seafood selection does on this play with season and non-seasoned items. If you want to grill this is the place to go I saw a Boston butt wrapped with conecuh sausages and seasoned!! all you needed was heat and a hungry stomach I will get it next time it looked awesome. I recommend this store and I will also be back. Some things were a little pricey but not too bad. some things were reasonable.

Louisiana specialty grocery. Great seafood section. Some grocery prices are a bit high, especially in produce and dairy, but the specials are so very good its hard to resent it.

Limited menu; as such expected food to be great but it was okay whats worse is the table beside us has the similar experience as they shared with me what not to give on an already limited menu

We were having difficulty at the flower shop the lady didn’t want to help and Mr. Rusty came running to help and helped us put together beautiful flowers for my mother’s grave. Thank you so much Mr. Rusty Go Rusty!

I actually really liked the store. The problem was the checkout line. The machine claimed chip read error for 2 of my cards and the clerk refused to enter the card in on his end. So I had to use my business credit card for a personal expense which created more work on my end after the fact.

Thank God, Publix opened up a store in Saraland last year.

Wish there more stores, love in Texas.

A little backwards on the layout I am used to. Most of the staff had masks on correctly but there were a couple that could have covered their noses better. Check out lady was super nice and amazingly patient with the lady a head of me.

One of the best place I like to shop in Saraland because when you go there they have just about everything you need and the people are very nice to you when you need something out of the store all you have to do is ask them and they will definitely find what you need

Issue is they are usually out of the best items/ not restocking them...like Walmart and trying to support there brand. Which by measurements/price isnt a deal.

All I can say is WOW! What a great store. Ib was traveling from New Orleans to Atlanta yesterday and couldnt find a place to use my breast pump. I was so frustrated and in a lot of pain. I tried every gas station and truck stop along the way. I was desperate. Im sure the sweet angel of a customer service cashier could see my desperation and pain when I asked her if they had a restroom that I could pump in. She kindly gave me access to a closet that had an outlet so I could pump in private. I am so grateful! She was so kind and sweet to do that for me... If I didnt get to pump, my next stop was going to be asking a hospital...Rouses is truly the best grocery store chain. I lived in New Orleans and moved to Atlanta and Im sad there arent any Rouses where I live. The customer service is unbeatable; they truly put their customers first.

Night before Thanksgiving, rushed into the Saraland store, panicked to get ingredients for a green bean casserole, and found the store was FULLY STOCKED!! I normally shop at a large Walmart where the pickings can be slim more often than not, so imagine my joy when I not only found everything I needed, it had all been arranged on the same shelf - I was in and out in about 5 minutes (plenty of registers open, too!!) So glad they came to the Mobile area!!

I love Rouses! They have little buggys for the kids to feel involved. The store is always clean and organized! They arent usually too crowded. The sale items are usually a good deal. The staff are really nice and helpful!

I think this is the best supermarket in the Saraland and Chickasaw area. While they dont have the largest variety, they make up for that in quality. Their produce, bakery, and grab-and-go selections really set them apart. I highly recommend checking out the the extensive salad bar and the fruit section.
