The most horrible experience I have ever had at a Best Buy. Literally no one to help!!! walked around for forever trying to look for someone in a blue shirt. A worker knew I was looking and instead asked someone else if they needed help. It seemed as though they only wanted to help older people. It’s as if you need to have a buzzer I was literally thinking of waving my hands help. Ian was very helpful after 15 min looking for someone. Never again will I go back
Pacific Kitchen at Best Buy is the worst place where you can buy your appliances. Four months after purchasing a set of Thermador appliances (which you may know, they are quite expensive) and having to go to the store for different reasons (a wrong cooktop or extended delay in the delivery, for instance) we are still dealing with a refrigerator replacement. And we ended up with a dishwasher with a different handle than the rest of the set. Lucky us!For the cooktop we had to cancel the order and buy it from Rices. Pacific kitchen told us they needed another 3 months to deliver the cooktop. That would make 6 moths to get a kitchen. Please, dont make our same mistake. Go somewhere else to get your appliances. Rices, Fergusson, Mullets... We were told and we didnt listen. These are photos of a almost $9K refrigerator after 3 teams trying to level the doors. Good job Pacific Kitchen and Home! Or Best Buy. Or whatever it is.And the best part is that with the exception of Dan, the rest of the team doesnt seem to care are all. Specially Paul the manager who is a rude and nasty individual, more interested on listening to himself than to please the customers. We have spent almost 12 hours over different visits at the store to get this problem solved. And we are not done yet.
