I hired them to fix my home network. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and did good work. It took two visits because we had to wait for replacement parts in the mail, but they got the network running smoothly again. I really appreciated that they kept suggesting ways that I could save money. I would absolutely hire them again.

I recently had cameras installed inside and out by American Wireless Alarm Inc. John and Nick were the techs that did the installation and setup. I am able to view all cameras by my iPhone, iPad and computer. When I go out I can also view all on my iPhone. John was so patient with instructing me to understand how to perform this task as I am not the most computer literate. John and Nick were a well oiled machine with how they worked together. They were always polite and very hard working. I can’t praise or recommend them enough! I highly recommend American Wireless Alarm Inc. for your security needs!

Great Locally owned company! I was shopping for a very large CCTV system for our community HOA. We interviewed 3 companies for the project. American Wireless was a clear choice for us. They implemented the system installation in a matter of 12 days (65 cameras) and we were very pleased with the outcome. The system has been in for over a year now with only one service call needed last week. The Camera system install was flawless and the security system was great as well but took longer then they expected so they had to come back the next day to complete the job. Absolute nightmare! Would not recommend this business. They do not know their camera system. They are unable to answer any questions or provide any support. Everytime there is an issue with the camera system, we have been spoken to in a rude and obnoxious manner.

Excellent work. I upgraded to a newer video system with HD cameras to protect my house. The prior system was still working well after 6 years but the new technology is so clear. American Wireless did a great job installing the system again. I recommend them.

They are very unprofessional. The tech that showed up was unprepared and unaware of what he was doing there. He said the sales guy didnt pass along the job info to him. He left because he wasnt prepared for the job. Called sales person, left a message for him and they didnt call me back. Thanks a lot for not doing the job at all. What a waste of time.

When we decided to place several surveillance cameras around our home, we interviewed several companies. Bart from American Wireless Alarm, Inc.made what we felt to be the best and clearest presentation and answered all our questions. American Wireless Alarms price was also very competitive. The installers of the cameras were very knowledgeable and did a very clean job. Once their work was complete, Bart reviewed all the aspects of the system and helped us set up the computer, TV, phone and iPad for viewing the cameras live, as well as reviewing videos that are recorded whenever motion is detected. One very nice feature of American Wireless is that their personnel are always there to answer questions and offer assistance AFTER the installation is completed. We wholeheartedly recommend American Wireless Alarm for excellent and honest service.

We were having issues with trespassers on our corner lot property so we had American Wireless Alarm install a camera system back in March 2012. As a result, the system has helped us with our issue as well as our next door neighbor. The installers did a great job and were very professional.

Had a 10 camera system installed. Within a couple of weeks, started getting static on a couple of the more distant cameras. After investigating, found out that the push on connectors on the back of my DVR were loose so I ordered some crimp on connectors from Amazon along with the crimping tool. Replaced about half of the connectors and the system seemed fine. A month or so later, camera fuzziness and wiggle began returning so I called to have American Wireless replace all of the cheap push on connectors with crimp style.Its been a year since install and I am less than impressed. The 2 cameras at my driveways are flaking out again. I contacted Bart at American Wireless to swap out a camera to a PTZ style, add an additional camera, upgrade the existing cameras to a better quality since the original hi-def cameras that were installed cannot make out a license plate leaving my driveway and once again fix the ground issue as he called it when he came to give me an estimate on the additional work.It took a week to get an estimate because he was on vacation and almost 3 weeks after that without a response. I sent 3 emails asking for a response with the final simply saying not to worry about performing the job, Ill find someone who wants to work. Miraculously, 10 minutes later, I received his response that said Sorry Kevin, I was on vacation, back today with back to back appointments all morning. If you have it taken care of, great. If you would like a response, let me know.I paid well over $4000 for this system and was about to spend another $2000 on upgrades. I also recommended them to my in-laws who had a system installed and just like me, are also having issues with their cameras.In my opinion, this company is far from the best out there. The workmanship was shoddy from the beginning with inferior parts (push on connectors vs. crimp) the installation looked like a rats nest in closet it was installed in with extension cords running out of it, the camera placement was terrible with one camera being placed right above the back door entrance making it impossible to see anything other than the top of someones head... good luck identifying a burglar that way, the customer service response is a joke and one of the owners seems to be on vacation more than at work.Basically, I have a system that performs like what you would expect from one of the off the shelf kits you can buy at COSTCO for a couple hundred bucks and install yourself. Definitely not what you would expect from a company who specializes in this sort of thing and charges a premium.
