Avoid, they sold me several panda silver coins years ago would not buy them back at any price Barry said we have too many pandas in inventory right now ! Coins were in excellent condition I sold them coins in past I am disappointed they are painfully honest but dont sell expensive ms 70 coins and not buy them back !

Purchased two MS 70 Silver Eagles. One was the 2014 (S) and the other coin was the 2020 (W). The 2020 (W) was fine but the 2014 (S) was caked with haze. Not sure why they would send the coin out like that. I called customer service to ask for a refund. They told me they would send an envelope with an address so I could ship the coin back to them. After a week, I never received it. Called customer service again. The woman I spoke to said according to her records the return envelope was still in transit and said she would send another one. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent received the envelope they promised. Wont be ordering from them again.

Update:Right after my review for MCM (originally 1 star) the company contacted me with a full update to my orders. They told me that my coins were in the shipping Dept that day I posted.But Kelsey helped a great deal with all the info / updates and even set it up to ship next day. Even gave me a coupon code for a future purchase which I’m not sure if I will use or not. I still have one more pre sale coming to me. Hope it ships approximately as scheduled. And if it doesn’t I hope I get an email or something stating that it’s delayed. I really think communication or some sort of status on line goes a long way.Original post:MCM Sells things they do not have.On an order of 3 batches of coins. 1 was shipped /received 1 was cancelled (they told me: due to miscommunication) and Im still waiting on the last set. (over 25days since the 1st batch was sent) I think theyre going to end up cancelling that too. Now its too late to order them from other sites. Starting to realize why they supposedly have coins that are sold out everywhere... NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH MCM. I do not think I will purchase from them again.

Terrible service, can only buy online. Can not buy from store itself, have to buy online and have it shipped to you. And even if you buy online, hopefully no one takes your package when delivered otherwise your S.O.L. they do not insure items that were delivered and signed for, even though it was not you that signed for it. Can not look and hold before you buy. Yiu can only buy it first then you can hold it. Good luck returning anything, I will never buy precious metals before I can hold it and see it first. I see why they do it that way, Its A Scam!! How can you get your money back if you never got the item and it was signed by someone else?!? You luck proving any of that. Never Again!! Let people come in and see exactly what they are buying. If not, that just proves you are Scammers!!

I always buy from APMEX but I decided to try to buy coins with this company. My wife, Tere Pizarro ordered U.S special proof and mint sets from the 1960, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965 and 1975 order placed on 04/20/17. Coins arrived on 05/01/17. Compared to APMEX it takes to long for the coins to arrive home. I have been a coin collector for several years and I have bought this proof and mint sets from several coin dealers in Florida besides APMEX. To my surprise 2 of the mints sets were very yellow and the coins did not look with the shine they should because they are Uncirculated. When I buy from APMEX or the other coin dealers in Florida the special mint and proof sets are in clear and transparent plastic bags and the coins are with a brilliant luster and shine. This was my first and last buying of coin with this company!

Hi. Ive ordered from MCM via EBay for many years. Ive had at least 50 orders from them in 4-5 years.Two years ago I ordered 2 of their 1/10oz gold bars, I was out of town when they was due to ship so I was watching the tracking number closely. The day it arrived at my local post office and the package was out for delivery I was waiting for it to get updated to delivered, it never updated the bars just vanished ?? WHat the heck!! I contacted MCM and they told me to wait 7 days, I wasnt happy but it wasnt their fault the postal service lost my bars somewhere between the post office and my house. Crazy??So after about two weeks MCM sent me some forms to fill out and then they sent my replacements out asap, I signed for that package. Good job MCM, Im still pissed that my bars are out there somewhere or someone has them.

I placed an order on May 20th.It was June 1st and still havent heard anything, so I called. They said it would ship that evening. Its June 3rd still no e-mail or any response from this company. So I call later in the day, they tell me the order will ship this evening.I told MCM employee that they had told me that a few days ago. Shortly after that like an hour later I received an email asking how do I like my purchase?
