SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE. ZERO PROFESSIONALS. Worst experience I’ve ever had maybe in my life. Not only did they not communicate my move, they messed up EVERYTHING. They got the dates wrong, they moved stuff out of my storage unit WITHOUT confirming with me. They damaged personal property worth $25k, and offered to reimburse me of $200. They have NOT sent the $200. I called the company a total of 96 times and the claims department hasn’t answered ONE. Their voicemail is also conveniently full. If I could give -10 stars I would. Biggest scam.

I have used them for two moves. I would highly recommend them. The Movers were professional, ready to accommodate my requests, and really pleasant to work with.

We dreaded the move but once the movers showed up, and on time, the Rob and Rodney did an amazing job. No challenge was beyond their ability to get it done. The rate quoted was what it ended up being. The timeline they gave us of @ 3 hours was right on. I would definitely recommend this AAA Flat rate.

Very pleased with AAA movers. Arrived right on time and worked very efficiently to move us out of our old condo and into the new one. Very professional. Had all the extra gear needed to wrap and protect our furnishings. Very polite and accomodating in placing the furniture in the proper places on the move in.

Ive used AAA three times in the last 4 months and they were outstanding. They provided professional quality work at a reasonable price. The movers are true gentlemen and take pride in their work.

We had our three bedroom household goods moved locally. The company had a 3-man crew that arrived on time. They packed our furniture and boxes, removed two king size beds, one desk that had to be disassembled and expertly placed it on one truck. Everything was securely packed and moved to our new home and placed where directed and assembled. No damage and they efficiently worked together and completed the total job in 8 hours. Amazing work and the price was right. Highly recommend this moving company and would use them again. Thanks, Fred, Robert and Trot!

RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! STAY AWAY. We had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Jack Wallace and AAA Flat Rate Movers! We hired Jack and his team for a whole house long-distance move. For long distance moves, he is tied in with Arpin / Wheaton Van Lines, a third party vendor. They showed up with 4 movers / helpers which only 2 really had any professional experience. They damaged almost $12,000 in furniture, dragged a California king mattress unwrapped across the sidewalk and lawn, could not professionally pack and load a 52 ft. trailer after 8 hours. Then, had to come back the NEXT day for 6 hrs. in a DIFFERENT truck to finish and then re-loaded / re-packed everything in one truck on the THIRD day combined with other peoples belongings. We were originally quoted $6,800 for 11,000 lbs. move because he likes to over estimate so there are no surprises but then AAA Flat Rate charged our card for $10,621.00 because some how we gained almost another 7,000 pds. mysteriously from one state to another---hmmm?? Absolutely no way!! But again, if your movers do not know how to load and pack and you end up finding other peoples belongings when you unpack, then you would have more weight added. This is just the abbreviated version of the whole story, but there is so, so much more to tell! Also note, Nicole, the office manager, filters all the calls and Jack is always conveniently away from the office. Dozens of phone messages and e-mails have yet to be returned since Jan. 2021--still waiting and not holding my breath for a response anytime soon. This is just another bait and switch moving company / story that this industry is known for and Jack Wallace and AAA live up to that. No effort was ever made on their behalf to help ease the pain or offer assistance to remedy the situation. We have given them months and many opportunities to make things right but.... they just ignored us. Also note, that the moving industry is not federally regulated so this is how none of them are never held accountable. Thankfully, we are gaining some traction with many of the local and national media outlets, and their investigative reporters, who are taking quite an interest in taking a close look at Jack Wallace/AAA Flat Rate and the moving industry in general. In closing, if you are looking to move.. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Prompt professional service from the office staff all the way through to to the movers! This is an organized business with great employees. Will definitely use them again!

They picked up furniture at one house on Monday and delivered it to a new home on Friday. My wife & I have used them 5 times. My daughter and her family have used them 3 times. 8 moves and not one thing damaged. I always ask for Freddie D, he is simply the best

Best experience ever! Totally protected my furniture with careful handling, securely wrapping the most delicate items, creatively protecting sculpted large crafts and building crates for heavy granite furniture. Everything arrived undamaged and the move in was flawless, no scratched walls or doorways! Professional and pleasant to work with, reducing the stress of moving and accommodating in every way. To top it off, very reasonable rates!

Fred and the crew did a wonderful job of moving us from Sarasota to Venice. They were very careful with our furniture, and very considerate of our valuable pieces. We will definitely hire them again if we have any moving to do.

AAA Flat Rate Moving are my go to guys for moving for the last 7 years. They have helped me, and my children move and store. Unlike many of their competitors they are NOT TWO GUYS AND A TRUCK. They are PROFESSIONAL, trustworthy, careful and insured. They make moving easy. Not only is the quality exceptional, but their pricing is fair and and they are absolutely dependable. I highly recommend them. Ask for Fred or Steve when you move, those employees are amazing!

We used AAA moving to move us due a job relocation. They packed up our house completely and loaded everything with care. They were a very professional and friendly staff. Everything arrived at our new location on time and it was unpacked and placed in the desired rooms. We were very pleased with the service and have recommend them to others we know and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

They packed and stored all our belongings in November 2017 and just delivered and it couldnt have been more professional.After all our unpacking everything was in same condition as when we started.They were prompt, professional and courteous throughout process.Steve as Foreman was great and I will request him when I move my in laws down from Ohio .Thanks again.

We were lucky to have friends that were moved with AAA Flat Rate that said they were very professional with every aspect of the move. Everyone that was involved with packing, moving and storage were very professional. The estimate that were given was very competitive and accurate. We stored our furniture with AAA while our house was rebuilt. It appeared they cared - they tagged everything, numbered every item. After a year in storage, they moved everything into the house, and didnt check any numbers!! I realized we were missing one of our Persian rugs, valued at over $2,000 and ran out to the truck to tell the movers. They said they would check. Then, it was up to the owner... he / they couldnt find it. Our experience in trying to locate the rug or to be compensated was terrible!!! We filed a police report with pictures,etc. AAA says they are insured, but only pay per pound! (about $ .60) so wed get $36 (yippee!) for our 60 lb. Persian rug. We called the owner several times, wouldnt get calls back, and when we did, it was like we were mistaken and this rug never existed!! Really!? Anyway, as a matter of good will he said hed give us $150. Wow, insulting. Also, the storage of our other items was OK, but it seemed things were crammed into too small a space, because there was some minor damage to a number of things, which was disappointing. We did, however, have a good experience with this company prior to this storage incident, when we moved from one house to another and didnt store anything - just moved to a new location. The movers, themselves, are great.

We just moved to Sarasota and hired these people to help us unload the truck. All I can say is that, they were fantastic & very friendly! Courtney in the office is delightful & very helpful.

Hired this company to move us. So on April 21st 2015 they came in and started packing furniture, and half way through the processes, fred the boss came to me and stated they damaged the walls. I stated I will notified my husband. At the new place later, 1/2 was unloaded and I noticed the kitchen table has missing feet. So I asked Jose (another employee), where the adjustable feet were for kitchen table. His response were they were never there and they didnt have them. I immediately go to my husband and walks to Freds truck, he agrees with Jose. He then followed us to the house and demands he gets paid in full. My husband suggest to contact their office for reimbursement for damaged wall and feet to the table and Fred stated that he was not calling anyone. I call myself Courtney and she stated she will take care of it. I relay the message to Fred and hes in his truck, in reverse, pulls off, and almost hits me with 1/2 of my unpacked furniture in his truck. Fred returns almost 1.5 hours later for a check for $690.00 which I paid I full. Then he gets a flat tire and the feet to my kitchen table are in the tire. They are paid and I still havent heard 1 thing from the company or staff for any reimbursement. Please do not use this company for any of your moving needs!!!
