Had a terrific time trying on wedding dresses at Bride and Gown! They were super friendly and helpful and made me feel really comfortable. It is a small boutique and you are the center of attention. They have a smaller selection but beautiful dresses! Would definitely recommend!

She takes special care with you to help you create the vision you want on your special day. Brides come from NYC, Montreal, CT and locally to shop here. Wether your big day is months away you can order from her samples or in a few weeks Bride and Gown has a large off the rack section to choose from. Visit before you go anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Very glad I found bride and gown. Not only was this my second stop after a terrible first dress shopping experience but it was my last. Eliza was a pleasure to work with. She helped me find dresses that complimented my shape and encouraged me to try on a dress I said I didnt like, which I ended up purchasing. She ensured me that I could make the dress into whatever I wanted and help start to change the dress right then to show me what the seamstress would do. I would send anyone to her in a heartbeat. Eliza is a wonderful business woman who truly cares for each bride to be that walks into her shop.

This is one of the best bridal shops that I have been to in the capital region. There is a big assortment of wedding gowns to choose from so you can get whatever you are looking for, from high end to more budget friendly. But what makes this shop unique is Eliza, the owner. She has a excellent eye for fashion and will work with you to get exactly what you are looking for. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is looking for a dress for a special occasion visit Eliza.

My best friend found a beautiful wedding dress here and got it for an excellent price great place and the Seamstress Alice is amazing. Also to add to the peoples points below any bridal shop you would need to make an appointment to be seen on the weekends you should make an appointment if you are going for a bridal gown. They also have prom gowns here to.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friend is visiting from my hometown and is newly engaged. I pass this shop daily and have always admired the dresses in the window. I suggested we browse as something to do/to get ideas. As we walked to the door we noticed the sign that said appointments preferred, however, walk-ins are welcome. When we walked in there was a girl who we thought was a customer standing at the door who immediately gave us attitude and said do you even have an appointment? We obviously did not as neither of us have ever been there. As we stood there awkwardly, not even fully in the door, the same girl called the other saleswoman to the front where she began to laugh at the both of us when my friend stated she had just gotten engaged. The woman said to us these are heavy wedding dresses here that you need help with, these arent jeans! The woman made us both feel extremely uncomfortable for even walking in the store and have definitely lost customers and respect. Not the way to handle people walking into your store!

Knowing Eliza personally, made the experience ultra special. As a friend first, she was completely professional and extremely knowledgable. She also let me try the dresses I wanted to try and would give me input when she felt something wasnt less than perfect on me. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend her shop. Her Glens Falls shop was filled with a lot of dresses and the new lighting really enhanced the ambience of selecting dresses, also the one on one time I had with her as I wandered around her store made it much better.

Eliza has a beautiful shop and a stunning collection of designer dresses. I HIGHLY recommend her store!My favorite part of her shop is that she also has mother of the bride dresses, and accessories! I not only found the designer wedding dress of my dreams, but I also found all of my wedding accessories! We are hoping to also find both my mothers and my future mother in laws dresses through Bride and Gown.I cannot put into words how wonderful my experience has been working with Eliza! She is truly phenomenal!

I have to say this was the best experience Ive had. I had stopped at 2 other places before this one. One was Davids bridal (that was a horrible experience). Lysa is a sweetheart and so attentive. The customer service is great and the prices are so reasonable. It was such a pleasure trying on dresses in that place. I actually found my gorgeous dress there

Walked in today so my girlfriend could look for a dress for an upcoming semi-formal and get ideas for a future wedding dress. Sign on door stated appointments were recommended, but not necessary. We were the only people at the shop. As we walked in, the woman goes well let me stop you right there, prevents us from looking at anything and proceeds to question why we are there. My girlfriend explains she wants to look around, the women asks what for. My girlfriend explains three times why we are there, and the woman keeps saying Im sorry I still dont understand. Not sure what she didnt understand, as my girlfriend spoke clear English, no strange accent or anything to interfere. So we turned around and walked out. Maybe she judged us because we looked young and felt we wernt worth her shop, maybe shes just horrible at customer service. Either way, extremely disappointed and wont be stopping back.
