I always knew I wanted to look for my dress at Lily and had high hopes of finding it there. Every girl dreams of the day they get to try on wedding dresses, and they made it a dream come true experience. The store is adorable in itself, but the dresses are absolutely STUNNING! They listened to me when I told them what I was looking for, but were also patient with me when I wanted to try on different styles. Every single dress I tried on was beautiful, but when I tried on “the one” I knew right away (it was actually the first one that she picked for me). Every person there is so accommodating and helpful. They make you feel like a true princess and give you all the feels!!

I have been to Lily Saratoga multiple times, twice as a bridesmaid, and then to help my best friend pick out her wedding dress and finally to come find my own wedding dress. Each and every experience I have had at Lily with Laura and her staff have been absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They graciously helped my friend navigate picking up her dress and alterations right as businesses were closing in spring, 2020. They were very understanding, and luckily my friend could wear her perfect dress on her special day last June. When I came to shop for my wedding dress in July, 2020 they had excellent safety measures in place and made the experience so special for me and my mom and sister. Laura and her staff were very understanding and flexible when we decided to postpone our wedding as well. Truly a dream team of the absolute best!

This review is VERY overdue but I cannot recommend Lily’s enough! My best friend and I BOTH purchased our wedding dresses from Lily Saratoga three years apart because they are so incredible!My best friend was married in 2016 and purchased her wedding dress from Lily Saratoga and we ordered our bridesmaid dresses there as well! They let my friend return multiple times to try on two dresses she was torn between and were so very kind and helpful! My bridesmaid dress arrived with an error (not their fault) and they helped to immediately correct it!Due to such AMAZING service I purchased my own wedding dress from them in 2019. I live in Boston and visited many stores in my area but still drove to Saratoga and was once again blown away by there professionalism as well as their helpful and kind nature. I LOVED, LOVED working with my consultants and the owner Laura! My friends and family were warmly welcomed and incorporated into my appointment!It was honestly one of the best parts of my wedding planning experience! I was here with my parents and daughter on 9/9/21, and I have to say everything was PERFECT. I made the last minute decision to have my wedding in less than three months, and this gorgeous boutique accommodated me and helped me find my perfect dress. From booking an appointment, to picking out my dress, the customer service and the hospitality we all received was phenomenal. I believed going to try on dresses would be intimidating, but I felt comfortable and confident thanks to them. I had such a positive experience at Lily Saratoga! They had samples in so many different sizes so I never felt bad about not being able to fit into a sample size. My consultant really listened to my feedback after each dress and knew a lot about the dresses (what changes you could make to them, etc). She picked the perfect dress for me after listening to my feedback! The owner seemed very knowledgeable about the dresses as well. They gave me a cute little gift bag with a small bottle of Champaign to celebrate me finding my dress. Could not have had a better experience here!

I Felt compelled to write a review of Lily Bridal after a bad shopping experience yesterday.What was supposed to be a special shopping event with my wonderful future daughter in law for her wedding dress turned into a very negative experience.Lily’s is a lovely shop in downtown Saratoga with a beautiful collection of wedding dresses. That’s where the good part ends. We arrived for our appointment on time and were the only people in the shop. Nothing about our experience was warm or welcoming or wonderful except for how gorgeous the future bride looked in every single dress she tried on.The owner and the staff were cold, unfriendly and rushed us out of the store. I was never addressed other than being told to pull my mask up higher over my face.The owner and staff were downright rude and made us feel like they were doing us a favor that they granted us an appointment. I understand you are busy now but just wait until things slow down and you will understand that the way to treat customers is with respect and gratitude for choosing your store to make one of the most important purchases of their lives. We will take our business to a place that will appreciate and welcome our business.

I had a wonderful experience at Lily Saratoga! The women there are incredibly nice and respectful. I came in twice - once to choose my dress and another to try on the dress I chose and ordered. Susan, Alicia, and Laura are so nice and helpful. I picked out a beautiful belt and bought it the same day I tried on my dress. Alicia noticed there was a tiny stain on it, which I didnt even see! I bought it anyway and they said they would try to remove the stain. A day later, Laura emailed and said they got the stain out (sent me proof with a picture) and even offered me an additional ribbon of the same color for free just in case! They were so accommodating during the pandemic and continue to be. Im so glad I went here to choose my dream wedding dress!

I am a COVID bride, who was engaged in late 2019 and purchased my dress in early 2020. The Lily team was so kind and encouraging, and gave me a wonderful experience and I never once felt overwhelmed. Each consultant was a pleasure to talk with, even as they were working with other brides! Im thankful I found my beautiful gown that day and able to give my business to a boutique that truly deserves it.I returned for my first fitting after my dress arrived months later, and once again the staff made me feel so special. I was feeling a bit nervous going in, knowing that I would need to wear a mask and feared I wouldnt be able to get the full look with it on. Laura from Lily bridal made my whole experience beyond incredible. From the second i walked in with my sister and mom she took every minute to listen any find detail in dresses that would fit my needs. We went back for my sister’s bridesmaid dress and that was beyond perfect too. I would recommend lily 100 times over.

This is a long overdue review! I actually ended up finding my wedding dress before I was able to go to an appointment, but I went with my sister-in-law to find her bridesmaid dress and the experience was absolutely lovely! The staff was wonderful and so helpful (even when it wasn’t an appointment for a bridal gown), and the selection of dresses was impressive. I have and will continue to recommend Lily!

I had the absolute best experience here. Even during covid they were fantastic and made it such a special moment in finding my dress. They have incredible customer service, an amazing selection of dresses and all around great vibes. Not only that but they go above and beyond in keeping your dress cared for. I drove to Lily Saratoga from Syracuse, NY looking for my dream wedding dress. I came with one of my bridesmaids and my mother. The actual boutique is so gorgeous and they have a wide variety of dresses. We were greeted kindly by the staff, they listened to my thoughts and ideas for a wedding dress and were soooo helpful/accommodating! One thing I really appreciated was the fact that they listened to my budget and did not go over my price range. I had been to other bridal boutiques and they showed me dresses that were significantly over my budget. Aleisia worked with me and was beyond WONDERFUL! She seriously made me feel so comfortable and confident. I honestly feel in love with almost 5 dresses. I never felt more beautiful! She (with the help of my mom and bridesmaid) was able to help me narrow down my favorites to what I felt the best in. By the end of the appointment I had said YES to the dress and can not wait to get married in it! I’m looking forward to my next appointment at Lily’s for my fitting and alterations!

Lily Saratoga is a dream come true, and Laura Mullen and her staff could not be better fairy godmothers to a bride who is looking for her fairytale come true. I purchased my beautiful Martina Liana gown in 2019 (Lily Saratoga is one of the only bridal shops in NY State that carries this exquisite line) for our wedding in May 2020. Because of the pandemic, we have heartbreakingly had to reschedule four times. Laura and the Lily Ladies have been by my side every step of the way supporting me, encouraging me, and even sending a beautiful bouquet of flowers during a tough time. I had the most amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Lily! I am from the area and always knew I wanted to look for my dress at Lily. From the moment I walked into the shop I knew it was a special place. The shop itself is beautiful and the staff are all so warm and welcoming! I worked with Allie who was absolutely amazing! We talked about the shape and general style I was looking for and she pulled several gorgeous dresses that myself, my mom and my maid of honor who were both with me, all loved. My experience at Lilys was fantastic. Lilys should have been my first stop instead of my last! The consultant listened to my likes and concerns, where I was having issues and my frustrations. I was able to find a dress I love and know that I was supported the entire time. I felt good in every dress I tried on.

This was my first bridal appointment ever, so I was nervous and didnt know what to expect. Laura greeted my mom and I at the door, we sat down and discussed covid protocols, what style I was going for our venue, etc. Masks on (over your nose people, its not hard!), the bridal attendant will grab gowns, help get you zipped up, and walk with you back out to the viewing area. Trying dresses on with a mask isnt a big deal at all, I barely even noticed I had it on. It was so fun chatting about our wedding plans and getting to know a little more about each other throughout the appointment.Laura knows her stuff! Her kindness, patience, knowledge, and professionalism was so refreshing. Her attention to detail, my body language, what I was comfortable in, etc. really made the appointment. Everything about this experience was wonderful, I could have spent the whole day trying things on and chatting with Laura. Laura and the Lily Saratoga team set the bar very high, and I cannot wait to go back!

This review is so overdue, but I cannot recommend Lily Saratoga enough! Laura, the owner was so sweet, helpful and honest. Laura was respectful with our budget, and I never once felt pressured. I ultimately had a second appointment to make my final decision which goes to show they cared about me and didn’t treat me as an inconvenience. In between appointments, Laura personally emailed me about some new arrivals she thought would be perfect for me. We took a few (ok- more than a few) extra minutes for our first appointment, but I never felt like the staff was rushing me out the door. Laura was honest with alteration price estimates, and worked with the designer for some custom edits. PS - love that you feature your brides all the time on your Instagram and FB. Makes the post-wedding day blues a little brighter!

Found a beautiful wedding gown here. The staff was friendly and provided a variety of options and styles. However, I was a little upset when I found out the dress I purchased off the rack was 5 sizes too big and the amount of money I would have to spend for alterations. This should have been highlighted more when I was shopping. Feels like they got their business and also made a lot of business for their seamstress at my expense.

My wife and got her gown here and it was off the charts beautiful. The staff was great through the whole process (lots of feelings and emotions were involved in picking a wedding dress) and she landed on something that was amazing. Seeing it from a 10 foot distance, I felt they did such a great job of handling this huge decision in someones life.

I shopped at Lily Saratoga recently for a maid of honor gown and had the best experience! Staff was so helpful and truly educated on their products and sizing. At the time of purchase I was 4mos pregnant, looking to buy a gown that would fit 5 months after I give birth. My consultant guided me in the right direction and took time to answer all of my questions.The shop followed and enforced COVID-19 policies impeccably. I was a bit nervous to shop as I have underlying conditions, plus I was pregnant, but I felt very safe and staff was adhering to all protocols. I noticed every gown I tried on was steamed and sanitized after, masks were worn by all, and sanitizer as readily available around the building. We were the only party (3 people total) in the private bridesmaid suite and did not have to interact with another customer/group while we shopped.I will definitely be back to Lily Saratoga for other formal dresses I might need, or if I’m in another wedding party!

Upon walking into the shop, we were immediately greeted by Tierney and brought back to the show room which is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased my dress about a year prior to my wedding. The staff is so friendly and the environment was both clean and welcoming. Tyranny helped me find my dress and she was an absolute gem to work with. She provided me options to try based on the questionnaire we reviewed when I got there, and she also let my two bridesmaids pick an option for me to try to. She made it a fun experiencing and helped me find *the one* so I’m forever grateful! Lily was super helpful with arranging pick- up of dress and coordinated transport with my seamstress when I needed alterations. Definitely recommend going here for your bridal needs!

I went to Lily a few weeks ago with everything still crazy due to covid. Not necessarily the greatest time to go wedding dress shopping but I had such a wonderful experience! Theresa was amazing to work with and made me feel super comfortable trying on dresses for the first time. I did not end up getting my dress here but I work for small business and like to give credit where credit is due! My experience at Lily was so much better than my second experience at another bridal shop. Im confident I would have gotten a dress here if my mom and sister didnt LOVE a dress a wasnt 100% about. If youre looking for a dress, Lily is a must stop!

Didn’t have a great experience at Lily. Was sold a dress three sizes too big because it was in my budget but what I wouldn’t realize then is that the alterations cost me nearly as much as the dress. I wish they had given me that insight, at least that pulling in a dress that much could get expensive. I might as well have gotten another dress that fitted me well even if it was over my budget and wasn’t on sample sale. Also, the woman working with us was uninterested and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Had very short replies with us.

Classy and sophisticated is the environment when you walk in. The attention is individualized and their selection is fantastic. Highly recommended!I said yes to the dress and almost every employee came up to congratulate me. I even got to meet one of the awesome designers of my dress. I can not put into words the amazing experience I had at Lily Saratoga from start to finish. Every employee is extremely attentive to your needs and wants, and each employee has a smile on their face & emits a positive vibe throughout the store. They work with you until you find the perfect dress and are extremely accommodating and timely. You also receive 10% off of all of your purchases as a Lily bride which is a plus! Today I worked with Tierney and went in with low expectations because Im a plus size. I found 2 perfect dresses, was treated with so much respect and left feeling excited and amazing about my body image. The atmosphere is low key, no pressure, but very classy. I really had a nice time. Prices are fair and there were quite a few choices. I will be back, and I will recommend it to my friends.

I went to Lily’s to shop for bridesmaid dresses for an upcoming wedding that I’m in. The bridal party and I had made an appointment ahead of time, which is something I would recommend doing. We all had a great experience while we were in the shop. The staff was very attentive and assisted all members of the bridal party. Great experience! When my friend was planning her summer wedding, she took us bridesmaids to Lily-Saratoga to look at dresses. We had a wonderful time trying on different styles, and there were endless options and colors to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and we felt comfortable taking as much time as we needed to find the perfect dress to suit everyone. (The bride also found a beautiful dress!) I went to this salon on a whim because a friend from the gym had mentioned that she found her dress here. I was afraid it would be too overpriced but I was totally wrong. They have so many dresses in all different sizes and prices. I felt like I was walking into heaven after walking into Lilys. My consultant was Nina and she was absolutely amazing! I had just come from a horrific experience at another bridal salon and was afraid it would be just as awful. Nina made me feel so comfortable and listened to my opinion first before sharing hers. She made me feel so stunning and gorgeous and had so many nice things to say that truly boosted my self esteem that was previously in the gutter. I went back a second time with a bridesmaid to share the experience and it was absolutely amazing, again! I cannot wait to go back a 3rd time to say yes to my dress! Highly recommend Lilys for every bride!

I could not have been happier with my wedding dress and the whole experience with Lily Saratoga. I worked with Laura, and she was such a big help suggesting a number of dresses based on the style I was looking for. They definitely know their stuff there. After about 5 dresses I found the dress. It was perfect. I wanted a sash that was slightly different from the one that came with the dress, and Laura was so helpful in showing me a variety of different colors and styles that I could go with. I also ended up picking out my BM dresses at the store, and ordered earrings for my BMs too. Such a great shop with beautiful dresses. Not a single complaint, everything was perfect!

I have had nothing but wonderfully pleasant experiences at Lily Saratoga. I traveled from out of state looking for a specific dress. The staff was kind and patient. The boutique is beautiful. I would recommend Lilys to every bride.

I had an exceptional experience with Lily Saratogas staff. Maureen was the staff member who took care of me and my bridesmaids. She was absolutely amazing and the other ladies were very helpful with their comments and opinions. They even helped me pick out the perfect shoe to go with my dress. These people will help you with any thing you ask for and try to go beyond your expectations. Maureen even came in on her day off just to help me. I cant say enough good things about this place, highly recommended!!

Out of four wedding dress boutiques that I visited, Lily was by far the best shopping experience all around! Courtney helped me from the start and after a couple visits back to the boutique, she eventually pulled a new arrival dress that ended up being my favorite!

This is the place to go to find your wedding dress, bridesmaids dress, MOB dress, or officiant dress! This was such a great experience- the staff is so friendly and helpful and they truly make dress shopping a fun experience!

If you want to be talked down to and treated like trash go here. They are great at making you feel unwanted and seem annoyed that I was unwilling to pay 8,000 dollars for a dress. Felt like the Julia Robert in Pretty woman when she went into the high priced stores. I hope I win the lottery so I can go and shove it their face.

Came here after an awful experience at Davids where they didnt listen to a thing I said.I worked with their consultant Sara L. She was sweet, kind and soft spoken which put me at ease since I have an introverted quiet personality. She looked at my pin board and took me to each rack explaining the designers and price points, and then walked around with me while I picked about a half dozen that I liked, then she picked a few wild-card dresses to put in the mix. I had no expectations of finding a dress that day bc I was so off-put by my previous experience that I didnt bring the credit card I was going to use, or even my bridesmaids, just my sister and mom. I ended up finding 4 that I really liked so I was able to make another appointment with the same consultant after lunch, went back tried each dress again and ended my appointment with the purchase of my wedding gown from the Jenny Yoo Trunk Show! It looks just like the picture I showed her as my main inspiration and it even came with a bridal robe and a 15% discount as part of the trunk show.After I ordered my dress they gave me a gift bag with a personal-sized champagne bottle to welcome me as a Lily Bride.I brought my bridesmaids here and met with the same consultant again, so they received (and the mothers will receive) 10% off on their purchase if they buy at Lilys as part of being a Lily Bride.

If youre looking for the perfect, movie-like Bridal experience, Lily Saratoga is THE place to go. The shop itself is picturesque: a beautiful yellow Victorian house that sits on the corner, and makes you feel like youre definitely somewhere special. Vintage and current photos of weddings and brides adorn the walls, and the selection of stunning wedding dresses and unique accessories fill the store. I was referred here by my friend who recently got married, and Lily Saratoga was the first, and only bridal shop I even stepped into! My mom and I first met with Michelle, and the former owner, Maureen (who has now sold the business to 2 awesome ladies!) also came over to help. As it was the first place my mom and I went to, I had zero idea of what style I wanted. The ladies there were so happy and accommodating, and we started pulling TONS of dresses for me to try on and went from there. We tried on at least 20 dresses and narrowed it down to 4. As we were putting dresses away, there was one at the end of the stack that we missed. I knew instantly it was THE Dress! I tried it on, and we all agreed; it was perfect. They took my measurements since the Modern Trousseau line allows your dress to be custom fit to your body, and I bought my Modern Trousseau dress that day!!!! When it later came in, they referred us to two ladies for fittings. Beth actually comes to the studio on Thursday nights, so we went with her and she made a few more customizations to my dress that make it even more perfect. I cannot wait for my wedding next week to wear it, not one person other than the ladies that work there and my mom have seen my dress!! Since I purchased my dress from there, Lily Brides are given 10% off on accessories so I purchased a beautiful headband for the reception. I could not be happier with the service and entire experience I received and would recommend anyone to become a Lily Bride!!! Thank you, all, for your help during this exciting and special process, you made it the ultimate mother-daughter bonding experience. My mom and I have loved coming here!
