Prices are reasonable. And they offer some good purchasing plans

I LOVE this store! Jason and Veronica are very nice! Most staff is nice only had one issue with one person but that was taken care of! We actually have more stuff coming from them today! I can’t wait!

Jason and Veronica are easy to work with they take their time to help you out it was its been a great experience for about seven years now. Buy here same as cash works perfect for me . SIx months to pay off something I cant afford in one shot .

Id give them 0 if I could.bought a mattress and maybe a week or so later noticed a couple fleas... I killed them thinking maybe it came from the factory the mattress was made in....now Im seeing more and more. .I told the people in the store and they got an attitude with me...I said they can come get their mattress. They refuse to come pick it up and told me they would have me arrested if I didnt pay for the bed. The nerve.

Was helping a neighbor with returning his rental and I called RAC and they told me that they would come the next day at 11am to pick it up. They never showed only to find out they never had me on the schedule. I spoke with a manager and he told me to call later to have them pick it up, so I did only to find out a lady told me they would pick it up in a week! Not good customer service... na na na...

Best rent a center around, cant ask for better stuff they will go out their way to help you

Not only did they give me the wrong equipment to my new bedroom set, Veronica has stated I’m a liar and hung up on me continuously.. taking my business else where. Had problems with Veronica for years now.. hopefully they do their business a good deed and get rid of her. So rude! Not even one star is worthy

Veronica is great but the entire store seems like they have no idea what is going on. I was forgot about and I had to call them back, after that nothing listed on their site was available so I had to pick out everything at the store. I found some things I really liked and scheduled delivery. I scheduled for one and they didnt show up unto 4:30 with the WRONG STUFF, whatever thats fine Ill just wait but then I got constant I only have one driver my driver is sick two drivers didnt show up today Im sorry but its not my problem Im spending $1,000s of dollars and they cannot get a simple delivery right. I paid about three weeks of rent for furniture I never got and only got a 1 week refund (thanks?). Then only to realize nothing got cancelled and they then called all of my references looking for me like a fugitive after ONE DAY of unpaid furniture that I never received. Good customer service hides the awfully disfunctional communication.

The staff are super nice but it doesnt make up for lack of customer service. Ive used Rent a Center for 10 years and never had an issue. Wanted a sectional and was told a used one was like new...8/9 out of 10 for 250 less per the manager from the store it was coming from. On day of delivery was told truck was broken down (dont they have other RACs??). Then waited two more days to get sectional. Asked manager to please deliver alittle early as we had a dinner to go to but it came at the hour it was scheduled for (he never changed the time after agreeing to). Then the 8/9 out of 10 sectional had a huge chunk taken out of the bottom of the chaise, scratches all over and fabric hanging at the bottom. Looks worse than what youd get at a garage sale. Now I have to wait two weeks for a new one. No word yet if it was ordered but Im sure they will call me when they want their money 😂😂 Yup and I was right!! Called twice for a payment and I was just due but made wait two weeks for the couch AND were over an hour late delivering it and made us waste a Saturday!!

If i could give No stars i would. They give me such a hard time for everything. first messed up my delivery date, had to wait another week. Tries to tell me im late on every payment had to call corporate and correct everything because they were trying to deny me on getting my washer fixed. gave me a replacement washer while they fix mine but guess what, they gave me a broken one too :) theyve had my washer for over a month now and has yet to call me and let me know when it arrived. I set up an appointment to have it delivered and MADE SURE it was suppose to be on a Thursday then tells me its on Friday not Thursday. its just a pure headache every time. Veronica is the WORST.she makes everything hard for me purposely. i dont even get how they allow someone so rude and nasty to work there. im sure she is the reason my account gets messed up every time ever since we had a problem. had the nerve to tell me how she and customers were listening and laughing at me as i was trying to clear up confusion. she doesnt let you speak, just talks all over you. i would highly recommend going to a different Rent a center. Corporate is amazing though and very helpful on giving you the RIGHT info. and if you happen to deal with these people only talk to Jason. hes clearly the only one with common sense :) but if not AVOID THE HEADACHE.

The woman who answers the phone Veronica is very rude and has a bad attitude and horrible customer service skills in the 5 months weve been going there we have had multiple bad experiences with her. If you upset her during a phone call she will yepl at you its not her problem and hang up on you. The store has poor communication amongst each other. Jason is the only person I will ever deal with and we are actually giving back our furniture because we have had such a bad experience there

Awesome customer service love the tv and stand that I got from them and all for one small payment you cant beat that. would also like to thank veronica for taking my payments for me when I come in.

Was given damaged equipment that was supposedly new. They never got back to me regarding repairs and forgot to replace three weeks in a row now they refuse to give answers regarding pick up of their stuff. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. YOU BE BEEN WARNED

Scratch on table and dresser got chipped. Minus 1 start. Otherwise its great.
