GameStop is a solid staple of my household. We preorder often and trade in used things. They are a little more expensive then other small shops, but the size of the franchise means you can find what you are looking for. All the stores are connected and they can ask the store in Clifton park to hold the game you want when you visit its shop in Wilton. Great utility. Also for this specific store, I love all the staff here. Always friendly and can get a good banter when they arent busy.💜

Lady that works there sells you broken controllers and won’t return/exchange them no matter what. Stuck with two broken $44+ controllers.

Worst Gamestop around!! Order new games on December 10th and they guaranteed them to be delivered to me before Christmas!! That didnt happen!! Finally received them today December 30. Opened the package they came in and they were opened/ used games and we paid for new. Called the store and talked to a female that was working and she wouldnt do anything to help!!

Sales rep was way too aggressive. Asked for my telephone number on the sales floor. I did not feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I left without getting anything.

There service and everything was great except when I got a game on download. I got a call of duty add on that was 15.00 but when I enter the code on my Xbox it gave me a 15.00 gift card instead which was weird so dont get downloaded games kids👏

My boyfriend and I went in looking for a Power cable for his xbox 360 elite. Not only was the employee not knowledgeable about the product, he was also very unwilling to help us. While I can understand it would be easier to pair the right cord to the machine if the machine were present, I would expect someone who works with this merchandise daily to know what cord goes with which model of the machine. If they didnt, they could at least look it up. Horrible service, we wont be going there again.

I have been shopping at this store for over a Decade, and it is still my preferred Gamestop to go to. The current manager is great, hes honest, he knows how to strike and hold a conversation, and genuinely seems like he enjoys what hes doing. I will say the newer employees are not my favorite, the lot of them are more by-the-book, trying to sell me a membership Im already a part of, or using the word pre-order every other sentence.I do wish the store was a bit bigger, considering the one in Queensbury is the perfect size of a Gamestop store, but for what they have it works. Though whats with all the Amiibos leaving?

Honestly got a good deal today walked in with a old 3ds and came out with several new games and a gift card . Pretty happy costumer

This place is always good, do not listen to the women who commented on here about poor service. this Gamestop gets a lot of people who do not understand how a workplace is b.c they are on welfare and use state money to buy the games

Most games are digital and they dont carry older games or consoles

They wouldnt leave us alone to browse even though we asked very clearly, and in the end made us so uncomfortable that we put games back on the shelf.
