I love Cricket for its value but their stores are lackluster. Smaller selection of phones than many prepaids and often higher prices than competitors. (Guess thats the trade off for the cheaper monthly service.) I go into the Cricket store hopeful to upgrade my phone a couple of times a year but am so underwhelmed by the choice and customer service I always just leave.

If you do not have good service good luck leaving this company . You have to stay 6 months until theyll unlock your sim. I was sold unneeded phone case. Their insurance is a joke. I was also told any phone they had would have a better camera than my iPhone 5. I bought a mid range phone and my camera sucks. I now use an iPhone 5 as my camera. I cannot leave this company with my phone number for 3 more months. Very unsatisfied.

I went in last Sunday and had them order a phone. They said it would be in, in 3 days. I had to keep calling then to see if it was in. Turns out they never ordered it for me. Horrible service.

This was THE WORST shady dishonest place I have ever been in Saratoga, the service was beyond horrible Jeremy actually called boost mobile without my knowledge or permission to get my account number. My credit card came up MISSING, I was on my hands and knees searching for it when oopsie it was under the girls desk who wAs working with Jeremy that night. While they just kept saying no we gave it back to you. The girl never tried to help look while Jeremy SAT YES SAT on his folding chair adamant I was mistaken. Its dirty, in more ways than one.
