I would never do business with you. I rescued a cat and despite debilitating depression and anxiety, I was bringing her next door. I was confused about parking I was scared and in emotional pain. Instead of compassion the lady there had to point out I was in a handicap spot. The signs were so old and illegible. I would never knowingly park there otherwise. Shame on you for causing me even more suffering as I was rescuing an innocent animal!
I would never do any business here simply because a man that works there(owner?) came out and aggressively yelled at my daughter and I while we were trying to get situated with our sickly cat. It was completely uncalled for and absolutely unacceptable!
Over 30 Years and still going strong. They must be doing something rightOwners go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
I had a service call that turned out very well, the gentleman that came in was knowledgeable and even showed me a few tricks and gave a few tips. However, I called for assistance because my settings for envelope printing didnt seem to work and I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service, the person on the phone told me I should use my other printer. When I explained that was more time consuming she asked why, I explained my other printer only takes one envelope at a time, to which her reply was well you would only be able to use a couple in the copier. I was so frustrated I acquiesced and started using my other printer which will also cost more in the long run.
