We recently moved into a new house and needed several pieces of furniture as well as rugs and draperies. I originally worked with an interior designer but, although she was talented, her hourly rate plus her percentage mark up was adding up very quickly. I stopped in to Saratoga Signature to ask what their fee structure was for interior design consultation and was told its part of our service. We just ask that you give our shop the opportunity when it comes to purchasing. Just like that!! Nancy was so easy to work with. She and her staff genuinely care about providing the right design at the best quality at the best price for their clients space. When we found the sofas that worked for us, Nancy suggested we wait to order them until the next week because she knew the manufacturer was planning to run a sale...when I thought I wanted to install window treatments on the 3 walls of windows in our dinning room she advised against it (and she was right!) even though it would have been a big sale for her. Her staff, Dan and Colby, are very talented and accommodating too. They hung all of our artwork and helped immensely on the placement. We are so happy with our beautiful home and I know we saved thousands of dollars at the same time.

I was pleasantly surprised that this place has exceptional quality and very fair pricing. Nancy was very helpful and went out of her way to design our dream living room. Her design sense is unmatched. Upon delivery she came to our home to make sure everything was perfect. Her team took their time to ensure that everything was delivered without damage. This seems to be a local family run business that know their products and give outstanding customer service. I am proud to support our local businesses.

Wonderful experience at Saratoga Signature Interiors! Helpful and knowledgeable sales folks who made our purchase enjoyable. We walked in on a whim on a Saturday and had a room full of furniture at our home on Monday. Worked with us on price too. Their selection is unique and the inventory is of good quality. Ordered my furniture on November 14th, told they were a little delayed duento COVID and the shipment was due November 30th by sales person..Taylor. Called the first week of December, amd oh the order was never requested to deliver on December 10th, but dont worry...you are 2nd on the list! Its December 23rd..NO FURNITURE!! Honesty is always the best policy....The $4,060.00 I hope was worth it. Last time I purchase from dishonest people. If the truth was presented at the time of sale, this megative post could have benn avoided

I made many trips into the store and went through many catalogs. All of their pieces are stunning and unique, and Dan was very patient and helpful so I could find the perfect piece for me. Unfortunately when it was ordered, it came in damaged twice. Colby took care of all of the communications with the actual company, and one came to the store in perfect condition. Colby and Tifanie delivered it just now, and it is so perfect and beautiful!!! If youre looking for unique and beautiful furniture and incredible customer service, Saratoga Signature is the place to go!

Our experience with Saratoga Signature Interiors was wonderful from beginning to end! We knew what we wanted so we were able to expedite our purchase and had delivery in less than a week. The husband and wife delivery crew were exceptional! They were professional and personable! They even helped us move our old furniture piece to our basement....no easy task! Shopping at a furniture store that doesnt have every possible color/fabric combination on hand can be difficult .You dont know exactly what the furniture will look like or what the color will really look like. I had to do just that recently, and found that my best option wasnt even one in the same state as the home I was decorating.Saratoga Signature Interiors made this process much, much easier. They took the time to get paint samples of the colors used in my house to find a great match with the rest of my décor. They suggested styles to match the rest of my furniture, and shipped a number of fabric samples to my home, all to make the process easier for me. They even asked important questions so they could properly suggest a specific fabric that would survive a house with multiple dogs in it.By the time they delivered the couches to me, I knew that we had made the right decision, not only on the couches, but on the company that we purchased them from. I never felt pressured to spend more, and several times was steered away from options that would have meant a bigger sale, but wouldnt have worked as well for me or my house.Thats a level of honesty and customer friendliness that you cant get everywhere, and its why Ill be going back for all of my furniture needs.

The design team at Saratoga Signature Interiors were the ultimate professionals. Everything that we envisioned for our new condo was expertly and beautifully pulled together.

Everyone here is very welcoming and courteous. Saratoga Signature carries really neat and unique pieces like alpaca pillows and throws that you wont find in many other stores.
