Father in law bought a king mattress that was too firm. He had even went to the store to check it out. After he steeped in for a while did not like it. I spoke with the owner and was willing to do what ever was right for him. He went way out his way to work with him and delivered another one to his home.Their customer service is outstanding

Bought my second mattress last year from these people after purchasing the first probably 8 years ago for the life of me I can’t remember the gentleman’s name and I apologize for that but very friendly fair priced and the fine art of negotiation is not lost here which I appreciate as well. But needless to say in the market for another mattress for a different room so will be heading back here soon. Zero pressure sales as well and since I used to sell pest control the same way very comfortable environment. Thank you!

I had a good experience with this discount store. They had the mattress in stock on site, and helped me tie it to my car. It took me 10 minutes from entering the store to leaving the parking lot with my mattress. The price was good, and the mattress was brand name and good quality. The salesman was friendly and helpful. The store was discount shabby (low overhead) but clean enough.
