Excellent in all regards -- multiple fabrics and colors to choose from, more reasonably priced than you would think and environmentally conscious local products. In addition, their staff has always been helpful without being overly burdensome.

Susan at Boston Interiors was excellent. She knew the products really well, listened to our needs and made helpful suggestions that helped us to make better selections. She also helped us get the best value for our money. We highly recommend her at Boston Interiors.

We purchased a leather sofa and fabric accent chair. Furniture selection was great, salesperson was very helpful without being pushy. Delivery guys were on time, careful, and courteous. It was a very good experience; will definitely come back in the future when we need new furniture.

Im reporting that this store has been closed since the lockdown. Around mid july I saw the sign was taken down and all the lights were off. Only to find out that all the furniture on the inside was removed and it is now a vacated and abandoned building that is no longer in business.

We had a great shopping experience at Boston’s interiors. They have a lovely show room with lots of options and styles. We could easily see lots of fabrics and finishes. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about what options were available and when prices could be delivered. The prices were really reasonable too. The showroom was pleasant and there was help when needed but they weren’t too aggressive and there weren’t giant crowds so we could take as much time as we needed. I would definitely shop there again.

This is my favorite furniture store. I recently bought a matching couch and loveseat for my cottage down the Cape. As much as I loved it, I had a hard time deciding if I wanted it versus a sectional. I cannot say enough about Susan DeForrest. She was informative, friendly, personable and gave me the time alone to ponder over this purchase. I actually went back to the store with my husband and then again with m daughter. The set looks great in my cottage and I am so glad I bought it. If it wasnt for the customer service and patience of Susan, I am not sure I would have!Great store with good quality furniture!

This was our second purchase from Boston Interiors and our second great experience! Customer service is top notch from start to finish. There is no high pressure sales; just a willingness to help by having a conversation and asking questions that help you make the best decision for you. Yesterday, we were helped by Riley and Jenna, and both knew their stuff and had great input.Our first purchase (in August) went just as well, but a couple months ago, I noticed the top of the chest of drawers had a one-inch hairline crack in it. A quick call and an emailed picture of the crack was all it took to order the warranty replacement which we should receive next month. As I said, top notch customer service from start to finish.I would recommend Boston Interiors to anyone who wants a step up, both in quality and style, from the larger furniture stores in the Boston area. You wont be disappointed.

What a shame...Boston interiors I believe has quality products. But horrible design service, customer service, horrible communication, and horrible delivery service. They sent me 2 damaged chairs for my dining room set, and the wrong size table pad, and gave me the run around about getting replacements. Finally 3 months later I receive my new chairs and table pad and the delivery man pushes one chair into the wall and damages that one! A $4,000 dining room set should be showing up in mint condition, and customer service should be doing everything they can to ensure this is rectified immediately and that their customer is happy, and THEY ARE NOT. For these reasons I would never go back and never recommend Boston interiors to anyone.

We were among many people shopping on Tax Free Weekend. We shopped on Saturday and were helped by Kelly. She was very busy but constantly checking in with us as she also worked with other customers. We returned Sunday to shop further and to buy and the store was even busier than the day before. Kelly greeted us as kindly as she had Saturday and although trying to serve many customers to make the Tax Free deadline she always checked in and answered questions. We had a wonderful shopping experience because of Kelly. We also feel good about our purchases as we were told that Boston Interiors used eco-friendly furniture makers. One company we bought bedroom furniture from was based in Maine and they employed special needs workers which was dear to our hearts. It was a busy store atmosphere on Tax Free Weekend but we only saw pleasant interactions between customers and staff.

Received my desk with multiple scratches and marks. Called Service and they rescheduled another delivery but not for another 2 weeks because truck not in my area til then. I emailed my pictures of the marks on the desk with no reply back to my email and had to call to see if they received. Very disappointed in the quality as the desk was very expensive. I feel I should have been contacted by Customer Service regarding my experience.

We shop at Boston Interiors often. Saugus, Mashpee, Stoughton and even Bedford, NH. Always great, very helpful. I will say that being asked in each store who helped us before is a little off-putting. I never remember and what difference does it make? Anyway, we love Boston Interiors and will continue to shop there as often as possible!

Liked the styles and range of furniture. Unfortunately, we discovered that the quality is not high. We bought two sofas, and already the fabric is very worn, pilled and looks tired. Would not recommend.

Maureen was a huge help to me at the Saugus store.She took her time, did not rush me, and was great to bounce things off of.

We purchased a bedroom chest and dresser from Boston Interiors Saugus. It was a special order due to our choice of finish. We were very excited when they were delivered but, unfortunately, they came with a such strong chemical odor we were not able to go sleep in our bedroom for over a week. We tried different remedies including washing with vinegar, leaving windows open, fabreeze sprays but to no avail. The store suggested the units might have been wrapped too early after finishing not allowing it to outgas. They suggested we be patient and it will go away. In the end we paid the price by having a horrible experience due a mistake made at the manufacturers, Boston Interiors provided no compensation for our experience which is why we gave such a low rating. I think they should warn customers that this problem can occur and plan to not be able to use the furniture or the room they are in for at least a week. We will never shop there again
