Kaitlyn was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her expertise and professionalism made our experience enjoyable and easy. During a time when many furniture stores are estimating a 6 month to yearlong wait for a couch, Ethan Allen can deliver in 8-13 weeks (depending on your selection). My wife and I finished renovating our home just a day before our son was born, which meant couch shopping with my wife at home, looking at photos. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing me to bring a bag full of samples home so that my wife could feel the textures and see the colors more clearly before making a final decision. We then completed the order with Kaitlyn over the phone, and we have received updates on the order since then. We highly recommend Ethan Allen and Kaitlyn specifically, and we can’t wait for our new couch!

My husband and I worked with Roy at Ethan Allen in Saugus who is absolutely fabulous! He was able to come up with a design that made both of us happy by blending each if our styles. He even helped us pick out the perfect paint colors for our newly furnished rooms. Roy provided us with a very positive experience that was stress free and also fun! I highly recommend this store.

I had a wonderful experience at this Ethan Allen location. Kaitlyn was great! She listened to what I wanted, even though I didnt have a clear vision of how I wanted things to look. So, she came to my house and measured to make sure everything would fit and even created a 3D model of the rooms in my house so I could visualize what she had planned. I was a little reluctant to order custom furniture because Ive previously had bad delivery experiences at other furniture stores. However, Kaitlyn was really helpful because she kept in touch with us after my husband and I placed the order. She let us know when to expect our delivery and checked to make sure everything arrived safely upon delivery. I will certainly be working with her in the future!

Went into Ethan Allen to browse and was met with fantastic customer service!! Roy is who you want!! He went above and beyond explained different cushions, and styles, overall had a great experience in the store. Will be back !!

Excellent service. Plenty of space -- not cramped. Many styles. Loved the salesperson.

I have a 3 year old Bennett sofa and love seat, since the beginning it has not been comfortable. In order to sit on the cushions, I have to pull them forward leaving a gap in the back. I did complain about the cushions, but they would just replace them the same as the ones I have. I previously owned a Bennnt sofa, and it was better made and more comfortable at 14 years old then this new one. I think the only way to make this sofa acceptable will to do an upgrade on the cushions, which I am sure will be very expensive. Buyer beware, the cushions on the display in store obviously are higher end, then the regular order.

His store does not care for safety in regards to covid. No one was wearing masks.

I stopped in yesterday to make a purchase for my client and waited up front for 5 minutes before looking for someone to help. I found 1 sales woman who was with a client and could see I needed help and yet never acknowledged to say hello or I will be right with you. I waited ten minutes for a break in their conversation and asked if there was anyone else working and she informed me everyone had left because of the weather (the roads were fine, mind you). At the very least she could have greeted me and let me know she was busy.

Bought a sectional less than 3 years ago. The springs started to make noise. Had a technician to the house who agreed it needed to be fixed. Factory is only sending new cushions. Should have went to Circle furniture. Poor quality!

Loved working with Robin and her staff. Very friendly and a talented designer.

Just awful customer service. Bought a full bedroom set in late 2018 and still waiting for missing bed parts in August 2019. Nobody calls us back. They sent the wrong parts twice. Total nightmare.

Rude greeting by the salesperson and very overpriced, might be worth getting a sense of what you want, but not worth buying from here
