Beware! I made an online appointment to get tires here. Given that the online purchase and reservation system doesnt actually allow you to purchase anything, I thought I better call in advance to make sure the tires were in stock. I was just told that not only are those tires not in stock, but theyve been discontinued! When I asked the person why they would advertise those tires on their website, he said hes not in charge of the website. Great way to pass the buck. Ill never go to this place.

I came into the shop desperate for help. I had just purchased two new tires and shelled out $500.00.Two weeks later I noticed a bubble in the tire. I reached out to Mavis and spoke to Bryant. He was phenomenal! So kind and understanding. Life is hard for a lot of people right now. But Bryant took good care of me and got me safely back on the road in no time at all. I can’t say enough good things about him and how he runs the shop! 5 plus ⭐️!!!!

Went in with a flat tire. An employee named Seth came out to my car, went over the most appropriate services I would need, and was very helpful in identifying the safest and most economic purchase that is best for me. He was so helpful and spoke to me in a friendly yet very knowledgeable way. I will definitely go back for all my needs and will refer Seth and the Saugus location to everyone I know that needs tires, brakes, etc. Not happy about my flat tire but so happy I made the decision to come here. Very thankful someone like Seth was there to make my experience a positive one.

Damaged my rims putting on new tires... Absolutely careless run of the mill tire shop. Dont go here for any reason. Go to town fair tire up the street, much more professional and careful with your property.Update: The team at NTB (Mavis) addressed my concern about this promptly and without difficulty. I just dropped my vehicle off today to get the damages fixed with no additional cost to me.

Ordered off Amazon (great prices) and scheduled install for first appointment of the day (8am). Individual putting my tires on had no issue taking his sweet time while eating his breakfast and laughing it up with his buddies. I have no problem with having fun with coworkers, but do your job because the rest of us have our jobs to get to. All I had done was an install of 4 tires. He took almost two hours to do it. Unbelievable.

Went in for an alignment. Had to go back the next day because my steering wheel was slanted to the right. They fixed it. Then I went to the dealership for a separate issue. They did an alignment check and saw it was out of alignment. Went back to Mavis. They re aligned it. While it was on the lift, they told me I need brakes on my 2019 Renegade with 20k miles. I made the appointment. Then had to go back to the dealership for the other issue and told them Mavis said I need brakes. Jeep did a check and the measurements were in the green with almost 100% life left m just to be safe, I went to Fahey Tire in Wakefield. Had them check. Almost 100% life left. I called Mavis just now and cancelled my Saturday appointment. Glad I didnt waste $300. I wont be going back to Mavis.

The price was awesome, product was exactly as expected, the delivery was 3 days ahead of schedule, and the communication and updates on my order exceeded all my expectations. They very kindly replaced my about-to-burst tire when I pulled in a few minutes before closing on a Sunday evening, when the staff were all ready to leave and had been told not take any new customers for the day. The staff were prompt, capable, and understanding, and the price struck me as very reasonable. I am very grateful!

Avoid this place! I was treated so rudely! We wanted to get 4 new tires for our sons car. We called in advance and were told to come on in. We got there at 1:30 and told the guy at the desk that we wanted 4 tires but could he check the sensor first. He said no problem and that he would take a look at the car in about an hour and call us. We told him we had taken our sons car and it was going to be a birthday gift/surprise. My husband told him this is our sons car so do what you have to do we just want it to be safe.We never got a call and at 4:00 we called him and he said you need 4 new tires but I cant do it tonight you can pick it up tomorrow. How awful. We had made so many arrangements to pull off this surprise and we never even got the courtesy of a phone call even after we were told it would be no problem.When we went to pick up the car we noticed it hadnt been moved at all! My husband asked him if he even looked at the sensor? He stated no he didnt and that he had other things to do!I cant speak to the quality of tires but I can tell you that if you receive this type of customer service prior to them even doing work on your vehicle I can only guess what would happen if you had any problems after the service was performed.I would strongly urge you to go across the street or over to Sears. We got 4 new tires, prompt and friendly service and all for the same price as quoted by NTB. We had our car back with the work done by 6:00 p.m.

Was going to change braking pads. On the phone price was around $100, when I showed up it became around $450 (official dilership price $360), and it took them around 30 minutes to make an estimate. So after waiting for an estimate for half an hour I have to leave because they have ridiculously high price for a simple service

The price on tires and installation was incredible and the service was fast and helpful.However, I did ask to get the $15 oil change they were promoting and it rang up at like $30. I questioned and they tried to upsell (without asking first time). They adjusted down to like $20 and I didnt want to worry about the last few bucks.Overall great experience, but watch the prices promised.

I walked in thinking I needed two new tires. I replaced the front two last year, and have had a slow leak in one of the rear tires for months that I was getting sick of filling up all the time. I knew I could probably get it fixed, but just assumed that it was probably time to get them swapped for new ones and be done with it. Marc took a look and said that my tires looked like they were in good shape and it might be better to try to fix it. I walked in totally ok with spending a few hundred buck, and this guy solved my problem for $22. I really appreciate a place that has that kind of integrity, as the could have just sold me the tires I asked for and I wouldn’t have thought twice. In and out in less than an hour. Stellar experience.

Very bad service . Had them installed tpms sensors. End up the sensors are not installed correctly and it is leaking air, so I had to get to the dealership to fix this problem. And while they installed the sensors, they damaged my brake caliper paint. Anyways, not recommended. AVOID

Normally when something sounds to good to be true it is... called NTB manager says they have a tire for my car that’s around $140 and he will order it for me and to come at 6pm and then I arrive and he proceeds to tell me that the tire Is in Everett and he doesn’t have it available ( the one he told me that he was going to order for me by 6pm ) so I go with a $200 something Nitto, the manager is bragging how this is the best tire and literally not even a week later it’s FLAT ( no screws or nails) literally unbelievable and I contact the manager and he says sure come down I’ll give you a new one then he puts me on hold and changes his whole persona saying that he’s booked solid and he can’t take a look at it till 10 hours later... Beware going to this place

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited two hours to be told that they didn’t have to tool to do the oil change. No work was done and I was questioned rudely by the mechanic. No apology, no accountability for my wasted hours. I will never return! Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Horrible horrible horrible service Avoid this place I brought my truck in to have a brake line replaced they called me back and said it will be $1700 I mediately told them I will pay the diagnostic and remove my truck from their shop. Drop my truck off at a local Moble Gas Station and all repairs were made for the cost of $300 this place is a rip off do not go here unless you want to get overcharged. Told an hour for an oil change and to inspect brake pads, waited 2 hours.Got told my brake pads were at 70% in the front 60%, told him impossible last oil change they were a little low, had him come outside and all he said was oh they do look low,, poor job. They must of spilled oil inside my engine bay as well because I smelt it all the way on my ride home

What a complete dissapointment. The African American women was totally inept to her job. I would use her name, but she had no nametag... Waited in the empty waiting room for 10 minutes until she came out and acted like we were bothering her. After fumbling around on three different computer and getting nowhere, she was swearing under her breath.Their were other people in the waiting room voicing their opinion about the lack of attention. She was looking down and texting on her phone while I was explaining the issue. She told me she would be no help and started me at me like deer in headlights. WTF. I asked who could help, and she responded only the manager Chris. Total lack of courtsey and concern for the customer. This store needs complete retraining or hire someone who wants to do their job and represent the company well. Would give it 0 stars, but I cant.

I’ve been coming to NTB Saugas for the past 3 years since a bad experience at Sears Auto & Tires (go figure they are out of business now). I bought 4 new Cooper Tires from NTB Saugas in January 2017 years ago. The life expectancy is 65K Miles and an all-seasons tire. I drive a lot for work, so I needed good tires to last me a while. I keep up with normal maintenance on my car and keep a log of every type of work that gets done to it. Tire rotations and balancing took place every 5k Miles.Come April 2019, my tire were practically bald and had terrible wear. They showed signs of cupping as well. One of the technicians working on my car took me into the shop to physically show me. They also told me my caliper was stuck and needed to be replaced asap, in which is a different and Long story. The store manager Chris gave me an estimate of 4 new Cooper tires and with installation package (road hazard warranty included), and wheel alignment, which totaled to a little under $500. I explained to Chris that this was an unexpected cost that I was unable to fork up at the time.Later that day I told my friend about it (whom recommended NTB to me in the first place), and she claimed that NTB should have prorated the tires. She ended up calling Chris right away to further explain and basically was my lawyer (lol). It turned out that the 4 old tires only lasted under 35K miles, which was not even 50% of the tread life. After a very long explanation and going back and forth with the proration and warranty with NTB & Cooper Tires, NTB apparently “owns” Cooper GLS Touring Tires. It was very strange when it came down to that conclusion.Anyway- the manager Chris was very understanding and willing to honor the negotiations of buying 4 new tires, with the installation package, and a 1-yr wheel alignment. I walked out paying $402. I was much happier with the cost, and I’m hoping they will last me longer than 35K this time around. Otherwise- I guess you get what you pay for.My only complaint about this location is that the wait is forever long, no matter what type of work that needs to be done. Also, every time i’ve gone to this location, there has always been a different manager. I’ve heard in the past that they’re always short on staff in Saugas so they always have to ask managers from different NTB locations. Some of them have been nicer than others. The wait time is always the same, minimum 1-1.5 hours. The great thing is they do have a wait room around back, and the windows give you a view of the entire shop- so you can see the technicians working on your car, and gives you a peace of mind.

Took 4 hours to have 2 tires put on my truck, with only one other car in the shop. Staff was pleasant but completely disinterested.

This place is the best! Highly recommend. The staff is awesome and they are more than accomadating. I will be going to NTB of saugus for any future repairs or maintenance. If I can give more than 5 stars I would.

Service mechanic was unable to remove my old oil filter asked if I could come in the next day to have her manger change it. Asked me what time I could be there to have it done, told her 5:30 pm get there at 5:30 pm and told I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours or come back another day. Left with no new oil filter and will never return to that NTB in Saugus

Not good. Brought in for swapping to winter tires still bagged from them from spring. Gave me car back with one leaking tire they had not noticed but i did. Their solution: pump again and wait. Now looks good, you are set. Except that it was still leaking. Long story short. They say it is my fault, I probably drove on a nail, and they cannot fix until Tuesdays. Keep pumping it in the meantime. Next day the tire is flat. I took it to Town Fair Tires. They fix it for free adding new sealant along the rim edge. The next morning another tire is flat. Same issue same free fix from Town Fair Tires.

Avoid George at NTB Saugus at all costs. Head up to Danvers instead. First, Saugus cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before it saying they were too busy. I left my truck there ALL day the following day. They finally called me at 6:00PM saying they couldnt install the tires Id chosen even though they exceeded the OEM tire specs. They tried to upsell me to tires that cost twice as much. Needless to say I did not have them proceed. Upon arriving home without new tires, I found all my valve stem covers were missing. The cherry on top. Called NTB Danvers and they are installing the exact same tires and said I have no idea why they wouldnt put them on theyre totally fine.Update: It continues. Found out the incompetent tech filled my tires to 60PSI when they should be 40. Also one lug nut was cross threaded and impacted onto the stud 5 threads and just left sticking out. Unbelievable.

After having a flat and being late for work, i had a rough day. Ken cracked a few jokes with me and brightened up my day... rest of the staff was friendly too! Thanks for the amazing service i would be glad to come in!

UPDATE****I am very disappointed. I wrote the positive review below and said great things about the shop until I went to a mom and pop shop to get my car inspected. The owner listened to my story about my car failing because of the one tire. When I told him NTB said I should not have been allowed to buy just one tire...that you always need to get four tires with AWD, he said that is NOT true. With only $15,000 miles on the car he said there is no reason I had to purchase four new tires. Then I went back to the dealership who failed the car originally and they said the same thing. I am so upset. That was $917 I didnt have to spend on three tires I didnt need.I have been a customer at NTB for two weeks and Ed, the manager, has been very informative and accommodating. I had to get new tires during the sub zero temps and I ended up having a problem because the weights didnt adhere causing three tires to be out of balance. I was heading to the Pike last Friday when it first started so I turned around and headed to Saugus. Ed was able to get my issue resolved right away and I was back on the road an hour later. It was still hovering around 0 degrees so I am not sure if the adhesive took the second time. I called Ed this morning to let him know and he made an appointment for me later today. Ed is knowledgeable and customer oriented. It is a pleasure to be a valued customer of his.

Came here to get my tpms synced with my car.. about a 5 minutes job give or take acheduled an appointment in advanced came 20 minutes early 2 hours later my car easent even touched and when I asked how long I was told I cant tell you. I also over heard several empoyees in the back fighting about several things, including theft and not wanting to take in customers cars. Update*** NTB reached out and apologized for that locations mistake, I still never went back and went to the one in wobourn where the service tech took care of me in less then 5 minutes and didnt even want to charge me because the work was so easy.

Felicia is where its at. Got a nail in our tire on our way to our honeymoon and just stopped in. They took us right away and had multiple options for tires for our 2012 Prius. We didnt pay a penny more than what she told us we would pay, they got us out of there at the exact time they said they would, she patiently went through all our options with absolutely no hint of trying to undermine us or being annoyed by our questions, and offered every rebate and price reduction available. Make sure you ask for Felicia though. From her words some guy (her co worker) will try to jump you in the parking lot. Just ask for me. Would go back again if ever in the area.

I even just called this place while standing at the front desk and no one picked up. It rang 46 times before I hung up. Wow. Going to leave now. Great job Mavis. Outstanding service. UPDATE: Just called the place again at 12:15 pm to see if anyone would pick up. I counted the rings-132 rings and STILL no one picked up! Unbelievable.
