Can i just say the person checking you in was real nice. Like genuine you can see it in their face nice. Not those fake annoyingbubbly personalitiesthat you want to hit in the face. This alone is the reason i will return. Employees seem to enjoy being there doing what they are doing. They do a good job. I hope this company like all companies realize its so important to take care of your employees. It was fast and everyone was efficient. The general atmosphere of the place was happy people.

Do not go to this place, today I asked they to replace one of the tire sensors, left drivers side front, at the end they told me that now the sensor on the rear passenger side was not working, after inspecting the tire, “ I noticed that it was moved, I noticed a scratch mark on the rim, it was the tire with the defective sensor, they moved it so I had to replace one more sensor, they denied everything of course, I do not recommend this place, there is no honesty!

I needed a battery before the winter. I know I can trust these guys, they are always friendly and helpful. Dave took the the time to explain my options and select the right Motorcraft battery for my needs. The price was right, so we added some wipers too.They had me ready to go in 20 minutes! Always a pleasure doing business with Jeff & Dave.

The new location is closer with the mall so I could kill 30 min there. The place is clean and staff was very friendly. I also got some snack for my son. Oil change takes a little too long and they don’t do stickers anymore.

So I call say I need oil change I arrive and they say oh sorry we dont do that here thats somewhere else. Lady was very rude like if I inconvenienced her. She was rude to her coworker already so it just carried into me. Outside of their building in huge letters says quicklane oil changes but they dont do that their??? Why not take signs down have signs on the door something. I wouldnt buy a car from this place or ever go back with the way I was treated makes me regret buying a Ford I miss my Ram at least at their locations they DO OIL CHANGES!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE
