The customer service is quite poor. Staff is extremely disorganized. Attempted to replace and purchase a car key fob. They were unable to determine how to program the key fob after several weeks of continuous follow up.Also purchased replacement battery through a cash transaction that they were unable to reconcile. Claimed item was not paid for and refused to check camera to verify no payment. I ended up double paying for the item to avoid further conflict. Consumer beware!

Definitely find a light bulbs or batteries but they dont carry all chargers for household devices but its always an option to try and check out The workers there know the right information

Replaced the batteries inside a the housing for my Black and Decker cordless lawn mower right there at the store. Saved me time and a trip to dispose of the battery. Excellent service. Prompt and efficient. I learned a lesson when buying discounted batteries since they do not last more than a few months. I do not mind driving 40 minutes to get the best batteries in the market and on top of that on my watches with the option of warranty for the life of the watch. My Iphone 6S already lasted a couple of years and going strong. My wifes newer iPhone model had to be plugged in all the time till I replaced its battery at Battery Plus Bulbs with the same results seldom having to plug it in.

Store owner went out of their way to acquire the battery from another store. Installation went great! The technician was very careful when installing the battery.

Great service, knowledgeable staff I brought my car in on fumes. The battery was totally dead,. Only the alternator kept the car running after a jump start. These guys took out and replaced the battery in short order. These guys are real pros. Afterwards, my started fine and all the trouble lights were missing. Super.

Avoid this place like the plague. Bought a bike battery had it charged up brought it home and it was dead. No telling how long it was sitting on the shelf there since it is a bit of an oddball battery. Tried to charge it at home several times but each time it would not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Never installed it in the bike brought it back looking for a replacement which they had none so I requested a refund. After waiting in line watching the “salesman” insult two customers ahead of me because the computer was “down” and they only accepted cash of which neither had enough he proceeded to complain about them to other customers after they left. Been here three different times there were computer problems twice. Refused to issue me a refund and kept pointing to the warranty. They had no replacement and the battery they sold me a couple of days ago was no good but this guy refused to refund my purchase. Finally after arguing with this guy for 20 minutes while other customers are standing there waiting he calls the owner and they decide to refund my money if there is no damage to the battery and it can be re-sold. Can’t make this stuff up. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor and stick to an auto store or bike shop before considering doing any business here.

Waste of time and money buying power sports batteries from them. Products don’t even come close to lasting beyond their warranty and IF they do honor the warranty the replacement products are just as bad and are not covered.

My 2012 Honda Fit battery lost its ability to turn over the engine after I had mistakenly left the lights on. And I mean I left the lights on for maybe 3 minutes!Since the battery was 7 years old and seemed to be losing its Reserve Capacity, I called Batteries Plus Bulbs in Saugus MA . Confirmed the battery was in stock. Ordered online and drove over for store pickup.Very nice people and great service. John installed (no extra charge) the battery in 15 minutes. Really a good experience. I will go back.BTW When I first got to their website, I tried to use the Find my Battery interface but it didnt work. Instead I used the sites regular search function looking for the group size of the battery which I happened to know (in my case 151R).Bingo! Very good price as well.

The worst place to buy a motor cycle battery had the bike battery in my bike it was not starting my bike. I went to the store to exchange the battery that was only 3 months old. The manager was rude and told me i wasnt listening because i deserved a new battery back and not for them just to charge the baterry and i would have to wait until tomorrow with no bike and no battery.The manager was very unprofessional.

Had issues with my truck starting. AAA said I probably needed a new battery. Called BPB. Talked to a guy named Steve. Very informative and friendly. Told me to order it online to save 10%. Great. Ordered it and went up later. Met him and he came right out to test the battery. Said it was good, and that it was just a loose connection. He tightened it, free of charge, after spending a good 10 minutes talking and testing, and I went on my way. Because of him, I wont be going anywhere else if I need a battery, lights for my truck, or anything else. Great experience

The process was simple with online ordering delivered directly to the store. I purchased a replacement battery for my Jeep at a very reasonable price and installation was free. Billy, the tech, was very knowledgeable about the installation process (As the battery was located under the front passenger seat) and did an amazing job!

Careful with online ordering with in-store pickup.. When I got there, they didnt have the battery that I ordered in-stock. They substituted another brand battery and made a big deal that I was getting a better brand.

Very happy with thorough and quick service. Went in for a broken screen replacement & they also did a thorough system check to be sure nothing else was damaged in the (several) falls my phone sustained. Then they did the check after the repair to be sure they didnt mess anything up.

Although the repair took longer than quoted time, the quality and knowledge of the customer service team is top notch.

First off I called 3 other places and wanted to charge me over 300 almost 400$$ to fix my note 8.....not only did they give me the best price, but the best service.from doing a multi point check before taking it from me and doing same check after the repain. The repair only took a couple of hrs and for a note 8 thats great timing..I will go here from now on and I suggest if you need a phone fixed bring it to this place....very happy thank you
