If no is scheduled to work there at this kiosk in the mall then maybe it should be closed . poor customer service .why is there never anyone there to help customers.

Five stars for the service I received from Jennifer at Metro PCS at the Square One Mall. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Highly recommend. Im now editing about a month later. I ended up not liking the phone I bought, so you may see my other review for another company. However, Jennifer did provide great service. She sold me exactly what I asked for, but I simply ended up not liking the phone.

Open til 11 pm yet the chairs empty and im standing here for 25 minutes still no service

This place is horrible. The woman (the receipt says Melissa Sanchez) said I should get an iPhone, simply because she has always had iPhones. No other facts provided. She said I had 7 days to return it. I went back and a different representative (Angel) said all sales final on upgrades. Also, I told him I called before I came, and it went to voicemail. He said “I didn’t hear anything .“ He checks the phone and says “ oh it’s off”. No apology. So I have to go back on Monday to talk to the boss “because he is out of town”. After a lot of back and forth, finally talked to manager and returned my phone.

Is there anyone ever working here? 3 separate occasions and no ones working. 1120am-1145am just waiting. Not coming back again

The Metro on highland ave. Salem, Ma the guy is awesome.

They have everything you need on tables, phones and other services, like money order
