Melissa was great at the square one mall in Saugus. Professional and knowledgeable in the upgrade for my phone. She was super in explaining the new plan cost too.AT&T does need more staff to serve its customers. No one should wait greater than 30 minutes for help

Came here to correct an issue with my account, and Heally (pronounced HEY-lee) did an exceptional job in handling it with ease! I applaud her for her patience and attentiveness, especially with me given that I have a knack for being hard-nosed. Heally was professional throughout and even went the extra mile to call customer service for me, alleviating me of the daunting task. Overall, I had a positive experience at this AT&T location, due largely in part because of Heally!*On a side note, be aware that this location is significantly understaffed and long wait times may persist. Management should do a better job of addressing these problems.
I stopped in yesterday and was assisted by Charles, he was very helpful and efficient. I bought some phones down the road at the AT&T store and they really messed up my account. Charles was able to get it squared away and saved me some money on accessories.
I came in to get a new phone and a watch and I left beyond satisfied with Heally helping transferring everything over to the new devices.
Heally and Melissa were both a great help in helping my grandmother get a new line being new to the city.

Great experience with Scott today (:My boyfriend Cody went in today to upgrade his phone to a Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Scott was very patient and helpful while my boyfriends old phone was bugging out while transferring files to his new phone. He was super friendly and conversational while everything was going on!

I come here 1x a month to pay my bill and the customer service is just horrible, I wait at the front door every time for 25-45 minutes before Im spoken to, the people who work here have 0 customer service and to top it off the at&t cellular service is horrible as well . The pay your bill machine has been out of service for months, they really need to get it together

My phone died on the plane trip out there. They got to me as soon as possible, Matt walked me though all the possible issues, and sold me a decently priced replacement phone when it was discovered my cheaply made third-party android had failed (kind of expected it, but hoping not on vacation). Would recommend in a pinch.

Worst customer service i ever received. incompetent, rude and slow. wasted 4 hours there on saturday october 27th, lost my account because the employee made a mistake and left without any solution to my problem. i HIGHLY recommend to use any other at&t because it cant be any worse than that one.
The two gentleman, one being a store manager at the Saugus mall location were excellent and were able to resolve the issue that a phone representative a couple days before could not do.
Absolute worst customer experience of my life. I was having an issue with my phone 3 days past the return window. I was in the store and on the phone with AT&T customer service. The manager at the Square One store was telling me he couldnt help me with an exchange, the guy on the phone said he could override it if he wanted to... so I asked the manager the guy on the phone is saying you can override it if you want to. so you cant help? or you dont want to? to which he replied (with a shrug) dont want to. His name is Sun for those of you who would like to avoid him. The salesman there who I heard tell multiple incorrect things to customers while i was there is named Winston. Dont deal with him either.
Very bad service.. the guy who was helping us Lionel.. was not very helpful. Kept saying call customer service Everytime and in the end went inside for 20 mins to escape us. We finally had to walk out.. and the other representatives u the store also did not help. Wont recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service i’ve ever received from at&t. I’ve been using this service for more than 10 years, and I always had the good experience when I walk into the store. But, this location is just worst. They don’t know what they’re doing. They told me that they could not solve the problem whereas, the cambridge side galleria could fix it in just few minutes.
Reps dont greet you when you walk in. not even to let you know how long to wait. I ordered a phone online, apparently you have to wait like everyone else. its not even busy time and these people are struggling.

Employees always lie2/14/2019The guy forgot to activate my sim card, new phone, cant use it.July 2018Everytime I go to this store to upgrade/ change out my phone the employees always tell me a different story. Whether it is about an insurance plan or upgrade they send me on a wild goose chase to the apple store, to call at&t, or to call the insurance company that At&t uses.Today the employee send me out of the store to handle the insurance claim online. The information he gave me was incorrect and now I have to go back to an at&t store to try to upgrade my phone yet again. The employees at this and many other at&t store must be trained to give misinformation and make working with them a nightmare.
Very poor customer serviceThe staff at THIS location werent helpful at ALL. My friend was notified her iphone had arrived at the Square One mall Saugus Ma location. We arrived and the mre were 2 staff members on dutyThe 1st employee was getting yelled at by a customer who was dissatisfied and demanding a supervisor which there was NOT one on duty. The 2nd employee, that assisted us was useless and behaved as we were an inconvenience to him for simply being there. He could NOT locate the iphone that my friend had prepaid for. He would NOT search for it in hjs system even though we had ALL the information plus valid identification to provide himHe would NOT assist us with providing us with the other store locations number. (which was practically across the street on Rt1 north) He wouldnt even call that location for us to see if my friends iphone had arrived at THEIR sister store. He wouldnt or just simply didnt know his OWN stores address so we could double check we were at the correct location based off of the email my friend received saying her iphone had arrived. Nor did he kno or attempt to find out his own stores phone number so we could call in advance the next day to make sure the phone was there and didnt make another 45 minute drive back down there AGAIN for nothing. It takes a lot for ME to give a nad review(s) being I am in customer service MYSELF!I do NOT recommend THIS store location at ALL. If my experience changes I will gladly update my review, but as for NOW do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and find another location!!!I went to this store on Sunday 07/08/18 some time between the hours of 6:30pm and 8pmI ONLY gave this location 1 star bc I had toThis site wouldnt let me rate THIS review as negative -10.Good luck if you absolutely need to use this location. Ive had my worst customer service experience ever at this store. I was lied to (not misled, lied to!) and when I came back to ask questions and demand a resolution to the issues that Hector (the agent who lied) created, I actually saw him run into the back door when he saw me, I then asked the manager if Hector was there because I was there to speak with him (I had called all week checking into confirm which days he would be there so I could meet with him), and the manager said he was there adn asked me to wait. Five minutes later the manager comes back adn tells me Hector is gone for the night. Even though Hector knew I was coming and looked me in the eye and walked through the back door when he saw me. Extremely disappointing. Ive never beens o disrespected as a consumer before. Anyhow, Ive lived with the consequences of falling for this Sales persons lies in getting me into a contract that was supposed to make my phone bill cheaper, but actually has made it more expensive and on top of all fluctuates --its never been the same again. All I had asked was that I go back to my previous plan because the plan that Hector got me into was nothing like what he promised. BTW, he took notes during our first meeting but those notes that they usually keep disappeared when I asked them to bring them out because I knew that he had the numbers he showed me on those notes --numbers that proved my bill would be cheaper than what i was paying back then!!! Awful experience. No regard for the customer. This is just the tip of what happened. It took me 5 months to actuall give up on trying to have them do right by me.
Agreed with the reviews below.I walked in at 745pm and spoke with the manager who entered my name as #2 on the walk in board. There were 2 employees with people and the manager was standing behind the counter playing with his cell phone.40 minutes later the 2 people in front of me were still talking with their customers trying to upsell the sales and the manager was sitting on one of the couches on his iPad.I am calling AT&T tomorrow.BTW both couples in front of me were Hispanic as were all the employees and all communication was in SpanishI am not Hispanic.I walked out after 45 minutes and the manager did not ONCE offer to help me.
Needed to upgrade and had questions. stopped by the store 6 times I felt like no one is in the store and I just entered an human less store. 2 employee bussy with 2 customers and each time I come back in I waited 5 to 10 minutes no respond from any one. I think I could of taking thing and walking out no one would notice.How Atnt hire people that are clueless about customers service and keep them?

Every time I come here no one greets me & if they do they don’t ask what I’m coming in for, I can sit here for an hour and no will help me, EVEN if they don’t have customers they won’t even approach me to ask if I needed help and it’s every time I come here.
Ive been with AT&T for at least 15 years I only go in there to pay my bill they are overpriced with this service and they have on a good day four different phones to choose from
