PATEL is a great manager. Thanks for not only helping with new phone, but letting me everything about how to use phone cover warranty and answering all my questions about insurance. Also the male staff( sorry didnt get your name) was extremely, extremely patient helping an elder that wanted so much help. No matter how many ways staff explained what he could and couldnt do, he just wasnt grasping it.

Ive been waiting in the store more than an hour with only 2 people ahead of me for more than an hour. They told me Id be seen soon and I could leave my number and theyd text me. Went to pharmacy next door and never got a text. Came back and they were helping the people who came in after me. Im here to pay $$$ for a new phone. They dont seem to care. Havent even spoken to me, given me a new wait time, etc. Chatting away with customers casually about xmas trees.

Abel is AWESOME! So helpful and even stayed after his shift to help me set up my new phone to Bluetooth in my car.
