My recent visit to Extra Space was so refreshing when it comes to great customer service! This is one area in our present world that getting great customer service is rare, if at all. Kyle was so professional and knowledgeable...He graciously answered all my questions with patience & respect! If youre looking for a clean, well lit and secure storage facility, this is the place...ask for Kyle...you wont be disappointed!

Well let me tell you never rent space here first theres never anyone there just a number on the door you call Kyle he will tell you hes at the other Saugus store will be there in 15 min 40min to an hour your still waiting everything the place is dirty and I mean dirty the elevator is disgusting and usually broke also anyone you speak to at either Saugus store talk to you like you owe them iwould suggest I storage Lynnfield clean and accommodating

Excellent service! Alexei was great and the facility has easy access from the street and you can pull you car inside if need be!

Heather was great! She explained everything in detail and was able answer any questions I had. She made the process quite simple. The facility is clean and well light and I would recommend checking it out if you’re in need of some extra space.

Heather hooked it up with a huge unit ! I was threw with all the paperwork within 5 minutes of walking into office. Super easy 100% worth it

I used the rapid rental feature (which was super convenient), but when I showed up my unit was on the 5th floor where apparently all the units have an angled ceiling. This would not work for me - and I wish this had been conveyed to me in the process. I went to the office where Heather Smith was one of the best people I have ever worked with! She got me a new unit that suited my needs perfectly, and worked to make sure I was charged appropriately during the transfer. My only complaint is that 5th floor units are almost un-useable due to the ceiling shape, and I had no way of knowing that. My new unit (1st floor) is perfect and I couldnt speak higher of Heather.

Close to home. Had space during a time when Storage was scarce. Only issue is the price went way up and it’s not even a climate controlled space but we are paying like it is.

This facility was U-Haul and was taken over by Extraspace Storage and I am very happy about this. I have had a few problems when U-Haul was managing my unit and since Extraspace took over, all my issues have been resolved by Selene, who is a fantastic asset to Extraspace. She has been proactive with every issue I have had with U-Haul’s mistakes, even ones I didn’t know about. She took care of everything without delay. She is a very nice person which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Selene and Extraspace for hiring such a stellar employee!!!

Just be careful with this family the Bocellis they are rip offs. Make sure you fully have everything in writing . I would go with established Storage then 222 Central

While I do not know anything about their storage services I do know do NOT rent a Uhaul here. They overcharge their customers and the women that handles the rentals ( Linda) is absurdly unknowledgeable and should not be renting vehicles to people or anything else for that matter. We were seriously overcharged and emails were never returned. rude and not a way to do business. We finally resolved the issue w corporate after almost one month and hours of our time chasing people around. Central storage could have cared less about helping us. I would never recommend this place to anyone, stay clear. They have very bad business practices and do not care about their customers AT ALL........BEWARE

Ordered a U haul to rent. Went to pick it up in the morning an HOUR after the place opened and no one was there. Waste of time, waste of effort.
