I have been there multiple times to drop off packages, pick up FedEx one rate box etc. Based on my experience, staffs there are always responsive, friendly and helpful especially when you can’t use their printing/scanning work station. I am very happy with the staff there and really appreciate their help.

Stanley is amazing! Popped in to drop off an item and he was so helpful! He was super easy to talk to and his customer service was top notch. We need more Stanley’s in the world!

I went into the store for a quick print job of some shipping labels on the copy machine. I reached a point where I needed help so I approached the desk. Stanley quickly acknowledge me and was happy to help. He went above and beyond to ensure that I walked out of the store satisfied. I know that COVID has gotten in the way of things personally and professionally, but Mr. Stanley did not let that stop him from providing me the best service possible. I look forward to returning to this store for any other services I might need in the future. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful people

Went there to drop off my shipment to China. They don’t take it because they need some form but pick up works totally fine in the next day without any form. I don’t understand why pick up don’t need the form while drop off need it. And the manager is not helpful at all. I’d like to switch to ups or usps next time.

Not one person was helpful to me, extremely rude customer service &felt extremely judged as well as unwanted in there. Decided to leave and resort to USPS insead.. I recommend you do the same.

Doors were locked and lights off twice on two separate days during posted business hours. Clearly run by some degenerates that couldn’t be bothered to do the absolute minimum that’s expected of them. Probably had to leave early to sell weed to middle schoolers.

Notary service needed. The service couldnt have been better. Very pleased with this location and the services offered. 👍

I rented time on the PC and printed out a few things. Its easy. The only thing I dont like is the music they play. Its loud. So I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

They open at 9am on Sundays but when I got there at 9:25am the doors were locked and no one was there. When I tried to call no one answered, very unreliable.

If they lose your package, its tough luck for you. If your lost package is insured, its still tough luck for you.

They are great in there!! They have very helpful and good at what they do!!

I came here Saugus Location on Thursday June8/17 to overnight the letter to NY, completed the transaction, Lady told me its ok to be there before 3pm on Friday which June09/17. Now late Monday but my package still no where,,, Maybe am wrong, so i came to Branch try for help, the lady here serve me, but looks like am talking to the Robots, she keeps repeats, please call customer service, then i went out to my car, call #_were on my FedEx receipt, the wasted me another time to talk to bad customer service again. Now Monday almost end of the day. Still outside of this Branch, keep searching to find out, where were my package now????? So disappointed about this ......

The difficulty for me is getting on and off the highway. They have all you need Wi-Fi also.

Terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone was so rude. She hung up on me without even listening to my question, and then wouldnt pick up when I called back. Even though this store is 5 minutes from my house, I will never go back.
