The employees at this location on Rt 1 are awesome. Very friendly and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I wanted to send a box with 2 down coats in a box. Although lightweight, the box was very big which cost a lot to ship. The customer service agent suggested that I use a smaller box. He came out with a tool that actually cuts the box down but also creates flaps. He cut the box right there and cut shipping price in half from $40 to $22! And it was nearly closing time and he was as pleasant as could be! (I wish I had asked for this gentleman’s name but I went there nearly 2 weeks ago).This was the second time in 2 months that I went there and the first time a different agent took care of me. He was equally as professional and pleasant.Kudos and props to this UPS’s employees for their excellent and wonderful customer service.

Fantastic people. Everytime I’ve needed help with finding a box to ship an item they always take the time to help me. They package everything safely. Shout out to Nick who took the time to save me money today and took the time to safely package my shipment.

Worst experience. They locked the door from inside and no one is inside the store, but store is open, can confirm from open lights and also it was not closing time. Very bad service.

Avoid going to this store had very bad experience on Notary service, charged $30 for 1 document 🙁

They charged me $14.50 for a large cardboard box!! Ouch ! Other than that gouging the place is ok. Convenient location and employee I saw treats customers well. There was a line of about 8 of 9 people waiting for service as I left.

Incredibly unhelpful. Customer service puts you on hold for a half hour just to hang up. Call back and upon asking 1 simple question, Am I capable of printing the label wirelessly from my phone at the store possible I get 10 minutes of how a label is created and what needs to be inside of the label for shipping purposes. All I need to know is if I can print it at the store sir? His response we have a rental PC you can use. Can I just print it from my phone wirelessly? and after 10 minutes of asking the same question I get told nope we have no WiFi. Alright great thanks for all the help, please hangup your rotary phone and call Comcast ASAP for some WiFi. I might as well return my package with the Pony Express

I go there to drop off returns but also I did fingerprinting as well. good size UPS store with a good selection of boxes and shipping material, store is clean and organized. The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable

I have always has such a great experience here. They are always so helpful and friendly. Nothing but great things to say.

I was grossly mistreated here. I’m never coming back.I had to buy a box for my parcel and it caught off guard that they were charging over 4 dollars and then an extra 2 dollars for the guy to tape it up (yeah, seriously!). So I said something, and the guy was rude. I won’t get into it but I’ll never come back. I went to Wal Mart and pause 75 cents for the box and dropped it off somewhere else.

Fitha has been a huge help with finding the best rates on shipping and helping me package my items. I cant say enough good things about his excellent customer service!

If you need just to print docs, this place is too expensive. one B&W page $3.65 CRAZYY. go to FedEx instead which one mile ahead and you will pay only 12 cents

Little hidden spot. You have to pay attention so you dont miss it. Not very busy an the guy works there is very helpful and respectful.
