Horrible customer service if ur coming to loose ur appetite I recommend this place. The wait is 1 to 1hr 30 mins if ur lucky.

My mother have been going to Supermercado La Paz in SAVAGE, MN ever since they first opened. We’ve had nothing but a great experience every time before the new management. My Mom usually goes there about 4 days a week to shop, and sometimes myself to purchase some Tacos and drinks. But on 12/20/20 my mom and My brother went to purchase a bag of beans and coconut milk but before she could even grab them she started getting Berated and yelled at by a lady employee.There was confusion between languages because we asked when we asked what happened but she didn’t speak or understand English. She was accusing my mom of stealing beans. The certain outburst was unnecessary and embarrassing. By this time everyone in the store was looking at us, It felt like they both were picked out of everyone. They were subjected because of their race and Ethnicity. When I finally spoke to the owner he said word for word people like “YOU” (Somali/black) come in here and steal. He said these people come to the store, move stuff around, and stuff them in their pockets. So he told his employees to be extra watchful of “Those”people especially young Somali/Black men or women wearing a headscarf. My mother is 60 years old and my 23 this was probably the 2nd time he’s been there. The way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional and refused to show me the footage claiming that anyone had stolen anything. They welcome Salvadorians and people of Latin descent with warm welcome. I’ve witnessed this a couple of times, where they would give me weird/rude stares and give me burnt Tacos sometimes on purpose. They deserve 0 stars for failure to customer service towards outside communities.

I love this place! I have been looking for pupsas since i arrived to Minnesota, but i never thought i would find a place THIS GOOD! The store has a lot of Central American products that make me feel at home. The owner is a really nice Man as well and always so welcoming. If you want great Salvadorian Food come here. I talk about this place all the time to my family back in Cali.

Dang use to drive all the way to minneapolis for pupusas but since finding this place has been more convienent than ever! Love how this is only 20 minutes from where i live

It’s super good the food is good and everything is good but it’s better to come at the bourse when it’s not full because they are busy but I love it it’s a small cute business i like the owners there pretty friendly and the workers as well

There is no words to describe the poor service neither the quality of the food please be aware my friends and I went to buy some food for lunch which it was the biggest mistake we order a couple burritos and a quesadilla the burrito al pastor was floating in grease an the carne asada burrito was the grossest it was full of decompose meat the chicken quesadilla was only a flower tortilla and cheese dont even have chicken and the frito beans was terrible never come back

Tell me if this happened to someone since the last week of March, send two boxes to El Salvador, they have 8 weeks and Mr. Mauricio does not give me an explanation, I call him and he does not answer and when he answers, he tells me pure excuses, Im tired of waiting for a solution and Nothing so for people who require a shipping service, look for another alternative because this is a disaster the service does not work.You as a worker know what it costs to buy those things to send to the family so that an irresponsible person will tell you they are simply lost all your effort be careful with this man is not responsible with his work

A good store to get groceries. In their restaurant they offer a chicken broth accompanied by roast chicken 🤤 recommended.

I went to this store today, and the cashier was a very rude girl who took care of me ... and worst of all, the old woman got angry because of a mistake of her own. I would like to know your name to put it here together with my bad experience. I dont know why there are people so bitter.?! Hopefully the store owner will see it so he can at least give me a discount the next time I go.

Order 4 gut tacos and an hour later they had not even prepared them ... the service is dismal orders do not deliver them in the order they take them and the staff has no idea what you are doing when it comes to deliver an order ... most of the cheers I tried to eat at this place I always leave without buying anything because of lousy and too slow service they have ... if you want to eat there ... go a few hours in advance or Flat be asking for your food as many times as possible ...!
