CIK was highly referred to me and once I made my initial call I could see why…..Owner Mr. Earl White was professional from the time I walked into door. I dropped off my car for a complete re-spray and repair all of rust spots,scratches,dings and chips. While most of my concerns we’re addressed they’re were a few left behind. I had a really great experience with them installing an after market grill with embedded sequential lights on my RAM. The install got done in professional and timely manner and they updated me throughout the whole process. They even fixed one of my HID bulb for free. I recommend their services to anyone and will definitely come back to get more customization work done to my cars.

I took my new Mazda in with a spoiler I tried to paint several times but failed at. They completed not only the work I pointed out but even found a dent I’d forgotten to point out and because of the contours of my vehicle would have been almost impossible to see to the untrained eye. Any of my future work I plan to bring here. Prices are even better than larger corporate type shops that predicate on prices.

So I had a long and arduous journey getting my retrofit headlight kit installed prior to meeting with Earl over at CIK. I ordered what I thought would be all the parts I needed and had the basic idea of how to modify everything. It turned out to be too much of a task for me with my time constraints so I spoke with Earl and he offered me a more than reasonable price on the service for it. Unfortunately it turned out that the kit didnt come with an adjustable plate for the headlight projector so Earl went out of his way to make one for me, wire the computer and drivers install the halo and demon eye and even clean up some scuffs I had on the bike. Now there was a lot of hurdles to over come with this job and he was real patient and fair with me and I really appreciate the end result. Theres a sign in CIKs shop with the adage that goes something like this: There a 3 types of service you can have good, fast and cheap. Pick 2. The service was excellent but took more time because of the very low price we agreed upon but I have no qualms with the end result. So in conclusion I would definitely recommend Earl and CIK for anyone wanting to upgrade or repair their ride, he knows his stuff and hes willing to work with you.

This is the best custom car shop in Savannah. They installed vertical doors on my 2018 Camaro in less then a day. The body work was perfect and I love the finished product. All personnel at the shop were professional and treated my vehicle like it was one of their own. I would recommend this shop and anyone that wants custom work or normal work done to their vehicle.

I have been dealing with Earl for years he is a very good businessman Earl have done some work for me and his work is very good quality.

When I came to CIK for body repairs, I can with abnormally high expectations. I have been called a body shops worst nightmare due to my attention to detail and expectation of perfection. Not only was Earl not worried about my expectations, he fully welcomed the challenge. During the repair process, Earl kept in constant contact with me, ensuring I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. There were a few things that stood out from every other shop I have seen. For one, they bag your seats and steering wheel. Your car stays indoors the entire time its at their shop, and while its indoors, your car is wrapped up in a large plastic bag to protect it from airborne debris/paint/shop dust. Your windows are left shut, and interior isolated from the outside air. Why is this important? Unlike any other body shop, your interior is never exposed to or covered in shop dust! Most body shops leave your windows down, and vacuum your interior out when done - this does not eliminate that body shop smell left in your vehicle. Earls process prevents this completely. Earl was able to match my pearl paint to near perfection. He also took the time to polish and de-nib every panel that was touched with paint - a process most shops skip. At delivery, I was pleased to see he was able to meet my abnormally high expectations. I will do business with Earl and CIK again.

I crashed in front of the shop late at night and was approached by an employee who made sure I was OK then offered to let me store my truck inside until I found a place to fix my tire which had broke off. Took the truck into CIK on September 20th, 2016. Met Earl, the owner of this shop and was immediately impressed with his knowledge level of automotive paint and felt comfortable right away with doing business with him. First of all, he uses an industry standardized tool to quote work to be performed and builds your estimate right in front of you. He listens to your budget and provides options based upon what youre wanting to spend. If you want a $6,000 paint job, he will perform it. If you want something more economical, he will go to work and do the best he can with what hes being provided by the customer. Its as simple and honest as that. Next, he explains everything he agrees to perform and provides a promised time of completion. His contact with you is minimal, because hes WORKING on your project. I would rather he do this, than spend time on the phone with me, breaking focus. However, he WILL communicate the hi-points with you, as each stage is completed, if you request it. Which is great! I never had any doubt that the job performance would be anything less than phenomenal, for a fraction of what the other guys wanted to charge for the same scope of work. Sometimes, its the little guys who perform the best work, in lieu of shortcut-taking giants like MAACO, Wards, or Hernandez Collision, who only speak to dollars and not you. I would highly recommend CIK Motorsports, and endorse their work to a point I am rolling around with the company window decal.

Man I dont know how to express my feelings to this guys who are working on my car man. Im new to Savannah city and I didnt know nice people and nice car Autoport shops so I googled and I found this shopping and I spoke to him and he said he can do what my car wants to be done to pass inspection and he asked me $6000 cash and I gave him however he did bad job and the car didnt pass inspection because he supposed to straighten not bundled so I said I need your help then he said $3000 Im like what ? Then I said thank you so much God bless you and I walked awa after that I went to another place CIK and they did $1200.00. They did really great job and the car pass inspection Im so happy. I feel like I bought brand new car. I cant thank them enough but I promise to them I will pray for them everyday so the man above all of us can give them their desires of hearts. Please if you need help with your Auto port done on your cars GO TO HIM.

I would like to set the record straight. If you are looking for a place to get a fair price on a paint job this is it. I have a 1997 BMW 528i that had severe damage to the hood due to road construction. After searching for the Holy Grail (in this case a reasonable estimate) I walked into CIK Motorsports expecting more of the inflated estimates. Mr, White assured me that his team would do a good job. Well he was wrong. They did an outstanding job ! Not only did they change the color from black to gunmetal grey,they repaired two dents and made my headlights clear again. All this for $1575.00 .a far cry from $3500.00 quoted elsewhere. I would recommend them to you only if you are looking for a job done right at a good price.

Gonna keep this short and sweet. Do not bring your car here for body repair or paint . Brought my subaru here and had mutiple issues with the paint....from pieces not even painted, overspray, dirt and hair in the paint, and runs in the paint( owner even told me he saw the runs on one peice that had it but since that part of that piece is hidden he just left it.....WTH! And the customer service is even worst. I have mutiple people that can back me and even when I mentioned CIK to them they all had nothing but bad storys about this shady shop. I could keep going on but Im going to stop here. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Wouldnt even call this a business and definitely wouldnt call them Professionals.****My response to the Owner of CIKs reply***Since I figured you would reply with something similar to what you wrote. I was just mentioning your quality of work a your customer service but if you want to talk about the insurance claim I can do that too. You talk about me having to wait for parts to come in but I had to wait for those parts even longer because you decided to use money that MY insurance gave you for MY car on other projects. So since I had to wait for you to give me the money.... it took longer to put my order in ....so therefore I had to wait longer for parts. And not sure where this 6k is coming from but the actual cash value that you gave me is $4,860 which is part of the money my insurance gave you for parts.....so I used that money for the parts which you have quotes for and I bought those exact parts that I told YOU I was getting. You could have ordered the parts or I could have and you choose to have me order them. So all you really explained was you gave me the money for my parts and not to spend as I pleased as you tried to make it sound like. And now for the deductible....Yes you did waive it. But we both know you didnt lose that $500 because you only waived it because I supplied more parts for my car that you didnt give me money for but my insurance gave you money for those parts which you know for a fact that it was alot more then $500 and I also have it on paper each part and how much it was so I know what my insurance gave you, you act like I cant see it on paper. So that money that you knew you was pocketing easily covered my deductible and some. And after checking what my insurance paid for.... since they was replacing the wheels but didnt hear anything about tires. After having to call my insurance they informed me that they did pay you for one of the tires already but the shop needed to add the other tire(I needed two tires replaced). You told me you didnt see anything for the tires so I guess that was just more money you was keeping and wasnt gonna say anything. And for my car being custom all I have is a body kit( fender flares) I did ALL the labor for all my aftermarket peices. I fixed the cracks and holes in my fender flares. I mounted my fenders flares and I got them to fit correctly all you had to do was paint them correctly.And the one crack that you said you fixed you didnt even fix correctly and I had to fix that too. And now for the paint issues your claiming because I took my car early thats your excuse for all your poorly paintjob? You told me when I called you Thursday (week prior to me picking the car up that following Tuesday) that the paint was finished and all you had to do was put the car back together get the alignment, and detail the car. And you said the car would be finish that Monday and Im just gonna assume you meant Tuesday because your shop is closed Mondays. Then after getting into another argument with the shop on Tuesday I wanted to pick my car up that day........IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE THAT DAY ANYWAYS. So I picked up the car earlier on the day it was supposed to be done and even gave you a time when I was picking it up.The only thing you wasnt able to do was detail my car and do the alignment. So how does that explain all your careless work?**Had to end here ran out of space** but will gladly explain more

Took my work truck here for some body work and was extremely displeased. I arranged an appointment 2 weeks prior to dropping it off and they assured me it would be ready in 3 days. When I returned, my truck was still not ready and management said they had a hard time matching up white paint and they would have it done by the next day. Needless to say, it was still not ready and management said they would have it done by 1:00. I came back at 2:00 and the paint had runs throughout and they said I could take it but they needed another 30 minutes to sand it down and paint it again. I was like the hell with it and told anyone who asked about my trucks paint job that CIK Motorsports painted it.

CIK MOTOR brought my truck back to life! After being in an accident and my truck was totaled. Earl and his staff made what I thought was the impossible possible. I had a really negative experience here when they were located on DeRenne. I stopped in with my new car looking to have the windows tinted to Georgia state legal limit of 35%. They offered to go darker but Im not looking to press my luck with LEO. Anyway, we talk it over and they offer a fair price. I am assured they guarantee their product for six months. For those unfamiliar, tinting windows is a fairly simple process and its the bread and butter of these kinds of shops. Theyre uncomplicated and the process is usually done in under two hours. Its easy enough that people will come to you and tint your windows in your driveway or in your office parking lot.Anyway, I show up the next day to drop the car off and am told it will take 2-4 hours. Eight hours later, I have not received a phone call. I try to make contact by calling the shop number but nobody picks up. It is now nearing the time their website says they close so I head down there. An employee apologizes and says its been more complicated than theyd hoped but would be finished in another half hour. I ask them to call me when its complete while I run errands. TWO HOURS LATER I stop by, long done with my errands. They are not at all done and are closing up the shop. I complain about the lack of calls or phone pickup and they apologize but whatever, Ill pick it up tomorrow.You guessed it. Radio silence all the next day. I finally go to pick it up, again with no call to say it was ready, a full 30 hours after dropping it off. And its no bueno. The tint is stretched and poorly worked on the rear window and there are small imperfections on two side windows as well. I am angry and not interested in paying for a shoddy tint job so I talk to the owner. He offers to cut the price in half IF I have to bring it back to be fixed, which I obviously will. Im not happy about again having to leave my car with these guys but feel I have no choice. I am then charged the full price and told to drop it off in a week if the tint doesnt settle correctly.It doesnt and I drop the car off once again. ONCE AGAIN I receive radio silence from these people and have to call myself to confirm the job is finished. I go to pick it up and the tech has the rear window fixed but has taken it upon himself to redo the side windows and guess what? Theyre a wreck. Owner is now missing in action and unable to be reached in regards to a refund for half the cost of this botched job. I make attempts to connect for a few weeks but its painfully obvious that Im being dodged. I am left with a finished product that I have to take to a rival shop to be torn off and redone properly.TL;DR: If youre comfortable trusting your pride and joy to a shop that cant stand by its product or promises or even complete a simple window tinting job, feel free to use these guys. My advice is STEER CLEAR!

I am posting this review because I do not want anyone else to experience what I had to with getting my vehicle painted. I did not plan to get my car painted, but was told by the owner that it could be accomplished at a reasonable price. Once it was finished there were more issues than I care to count. If you stand far away you cant notice the issues, but they are very apparent when standing close.Whenever an issue was addressed and a repair attempt made, created a new problem and there are zero quality control check. Now I have swirls all over my car where they attempted to buff and scuffs where they attempted to wet sand. My car was painted almost a month ago and I am still finding bad paint runs that was clear coated over and lots of trash in the paint. This business is about fast production to turn a buck and not quality. EVERY customers dollar and vehicle should be respected and the attention given so customers can be proud of their investment.Honestly I could of saved my $1700 for the amount of defects in my paint job. I took the effort to send an email with my grievances and received no response so it is posted for everyone to see here.I am composing this email to give you feedback about my experience thus far. When I initially decided to get my vehicle painted I expected between a 98-100% satisfaction. I can’t honestly say that I feel that was achieved. Every time I go to wipe my car or get in close distance I notice discrepancies. Issues like overspray, dried paint drips, junk in the paint, light scratches (which was addressed) and incomplete prep work (left over roof molding adhesive). When we spoke you told me that I would have a “clean paint job”, but not show room perfect. I understood this to mean that I would not be able to notice issues so easily. I feel that there was ample enough time for the vehicle to be scrutinized to correct many of the issues before I even saw them. Things like overspray on the sun roof and rubber window molding left tucked in with paint on them are easy catches with some Quality Control checks. Since I have picked up my car I have been back several times to address some of these issues. You have been graceful about correcting problems, but problems like the dried running paint addressed today left a discoloration in the silver which is more apparent than the original issue. The first attempt to correct the light scratches in the driver side quarter panel left dull swirls which where buffed out this morning.It would be beneficial for the reputation of the business to ensure that the parts of the car that are immediately noticeable, are free of flaws that can and should be corrected during the painting process. Also, quality checks should be done by yourself to ensure that warranty work that is done is completed to standard while maintaining the integrity of the original paint job. No one wants noticeable patch work all over a new paint job. The car overall looks good and achieved what I envisioned, but it’s the attention to detail that is a killer. When you took the liberty to paint your company name onto my vehicle, that was bold. I did not make a fuss because I anticipated a good working relationship in which you would ensure that my vehicle received the best attention to ensure it represented myself and your business accordingly. I hope this will be the case in the future as I have concerns about the wet sanding the will be done to knock down the raised paint applied today after seeing the results of the repair attempt today.

These people are crooks My car left their shop worse than it came. Its cost me 4 thousand dollars to fix what they destroyed please oh please dont let these thugs under your hood you will regret it!!!...
