I was involved in a 3 car accident back in August. I was the middle sandwiched! I had my F150 Towed to hernandez and they got right to work on my vehicle. They were very professional and kept me up to date on all the progress. I worked with both of the Lizs employed at Hernandez and both were amazing with communication and at fighting insurance companys on my behalf. I can 100% say the only reason my vehicle wasnt making a quick turn around was because both insurance companies were not responding in a timely manner. The staff at Hernandez did everything right from the front office all the way back to the shop and has earned my recommendation to others as well as future business from me! BEWARE OF HERNANDEZ COLLISION CENTER!!!I was rear ended on March 13th, 2021, which caused damage to the left quarter panel, bumper, and liftgate. The At Fault Insurance Company (Progressive) approved me to go to Hernandez Collision Center (WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE). I took my vehicle to Hernandez on March 26th where it sat in their salvage yard, with all the other jailed and unrepaired vehicles until May 11th.After 7 weeks of getting the run around, I felt I had no choice but to negotiate for the release of my car by reluctantly handing over $5000 to satisfy their questionable fees (photos below). Progressive told me months later that they would not pay to repair my vehicle due to their past experience with Hernandez adding extra fees and costs. My vehicle has now been repaired through my insurance company for $3000 less than Hernandezs estimate.Kris with Hernandez promised me that she would return my $5000 if Progressive put in writing that they intended to deduct those ridiculous fees from a total loss settlement. This documentation was provided to her and I have made numerous attempts to follow up on her promise to return my money, including a call to Danny Hernandez - crickets... Attached are photos of my vehicle upon its release from Hernandez. I am also attaching photos of the fee descriptions for your information and entertainment. Learn from my mistake and make better choices.TL;DR - IF YOU WANT TO BE EXTORTED, GO TO HERNANDEZ!

We all have things that are hard to deal with. That said, Finding a reliable shop thats Honest and with Integrity in itself is a hard. A Rare Find Nevertheless, dealing with any repairs can be a pain and then dealing with the insurance can ad to that. Im in the business of dealing with insurance claims and understand that it matters the insurance company, the policy and the adjuster all matter. (In addition to write a proper estimate it takes time.) So, I will be the first to say that we are lucky that we have people that are willing to fight to get the job done right. (Ethics and principals that are not always the case) The entire staff was totally awesome and they took a lot of time following up to with the insurance with photos and documentation. From a professional in my field and the understanding of the insurance process. I was totally discussed with how my insurance played the delay game. Its a safe bet putting your trust in this team and if you havent dealt with claims my prayers are with you without a solid team. (They have your back at Hernandez Collision Center) Be patient, I know its hard to do but in my case the delays was 110% the insurance company. Being frank In some cases I think its done by design!Its your loss if you even consider a bad review on these guys. Cant make everyone happy nor can you have principals that you change on the fly. Call and put your trust in them if you want it done right!Team Hernandez Collision Center all the way!!

I just had a horrible experience here. My car was supposed to take three weeks to replace a tailgate and tail light. It took over 6 weeks. To add insult to injury I was told the battery was dead and could not be recharged. Another $300 out of pocket for it. On my way home from receiving the car it overheated. I found out after calling them that the fan for the radiator had low voltage and wasnt working properly. WTH would you give me the car without fixing that or telling me. So I had to have the car towed to my dealership for general maintenance and a diagnostic on the engine. After $700 the car is operating properly but all the fuses in the car had to be replaced. I am not a happy camper and will never use or recommend Hernandez.

My vehicle was involved in a two car collision. I had it towed to Hernandez Collision Center in April.I insisted on taking My vehicle to Hernandez because myself and family members have had first hand experience with their quality work and professionalism.Granted they may take longer than other body shops; However I promise you that the staff at Hernandez will advocate on your behalf to ensure that your vehicle is done correctly. Special thanks to Liz who work diligently with my insurance company to ensure that my Acura RDX was repaired to pre-accident condition.Thank you again Hernandez Collision Center for taking such good care of me.

They promised something, and delivered nothing.They did what they had to do to get me out the door, even went far enough to take photos of my car, even the sides that werent relevant, which was weird since my damage is in one spot. Promised me theyd email me with an estimate. This was at 10am.Theyre closing in 5 minutes and I havent got anything from them.Guess they dont want my business. But after being misled, I dont want theirs.Its okay, though. My money is just as green as everyone elses and another business will be more than happy to take it and fix my car :)I had really high hopes for this place after hearing so much good about them but obviously if it sounds too good to be true, it is.Go somewhere else unless you LOOK like you have money. Otherwise the receptionist will make a promise they wont keep and get you out the door making you think someone will reach out to you.I wasted a whole day I could have spoken to auto body shops because I was under the impression Hernandez would take care of me.Just go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this place. 3 months after we pulled off the lot with my wifes brand new car, she was rear ended. So I took it to Hernandez Collision after a recommendation from my father and Im glad I did. It wasnt the greatest of experiences but that had nothing to do with Hernandez. See I wanted my car back to its original state, as it was when we first took it home. But the other guys insurance company didnt want to pay but for after market parts. DONT SETTLE PEOPLE!. These are our investments and not theirs. So do you think the insurance company is going to care about your investment. NO! No they arent. With my back against the wall and now about 3 weeks into this whole thing and the other guys insurance not willing to agree with costs. They people over at Hernandez begin to fight for me when I asked them to please start working on my car and that I wanted it back to factory standards with factory parts. Not days later I get an email that they have reached an agreement with the insurance company...thats the nice way of saying we got them SOBs to pay. I cant say thank you enough....oh and the car looks AMAZING!!!. You cant even tell its ever been rear-ended. Thank You Thank You Thank! All the great people at Hernandez Collision Center.

Hernandez went above and beyond to help my mother, Ms. Ferrell, get back on the road after she was in an accident. Randi, Liz, and Jeneen helped throughout the process and kept me informed about my mother’s vehicle repairs. She was very pleased with the repairs and the communication. So my vehicle is a total loss. Our vehicle was hit from behind. The insurance company knows they have the advantage. Hernandez has been so helpful! They, and not my insurance company, are walking me through this process. My insurance company is not responsible, but they have offered no assistance at all. The only help I have gotten is from Randi at Hernandez! I would absolutely make sure you call Hernandez so that you dont get taken advantage of by the insurance company. They are not on your side. BEWAREI just wanted to express my disappoinment with your business. I sought you ought on th premise that you worked in the best interest of the customer. Although you appeared to be very helpful, ultimately with your inflated prices I had to let the insurance company pay you waaay more than was necessary to get the situation resolved. Which indirectly impacted me.I had a great settlement offer from the insurance company that would have paid off my car, removed it from my credit and allwoed me to purchase another vehicle sooner. But alternatively I now have a balance that I have to satisfy before getting into another car.I understand these are trying times but its never worth the reputation of your company. Or unfair treatment towards your customers. I would hope that you will revisit and amend your current charges and issue me a refund so that I may settle the difference with the lienholder. I am so disappointed and saddend by your actions.

Wow. Hernandez collision really shined this time. I’m starting a new job out of state, and Allstate has been taking their sweet time getting estimates approved (my car was damaged over a month ago, and I’ve had to spend upwards of 15 hours on the phone with Allstate over the last few days), but Hernandez collision got things done speedy, quick, fast, and in a hurry, all without sacrificing quality. I’m back on the road in my own car today, 48 hours after the approval from Allstate came through.All of the ladies here have been so professional and helpful from the start. Regina, kris, Liz, jeneen, and all the rest of the ladies will absolutely treat you with respect and get you the information you need in a very timely fashion.To anyone reading this review, if you’re needing repair work on your car, Hernandez is the place to go.

We were heading home from vacation when the liner under our car came loose in the front and started to drag. We didnt want to drive home with it like that, so we quickly exited the highway and looked for a place to take it. We ended up at Hernandez Collision and are so thankful we did! We only needed something done that would get us home, not a permanent fix. Someone quickly assessed what would work, and within 15 minutes we were back on the road. For no charge. We were blown away by the care and hospitality we received. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs repair work done on their car.

My brand new 2021 Kia Seltos was hit from behind. Hernandez helped guide me through the process of getting it repaired with top quality parts and great service. Their staff was excellent, friendly and helpful when it came to dealing with my claims. I would recommend Hernandez if you need a great collision shop.

My experience was a wonderful one as they assisted in helping me maneuver the many issues that arose with the insurance company. For my convienence, they made arrangements for a rental car to be delivered to me at the collision center. This business went as far as having the owner (Mr. Hernandez) spend 45 minutes with me after business hours discussing solutions to the insurance problems and providing advice on how to navigate them. Furthermore, they went above and beyond with the actual body work to the extent I was surprised how new it appeared. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone in any situation requiring mechanic/body work.

Absolutely the worst body shop I have ever seen. Very unprofessional, took literally months to fix my car with minimal damage, con-artists will squeeze every penny out of your insurance, and couldn’t even line my lights up straight (left them pointing up high in the trees gave them two attempts to fix and still left them like this). I agree with another reviewer that said, “ I wouldn’t let them put air in my tires!” Save your self the hassle! Would give them zero stars if possible!

I was in the area and called to see if I could stop by for an estimate on getting a dent repaired, the man that answered the phone was very nice and said I could stop by before close. I stopped by and was helped by a lady at the desk who came out and took photos of my car and then gave my estimate form to Danny Hernandez. Danny came outside to take a look at my vehicle and quickly fixed my dented-in passenger door FOR FREE. He also said he would email me my estimate and that the door was on the house. Excellent customer service and will definitely consider them as my number 1 choice for future bodywork my car may need.

Absolutely the worst place you could ever take your car for any collisions or repairs go in for small pieces just to be repaired take six months just to get your vehicle back and on top of all of that they do not take care of the senior citizens when they need their vehicles the most I would not recommend this place at all a big thumbs down boo boo 😒

I am sooo glad that i had the second chance to save a friend from getting ripped off by these con artists. I work at a well known plane manufacturer and i dont go around screaming dont go to Hernandez but I have had the pleasure of yet another coworker to ask my opinion about them and I gladly saved him from the terrible borderline criminal service of this place. They really know how to ride that line seamlessly, but I will save as many people as possible from it. I was mad about what they did to me, but I feel vindicated every time I convince a coworker or friend to go somewhere else. One of their own employees warned me about them but only after my car was stripped apart so too late for the warning.

I had a very good experience. This was the first time I had dealt with an accident. I worked with Jeneen and she made it very quick and easy. She made all the contacts to the insurance co and took all the pictures they needed. Brand new bumper looks great.

Ive heard other folks mention price as their main point of contention with choosing a quality established auto body shop. First finding a collision center that actually have towing service was an issue but not at Hernandez they were able to tow my vehicle to there collision center. Second I met this outstanding and professional receptionist by the name of Jeanie she was awesome and very understanding of my situation. She also kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Danny fought aggressively in making sure the insurance company did there part as well as making sure my vehicle was up and running properly. Awesome Job and staff definitely would recommend

Great experience at Hernandez Collision Center! After having my car botched at another shop and being told the creaking in my 2012 was because the car was getting old I had Danny take a look at it. He found the other shop put wrong parts in my car and the creaking was because nothing was fitting how it should. He fixed it and it has never driven better. The customer service and quality of work this shop does is impeccable! Great job, yall!

They did a great job and had our back. We have taken two vehicles to Hernandez Collision Center for repair after being in accidents. With both vehicles, Danny and Dustin made sure that the repairs were done correctly. We didnt want reconditioned or used parts to replace the damaged parts. The insurance company estimate had reconditioned parts in the quote and Hernandez Collision Center had our back. They made sure that our car was restored with new parts. They were helpful each time we talked to keep up to date on progress, explained things and answered my questions. When I picked up my vehicle they told me if I had any concerns or issues to bring it back. They stand behind their work and do a great job!

My husband and I were recently involved in an automobile accident in our 2007 Yukon where we were rear-ended. The accident did considerable damage to our vehicle. We contacted Hernandez Collision Center and they immediately took charge. They obtained a rental vehicle for us and contacted the necessary people to get our vehicle repaired.. they dealt with the insurance company and the adjusters.Mr. Hernandez and his staff were professional and efficient and the repairs that were done to our Yukon were outstanding. All the repairs were done to our satisfaction with no after market parts. We would recommend Hernandez Collision Center to anyone and will certainly give them our good wishes.

They are nice people, but I was charge multiple fees that the insurance company did not cover. Spoke to both Allstate and Geico and they both said Hernandez is known for charging extra fees. Always check to see if a collision center is pre-approved by an insurance company.

I was debating on what body shop to take my vehicle to. No one gave me that reassurance that I wanted but Hernandez Collision Center. Janeen is awesome!!!!. Pleasant attitude and was always willing to keep me informed . April Hernandez made sure that my vehicle was the way I requested. She got me all my OEM parts and made sure that I would be one happy customer, which I am. My opinion Hernandez Collision worked for me, not against. This has been the most frustrating and drawn out collision repair I have ever had. The car was in their hands for six weeks and while not a terribly complex repair all the back and forth with insurance company and adjusters and supplementals etc added delay after delay. It cost me hundreds of dollars more than my deductible to finally get my car back and then to add insult to injury they charged a fee for paying the bill with a credit card but do not accept checks!! The repair work was fine but the hassle completely overshadowed the experience.

DO NOT GO HERE, if your car is totaled they charge you fees the insurance company won’t pay. I had to pay $905 out of pocket to get my car released. All Hernandez did was tow it and do a estimate. It will take a lawsuit to get your money back. JUST STAY AWAY!!

I dont know how anyone unless being paid by, or being an employee, or family member would rate this center anything more than a zero. Mr. Hernandez is a crook, rude, disgusting and sorry excuse for a man. Disrespectful, low class and a cheat. Loves to talk down of other centers and insurance companies but its only to lure you in so he can stab you in the back. I would not recommend him even to my worst enemy. He is a disgrace to man kind. Danny Hernandez Collision Center Had My Car For One Month And A Day . They are really Greedy and want all the money for themselves. Didnt send my car out to the dealership to get the sensors set they tried doing it themselves.gave me my car back with the abs brake lights on. very unprofessional and dont leave out rude all the Family member or rude and liars. so for now on i will not recommend them to anyone very very very bad rating.

I truly think they are all angels working there sent to help out the average person who does not know what to do when your in an accident. Excellent workmanship

I Called in to inquire about getting my car fixed and the receptionist was very disrespectful, I was treated like a solicitor. The receptionist was as far as I got. I had read the other reviews talking about how the employees at Hernandez Collision were crooks just like the owner prior to giving them a call. I did not listen to the advice given from others that I should not have given them a chance. What ever you do, do not try this collision center.

Danny looks out for the best interest of his customers. If you want it fixed right....take it to him.

I have been doing business with hernandez for 30 years, straight up company.

I had them do some work on my car and since then Ive never been able to remotely lock the back door. It took a month to do the repairs after they said it would only be a week and I found parts under the front seat that should have been inside the door. I spoke to them about it on numerous times and the owner flatly refused to do anything.

Took 5 weeks to get my car done.

Complete rip off!
