They took way too long to paint my vehicle. They painted it darker then it originally was. And they paid not attention to detail. They put all of the emblems back on my car in the wrong place!!!! I wouldn’t take my vehicle here at all. I will never use there services again. Very unprofessional techs and overall personnel. How do you forget to put an emblem back that you took of yourself!!!

Being prepared, I made reservations online but once there, the business was closed. There wasnt a sign in the stating that they were closed. I called the answering service who said,, someone is there and will reply to your email. We never heard from them. We left the car over the weekend, believing that we would speak with someone on that Monday. Went to the business, learned from their neighbor that they were closed for three weeks. Prior to going, I called and spoke with the answering service who told me that they were open. After learning that they were closed called the answering service back and told her what I learned, she said yes, they are closed for three weeks. I hung up on her. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY STOOD ME UP. THE FIRST THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TOO BUSY EVEN THOUGH I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! IM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I give this place a 2/5 stars. They over sprayed on the bed of my truck and did not fix it. They simply said “it would come out with a wash” and it’s been 3 months and it still hasn’t come out with many washes. They didn’t paint parts of my truck including my rear bumper. And the paint is starting to chip off in some areas. I think they are understaffed and have too many people coming to them which causes them to do poor jobs and rush on each project. And it shows. They also took 3 weeks instead of the 1-2 they told me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my car here to get my Rocker Panel replaced. I came to get an estimate and explained to the woman that I am military and will soon have to leave for a training. She promised to have my part in on time, painted and ready to be put on my vehicle on the date of my install. I went up there 2 times prior to the install date so that they could confirm that the paint matched my car and to also emphasize how important it was that my part was installed on time. She ensured me that this would not be an issue and that the install would only take one hour.On the day I arrived to get my part installed, she informed me that my part was not there due to COVID. I asked why was I not informed prior to my install date and she was unable to give me a clear cut answer. I asked for my money back that I had already paid for my part and was left frustrated and inconvenienced. She was extremely rude and offered no customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I made reservations online to show up and the shop be closed. There needs to be some type of communication with the system because this is unacceptable. My wife and I left our jobs on lunch to show up and not be able to receive services on our car. The neighbors informed us that the shop has been closed for about a month and they wont open for another month or so. He informed us that there is someone there but they are currently closed. Someone needs to put that this shop is closed somewhere so that anyone else doesnt have to make the same mistake i did!

This is the second time Ive used this Maaco location on Victory Dr. to paint my door handles on my car that keep breaking. Its such a small job and Id completely understand if it wasnt worth their time but, theyve helped me out both times. Thank yall so much! Ill definitely recommend everyone I know to yall.

Made an appointment. Had a thorough brief of what to expect. Received a good paint job and professional service. It was my second car and I will bring my truck next.

Dropped off my miata on 10/12 and was quoted 7-10 business days to completion. I thought this was longer than necessary, but its not my daily driver, so it wasnt a big deal. Three weeks later they continue giving me the runaround on pickup because THEY HAVENT STARTED THE CAR!!! Theyd not even given me a courtesy call! Short staffed was their only explanation. I received the call on 11/10 (FOUR WEEKS AFTER DROP OFF) that the car was ready...ITS PAINTED THE WRONG COLOR! It is GREEN when it should have been painted RED! They offered a bit off of the price to my husband, and we thought that was the end of this ordeal, but when he got home and showed me the paperwork.... they gave us the lowest quality paint job they offered (with only a 1 year waranty), when wed selected the two year warranty package. Dont worry, though! They were sure to charge us for the package wed actually requested!!I trusted maaco because they seemed invested in good customer service, given all their attempts to remediate on their negative reviews... believe me, this is a farce. Their customer service is substandard and theyre disorganized and sloppy. The quality of the wrong color paint job is fine, but the overall experience was so bad that Id never consider them for future projects.

I made a appointment for a touch up paint job.They did a good job accept it took 9 days to complete a job that shouldve been no longer than 5 days . So ask the salesperson could I get some type of discount because it took much longer than they said. The salesperson ignored my request, that disappointed me. Im really having second thoughts about acknowledging who painted my truck.

I took my front bumper skin for my 1994 Ford Thunderbird here for a decent paint up and they done a fantastic job, just ensure you clarify your paint color beforehand and dont simply rely on your VIN paint code! Definitely cheap enough, but you also get whatcha pay for! Theyre very understanding and do take responsibility for any issues that may incur.

Very helpful ladies up front quick estimate, explained everything well. Very satisfied with the change of paint.

The customer service was horrible. I drove up and stood outside my car while the service guy talked for 10 minutes and ignored me. No one addressed me or said wait, well be with shorty or anything. They lost my business. I called and reported the lack of customer service and they said thank you.

Extremely poor work. They plundered through my car and kept my key. Wouldnt mail it said their company does not use UPS or FEDX. Also said the company does not provide mailing envelopes or stamps.

Good customer service. Paint job... not so good. Had them paint a new tailgate out of the box. Large build up of paint in the center that peeled off when we picked it up.Quoted $150 to actually get charged $250.I suppose you get what you pay for but not very impressed here.

Im glad that I didnt pay attention to the reviews here. I just picked up my Toyota Highlander and it looks like it did the day we bought it. Im not exaggerating. I met with the painter Curtis that painted it and thanked him personally as I was shocked at how good it was . I was expecting less because of the reviews on here which is quiet unfortunate but I guess thats the world we live in now. Im glad I ignored them. I live 2 hrs from Savannah and the overall experience was excellent including Teresa in the office being patient with my phone calls. Ill definitely recommend them and have already showed the car to everyone at my wifes office. Keep up the good work !

Very helpful with explaining the estimate and was honest about the expected detail work with the price. We agreed and work was performed. Aside from a little overspray on the tires and rims(which was minor), the job turn out as good as I hoped and better than expected. Would use again especially if I was repainting a fixer upper.

Very friendly, professional and quick! I had to get my side mirror replaced on my truck and they were literally less than HALF the cost of the guys next door. I will always go to maaco for my problems now!

Paint job had a few more runs and sags than the other Maaco paint job that I have purchased over the years and this was the first Maaco that I have needed to do any wet sanding and buffing out to correct. That being said, the cut and buff did improve the paint significantly. Of course, $900.00 is not much to spend on a paint job these days, but I feel if the painter had (or had been allowed) to slow down alittle, the quality of the job would have been much improved and it would have saved me on the time and labor spent sanding and buffing. Overall, I am not unhappy but the quality is less than what I have previously experienced with Maaco.

Good results for paint but didnt have the ability to replace some trim pieces.

There was a small blemish in my paint job and call to notify them and they proved to me that they stand beside their work. They were willing to repaint the car to correct the problem. They were very professional.

My paint job is great but my driver door isnt the same color of my car its a darker blue so i half to go back to get it done over

I had my car repainted here. The service was good. But I was so disappointed that they painted my car a different shade of gray than my original car color (it was silver and they painted it gray). And they didnt even acknowledge it. I shouldve made a complaint, but I didnt. 😔

I will not recommend this place to anyone. They have no customer service skills at all. They dont meet the timeline, dont call you to let you know your vehicle is ready and dont try to accommodate you for there lack of scheduling, weather conditions etc. Be careful how you treat you customers.

PLEASE avoid this business like the plague. My car has been there for over 2 months because of their inability to properly paint a car. I’m talking major discrepancies that cannot be overlooked. I attempted to get my car today for the 4th time sense I dropped it off and it had fish eyes all over the paint and a big scratch on the front bumper. This is very common to the previous 3 times I attempted to pick up the car before. I’m telling you, AVOID this place.Lastly, don’t expect to resolve an issue with management, there is none. I’ve attempted to try and call them for the last month with no luck.

I had my car painted here they did a bad job on my car. They miss some spots on the car, they have a lot of over spray, an paint run on the car. No matter if the paint job is cheap I still like to have a good paint job done right the frist time no matter what I pay for it.I ask them to fix it. Will see how it goes when I get it back.

I paid $1,000 for my sons 02 Honda Civic to be painted. Mike and his staff are awesome. The car looks brand new .

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! Please read my email experience Mike the manager should not be allowed to work in any industry dealing with customers-----in March I had my car painted here. When I picked it up the initial manager there John, who was extremely friendly, came to me and admitted up front that there were a lot of issues with the paint job and to let it settle and he will assure that a repaint is done and it would be perfect----so, why a one star??? The regret of using Maaco begins below:I was given the date of 4/17 (Tuesday) to drop off. At drop off I was met by another manager Mike, and Mike seemed extremely inconvenienced by my dropping the FJ off. It was obvious he want to be there. He told me they were too busy and to come back a different day. I explained to him I had been told to drop it off today and had worked out transportation for the time it was going to be in shop (4-5 days per the first manager I spoke to). Obviously frustrated by my being there he made faces and.smart remarks as I pointed out all the issues that his business left my car with intitially (dripped paint --even on interior---bubbles---paint peeling---areas on exterior that had obvious drops of paint that should not be painted). He stormed off and I had very little information as to when he thought it would be finished--but, leaning on what I was initially told and seeing this was a re-do from the first paint job I safely assumed 5 days maximum. A week went by and no call, so I called the following Tuesday just to check on the vehicle. I had the displeasure of having to speak to the manager Mike who told me that they had not started and as he told me when I dropped it off, they were busy and possibly Thursday or.friday it would be ready. Friday at 4, no call from the shop---i call again and a man tells me it will be ready in maximum 2 days so to expect to pick up Monday morning.Monday afternoon comes and I have not heard anything, I call and am told that it is in paint now and will be ready by the end of the day or latest Tuesday .(14 days after drop off). I arrange, once again, transportation to the shop (mind you, 2 weeks and I have been having to scrape by on rides after the initial 5 days.i was told that I would have my vehicle back). Tuesday comes and no call. I call the shop and am.once again directed to Mike who raises his voice at me as he informs me that they have been busy and that I know this and he doesnt know what else to tell me. He then laughs at the concerns I have regarding no communication and told me I am welcome to email his big boss (I was driving and unable to write down the name) but he couldnt do anything else about it and that it wasnt his problem. Basically passing the buck. I have never ever been treated in such a manner by someone who manages and company..esp when paying such a large amount of money.I called this morning to get this bigger boss number and was told there is no one higher up then Mike I can speak too.Bottom line is I have spent a major amount of money to have a paint job that had to be redone, was told a day to bring in my car only to be treated like a burden by the manager and have now spent over 2 weeks without a vehicle. Honestly though, had I not been treated so poorly by the manager of this company and had had some communication I would be okay with the delay of my car being serviced, but I shouldnt have to feel anxious or like I am a bother to the company (specifically the manager) when calling about my car, esp sincr this is a highly expensive service and a repair of mistakes they made....although Mikes behavior should not be tolerated at any place (even if it is a 1$ service) as no one should have to feel bad or be treated poorly for any reason.

The paint job is not too bad, but they painted over things they shouldnt have. Also theres over spray on the tires and glass all over the car.

When I picked up my car, it was still dirty and not detailed, the painted area had sand in the clearcoat, the paint was not blended at all, I have to take my car back to be wet sanded and have the paint blended againin 3 weeks, and my sunglasses and screwdriver was stolen out of my car, the thang was done correctly is the bodywork they did on the car

I usually never leave reviews. But the amount of frustration and disrespect I received from this establishment pushed me to leave an review. Paint job took longer than expected and when I went to pay for the service Mark or Mike Owen threw my card on the counter. Then when I went to leave I noticed a ridiculous white streak on my tail lights. So I had to get a worker to remove the debree.

Really poor job. Looked almost as bad as when I took it in for repair. Paint had runs and said they would sand out. They didn’t. Will never go to Macon again.

I was pleased with the whole experience!

Got my truck painted there the manager is a very rude and just plain nasty person. He yelled at me when I pointed out spots that were not painted and numerous enormous runs throughout the vehicle. He alone gives Maaco a bad name and reputation for being a cheap and trashy paint shop.
