They were great today if you like listening to other people talk on the phone. Today I called first to see if they had the part that I needed. I then stopped by with old part in hand. He checked it. Then proceeded to answer two more phone calls while I waited. I guess they would rather talk about selling parts more than actually sell them. What ever happened to a bird in the hands is better than two in the bush. However, I guess two customers on the phone is better the one customer with cash in hand.

Its ok. You better know what youre buying so you can coach the parts person.

1st time buying parts here for my 18 wheeler customer service was really good. Only reason I didnt give 5 star is because very little mixed inventory for big trucks on sales floor.

Marcus/Markus (sorry on spelling) really helped me with the blower motor I quickly needed for my rig, and I cant say enough good about them. 5 Star for your help and service. Thank you so very much and God bless you all.

Only had 1 of the 5 things I came for. Call ahead to be sure they have what u need in stock. Employees were super cool. I do recommend them, & use them back at home too. Good company, fair price.

Well, i went in for a DEF filter. Had part numbers. He cross referenced the part number. Its the first time changing the filter. Went to get it done at Speedco, only to find out it was too small. By that time, DEF liquid had spilled on the new filter and i didnt bring it back. The guy put the old one back in, and i went to the Peterbilt store and got a new one that actually fit. I even questioned the guy at Fleetpride, and he swore up and down it was the right one. There was quite a difference on price, like $50.

Stephanie and Ralph are very helpful. Besides that have had issues with parts getting delivered when they say they will deliver. Issues with messages not being delivered to other employees. Other then that great environment.

I called Fleet Friday, 5/11/18 and was placed on hold. I left the phone on to see how long it would be before someone picked up and to my surprise they picked up quickly and I was placed back on hold even quicker. This happened several times on my marathon wait. To make a long story short, I was on hold from 3:30 to 5:30 and I never got to talk to anyone. I guess they stop answering the phone at 3:30 in preparation to go home.LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!!

Arrived at 3:00PM, no one would answer the door and people were at the counter just staring at me by the door and ignoring me while it is pouring down rain. Not even an explanation as to why they wouldn’t let anyone in.

Pretty great supply depot for Diesel engine work and parts.

Called about 1/2 inch chains at 11:50 while I was a Truck pro and I was told sure we have them so I explained that I was on the way pulled in at 11:58 and they had already closed. All they had to do was say nope we’re not gonna be here instead of, yea we got em come on
