I came to this location with a friend to get a tire checked. As I was stepping out of the car carefully to make sure my the technician didnt mess up my shirt, he said You gonna move out the way? like I was just there for no reason... If the shoe was on the other foot I wouldve asked Can I get you to move out the way for a sec or EXCUSE ME No customer service and when I came back to talk to a manager he happened to be the manager. He clearly didnt understand professionalism as I was relaying to him how I wouldve handled the situation as a employee talking to a customer. Im a grown man and dont like to be talked to like a child when I come to a business thats offering me services...

Do not recommend this place at all or they told us to leave our car they would call us and they would fix the AC or look at it well three hours later they had not still called and we took it upon ourselves and went back to the place walking in the heat and for them to tell us it was ready and we owe them $50 and that is going to cost $2,500 to fix the AC in our car and they spent maybe less than 10 minutes cooking something up to it to tell us that 3 hours later and still charge $50 money is too hard to come by and we feel like we was tooken FROM

I was recommended to come here & Im so glad I chose this auto shop. Kelly, the manager/owner, was so helpful & went above & beyond to educate me on my vehicle & what some of the codes & maintenance mean. He showed me the issue my car was having, which wasnt what I was expecting at all! He replaced my valve cover & my car is running normal; like a dream, as Kelly said. Jesse was also really great! He was professional & also gave me some educational tips about general vehicle maintenance.I highly recommend Kelly & his team for all your vehicle servicing; I will most definitely return in the future!Thanks for such a great job!

We used this shop while on a trip when our alternator died. They did great service! At first the price seemed high, but when I called my mechanic back home and told him what they were charging and which alternator they were putting in, he said he would have done the same thing because hes had problems with some of the cheaper alternators. They got us back on the road in less than a day!

Ok so i just sent my 2000 Acura rl to get checked out no print out and they say they couldnt do nothing with it.I took it to another shop and theyll fix it for under half of the price this shop is a rip off plus while we are speaking of rip offs to check my obd codes the adapter is under the ashtray someone rip the the flap and left the ashtray on the floor very unprofessional will not return and i will tell everyone i know about the poor service

Today was my first time visiting this location. I have needed an oil change for about 6 months and have a lengthy drive today so I figured I needed to get it taken care of. This place was close to my home so I decided to give it a try. The employee that assisted me, Jesse, was extremely professional, explained everything to me (I didnt know anything other than my oil change light came on). After he finished, he walked me over to my car to show me a couple things he noticed (low anti-freeze, wiper fluid etc.) as well as he saw my tire pressure light was on so he took a look at my tires and gave me his concern/suggestions around replacing them. In the 16 years I have been taking my car in for an oil change, this is the first time that an employee has taken the time to explain, as well as show me what was taken care of. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this business in the future!

Had my car “repaired” here about a week ago after I was towed off of I-16 and not even a week later, I’m having the same issue I did when it was dropped off. Waste of time and money. Staff was friendly. Not too sure if I’d recommend for auto resolutions though.

I took my car in over the weekend January 2021 because I didn’t have power and it was kind of jumping idling whenever I was at a stop and the services were superb, they were friendly they were fast and most importantly they were efficient and precise, Hurty fix the problem and my car is running really really great now and I’m going to continue to go there to let them service my car and I would advise any woman especially if you have car problems because Hurty was honest and of course We know as women a lot of times we get ripped off so I appreciate the honesty and friendly service I received there. 5/10/2021 I’d also like to add that Kelly is such a blessing, he’s honest and reliable and knowledgeable, God sent!!

If you prefer a standard oil change vs. a synthetic. Dont come here. Synthetic is recommended; however, customer service should be priority. When I requested standard again and noted I am familiar with car maintenance, it was more important to research recommendations to prove a point (3 recommendations) and waste my time.On to another business. Dont fall for the most expensive oil change. I cant help but wonder if a blonde, pregnant, female is easy to,take advantage of in a male driven industry.

I needed an oil change and new in city called a trusted name. From the call in my recliner to the service to me back on the recliner was less than two hours. The attendant took my info and keys then got to work. Basic mechanics lobby with tv and coffee. I read a book and chatted with a couple waiting for this quick service. I will definitely return!

Im from out of town and my low tire pressure light came on. I called a few min before they closed on a friday afternoon and the very nice attendant said yes maam come on by I will be glad to check it for you. And that he did, he met me out side checked the tire for damage and aired it up.Super nice gentlemen, very very helpful.

My air went out in my car today went to 2 others places that stated I had to wait until Monday. Called precision and they stated that if i came before 5:30pm they could help me. Sure enough I went and they fixed my air despite them being very busy today. The price was very reasonable as well. I will be returning very nice people im satisfied!

I brought in my car around 9:30 in the morning and they had it ready a little after noon. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. They even fixed something totally unrelated to what I brought my car in for...(I supplied the part, but they did the labor for free). I definitely recommend these guys.

I would have given Precision Tune 5 stars if they were staffed appropriately. It seemed as if they were understaffed but they got the job done and my car works fine. I am thankful for how attentive they were while being understaffed.

I called on Thursday morning to see if they would have Saturday hours with it being a holiday weekend. I was told, yes, they would be open and they would be able to take my car for an AC compressor replacement. I rushed over Friday evening to drop the car off and was told that now they cant take the car as they do not have anyone on staff to do AC repairs. Now I am stuck on a holiday weekend, paying premium prices, when I could have found someone else or brought it in on Friday and suffered the inconvenience. The simplest part of auto repair is taking the phone call and providing information. If you cant nail that part....

I brought in a 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III 460 ci with a power steering problem. I met great knowledge and willingness to help me. Precision Tuning had the contacts to have all parts available the next day.The cars runs like a Swiss watch again.Thanks a million!

Terrible service. Just wanted an oil change.There were two attendance and neither one could get off their cell phones. I waited and watched. It didnt take long to see that they were more interested in talking on the phone.Very poor service. I left and will not return.

Was in Savannah for the weekend. Got up Saturday morning and our car would not start. Called Precision at 8AM and they recommended a very reasonable towing company and had the car fixed by 3PM. The owner even came and picked me up when it was ready knowing I was stranded. After getting home checked the price I was charged with Repair Pal and it was about average. Friendly and quick service that did not overcharge. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a mechanic in the Savannah area.

So I see this place has 4 stars and being young and understanding as having my first car that I’m learning everyday about these cars with that being said there are people that has had cars for years that still have no knowledge about cars which explains why this place has 4 stars, but anyway, i knew something wasn’t right about this place cause costumers kept pulling up with complaints about the work they had done on their cars Pryor to me registering I went to this place to get a full oil change and that comes with changing all fluids under my hood and checking on other parts such as tire rotation,brakes etc etc, the guy didn’t do absolutely nothing but put oil in my engine and not close to enough at that, then I asked how much will they charge to put new motor mounts on my car cause I knew I needed some and part of the full oil change they were supposed to tell me if I needed some but they didn’t cause they didn’t check anything, he literally told me 1000 dollars which didn’t make sense at all to me, so I took it to another shop which’s jesses automotive shop on Staley ave which is a 5star shop with great patient guys who gets the job done right away who charged me 200 for the whole thing including new motor mounts &AND labor, this place is a disgrace, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE,

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE! SPEND A LITTLE MORE ELSEWHERE! A OIL CHANGE ENDED UP COSTING ME $600. They knocked a wire lose to my couch fan which ended up getting cut by fan, causing truck to over heat while on vaca. Also, the oil light came on after service ( truck is designed to monitor the oil quality and comes on when bad, not by mileage). The store and head quarters will not return calls. Had to get the oil changed again when clutch service was done!

Very helpful, polite and informative. They work very fast, and tell you what you need to get done, but dont try to give you some 1500 dollar estimate. Not aggressive at all like a lot of other shops. I had to run an errand and had to leave abruptly, so they let me come back AFTER closing to finish the job. Good people.

I brought my car in to have my brakes and rotors done; and when I came in, they greated me and show outstanding customer service throughout. The pricing for the work, to me, was pretty reasonable. The tech kept abreast of what was going on and a minor part he recommended that I get replaced. He even showed me and I agreed with his decision because it did look worn. Ill give you an update in about a month on the work, but the work performance was amazing and not too timing like some other shops who try to help out on other vehicles to get the small jobs out first. The time frame he gave, was the time he finished in. Hands down to this shop.

Dont expect anything positive from this place. Went for a simple oil change at 8am when they open. Showed up a few minutes early to get in and out quick. Someone FINALLY showed up to open the shop at 8:45am!! No apology from the manager. No discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Horrible customer service. The only reason I stayed was their price -- which wasnt even correct. They were going to charge $20 more for the same oil change as all their competitors. Cant believe these folks are in business.Took my $$ elsewhere.

The owner is a con artist. I paid money down he argued with me about what I paid. I had proof on receipt about what I paid down. He came up with a storage fee and labor fee for work he didnt do because I couldnt move the car right away because I am working alot of hours. I still had to get my car to another shop to get fixed.

Came in on a Thursday morning without an appointment and they took my car in immediately, fixed what was wrong in less than 10 minutes... then when I asked for an oil change after that, they did it within 10 minutes as well. Quick, affordable, and genuine work. Ill be coming back to this location.

A Little Slow, but Great Service.

I spent $1150 for brake system and new parts. THey actually did not put new parts. they just tightening up my brake system and washed old parts make look like new. I still have problem with brake after 3 week repaired. so I got robbed.

My car is still having issues after returning my car to the shop 3 times in 1 month. I spent almost $700 total and Its still not fixed. I usually go to dealerships for car service but decided to support a small business. Since this is still unresolved I will have to go to the dealership and have to spend more money to fix AGAIN!

Mr. Hurty Anderson and his guys are amazing! I have been using this location for several years now. The guys are always very mannerable and customer friendly. The pricing is always reasonable and the services are performed in a timely manner.

What what started off as a 5Star experience on Saturday turned into a disaster on Monday. The work was supposed to be started on Monday morning after dropping the car off on Saturday. Instead of receiving a call to let me know that the work has been completed the call was to let me know that they couldnt do the job. According to the owner Kelly, his technician was unavoidably detained, and he hadnoh one else to work on my truck. How a repair shop can stay in business with only one qualified technician on staff is beyond me. Kelly suggested another repair shop across the street. I went to them and of course they were booked. Fortunately I was able to find another repair shop to get the work done in the time frame that it needed to be completed.

Went in with a brake problem. I called first, and they said theyd do it same day if I got there by 2:30. It was a Saturday, and they were one of the only shops open. Got there at 1:30, and was immediately told it couldnt be done til next week. I get it, they were busy, but still... Havent been back yet.

The guy took an attitude with me when I said wow 20 dollars for tire rx. is a little steep, did you air them up at least? He said yes and the receipt confirms they are supposed to perform that service. However it was not completed. PSI on rear was in low 20s (about 15 shy). 1 or 2? sure. 10-15? You lied to my face.

Do not take your car for an oil change. They say they change the oil filter but they do not. Its not possible for you to change the oil filter without going under the car. Ask to see it if they say they do/ did. How can you complete an oil change in less than 10 minutes? Horrible service Im not sure what they ACTUALLY did.
